He is gentle and professional and makes the procedure as calming and painless as possible. I am losing my dental insurance this spring and have learned that Tremont Dental offers dental insurance. I had a great visit to the dentist. Jo Beth Hughes, the hygienist, helped me through the x-rays and gently cleaned my teeth. Dr. Bruns talked with me about any concerns I might have and finished the examination.

Once again, exceptional customer service and great dental care. Dr. Bruns does a fantastic job of hiring quality staff who always make it comfortable to go in. It helps that he is a fan of my favorite teams.

My whole family have been going to Tremont Dental for years. We have 2 children under 10 and Dr. Bruns sees them too. They make us feel like family there everytime we visit.

If I could give a 0 out of 5 Stars I would this man let's just say I would rather trust my five-year-old she has that Dentistry app for kids on my phone that she plays I trust her more than this. I'll tell you what this man I had a very badly infected tooth and instead of clearing up the infection first he decides to fill it and trap it I became incredibly sick throwing up everything then to make matters worse both of the feelings that he did on my teeth came out what are the chances of both of them coming out and then he wanted to make sure my insurance was going to pay for him to redo what he made the mistake doing do you understand do not go to this guy.

I want to express my appreciation for the service I received from your hygienist, Jo Beth Hughes. The care she provided was exceptional. Her chair-side manner was professional, friendly and compassionate. My cleaning yesterday was the best and least painful than I can remember compared to previous cleanings. I value the expertise of an experienced hygienist, this quality of care was noticed and appreciated. I would not be as apprehensive of future dental appointments knowing Jo Beth would be doing my cleanings.

I am happy to share my experience with Dr. Bernard Bruns today. I had my teeth cleaned, a chipped tooth fixed, and an old cracked filling replaced. They also did a crown preparation of a fractured tooth. I had no pain, except the "pinch" from the shot, I received for the crown. I have had cleaning, x-rays etc. here before. This was my first experience with more detailed procedures. He is an excellent dentist, who I will gladly recommend to everyone. In spite of the fact that he is my son, I have to say that I was so impressed with his efficiency and the fact that it was a painless visit". Thank you Bernie.

I have been seeing Dr. Bruns for 2, or maybe 3, years now. I have had excellent care and service every time. I have switched my kids over to see him from their more expensive pediatric dentist and I have recommended that my parents and my grandma switch to him as well. Top notch dental practice!

I love Dr Bruns and staff, I always feel comfortable and they are very friendly. I had a dental emergency and Dr Bruns and staff got me in immediately and stayed well after hours so I didn't have to spend the night in pain. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, great service, great outcome!

He does a great job and has a great team behind him. We have been using the Tremont Saving Plan since my retirement. It works out to $140 per visit and we're happy with that. I hate paying monthly insurance premiums and then also end up paying a co-pay as well.

Everyone in Dr. Bruns office is fine and I don't suppose it is possible for one dentist in the U.S. to help get our medical costs down to something that seems reasonable.

I've experienced excellent care from Dr. Bruns and his staff with every visit. Yesterday I had two molars crowned - they function perfectly and are much more attractive than my old teeth! Also, scented candles and great music make the visit a very pleasant experience!

Dr Bruns is one of the most gentle understanding dentists my family has ever been to. We spend only a few minutes in the waiting room and they work around my work schedule and the kids school schedule to get us in whenever we have time available.

I was having a problem with an upper molar and thought I might have a cavity. Dr. Bruns took X-rays and examined the tooth and told me there was no cavity but just some sensitivity from sinus nerve pressure. I was relieved that the tooth was fine. I felt that I was in good hands as Dr. Bruns and his staff were very friendly and professional. I also didn't have to wait long and was happy about that. I had a great at experience at Tremont Dental and will definitely go back.

I must say that this dentist & his staff are super friendly & made me feel comfortable. I left telling other's about my dentist & how he was very gentle. I have the worst anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but Dr. Bruns & his staff really eased my fears. I'd be happy to hand his card to anyone who is looking for a change.
