wasnt for me at this time but the staff were very knowledgeable and I learned alot just by talking with them. Recommend for others but I still have a little time yet, Pell City Branch is were I visited

The staff and Dr. Shannon were very friendly and took the extra time to make sure I had all the information about the available options and/or treatment plans. It did take a very long time to be seen but other than that it was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Shannon and Affordable Dentures and Implants of Pell City!!

I’ve been going for several years now for service and they are great to deal with. They always aim to please and they’ve addressed every concern.

Started the process September 9th, in at 7:15, leaving at 2:02 with great looking teeth. Have 11 natural teeth on bottom, and Blakely PERFECTLY color matched the dentures to my teeth. Friends and neighbors thought I had a full plate on bottom they matched that good! Staff is wonderful, very friendly and make sure you know what the process is about. Dr. Shannon is a gem. Had to have 7 extractions, and I didn't feel a thing. She was very caring, explained everything, and made sure I didn't feel any pain. Quality of the dentures is very good, fit is excellent. I've still got a way to go, but I am absolutely confident I made a very good decision choosing Affordable Dentures and Dr. Shannon. Hope to update in the future.

While preforming my dental work she and her dental techs kept me informed of my progress, made recommendations and scheduled my appointments in a timely manner. Had a appointment, was early not late. Waited 3hrs just for a impression of my bottom teeth..picked up partical and I can't wear it because it hurts.

I had a great experience today. The staff was awesome and very friendly. They take things slow and care about your feeling and concerns. I would refer them to anyone who needs this kind of dental work done. I am about 4 hours out of my procedure, and have very little pain. I had ALOT of work done but she was very slow and done an awesome job. Thank you Pell City Affordable Dentures for giving me my smile back. Dr.Shannon is amazing she saved me sooo much money compared to other places around here .I would recommend her to anybody

This place is a joke. They say they aren’t “all about” the money but yet the only way they will do what you want/need done is by spending over $2000 more. I mean, the dentist wouldn’t even tell me how much extra it would be, she just went into a song and dance. They won’t pull “healthy teeth”. Healthy? Really? I 2 have fillings and 6 are SO wore down that they are as sharp as razor blades and only 3/4-1/2 as tall as they should be but yet they are “healthy”. The only reason I know how much extra it would be, is because I looked at the price list. Her response to me when I said that I can spend $3500 but not $5500 is “well most people use credit cards, We can set you up with credit options.” My response “ I have a 5 year, debt free plan and a credit card isn’t in my budget. I’m paying cash.” She walked out of the room and didn’t say another word to me. Very UNprofessional!! If I could give 0-1/2 star I definitely would.

Had a consultation everybody friendly and answered all questions

A little disappointed that Dr. Shannon didn't follow through with a call checking on me after the extensive surgery I had, but all and all I gave done great, feel great and very satisfied at this time.

No one likes going to the dentist, well I don’t anyway but Dr. Kim told me everything that was going on and assured me I would not have to worry about the pain or anything and let me tell you if she tells you something believe her!! Miss Shannon and every one at Pell City location were awesome during my visits. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and in good hands. And I had my dentures in 2 days!! Fast and still the greatest quality of work. All for a low affordable price. This place is over booked And must be understaffed. Wait time in the lobby was multiple hours. I would not recommend this facility.

The man hater working the front desk is one of the most rude and unprofessional people i have ever encountered. I had issues with her 4 years ago that the complaint i filed was never resolved. If i had known she was still there i would bot have wasted my time going in today. I thought new dentist they surely had kicked her to the curb but no. The lady, i use that term loosely, has told me i could not have what was previously paid for. She has refused to.provide my records when requested and today basically called me a lier when i told her of the last conversation i had with her. I will pay 2 times the price in order to be treated with respect while spending my hard earned cash. She screwed the practice out of around $2500-$3000 today. Their loss is aspen dentals gain. Who cares how affordable something is when u have to deal with a pitbull to obtain the service and product.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The staff went above and beyond. My fiance had 17 teeth pulled and dentures put in on top and bottom with four implants although it took a little longer than I anticipated (thank you Covid ) the work was phenomenal. The nurses were exceptionally helpful in making sure that we understood everything about the process and the payment plan. Even the follow-up phone call with some concerns was addressed immediately. I would recommend anybody to get dental work here. I couldn't have asked for better. A great big thank you to Dr. Kim Shannon, Holland, Pam and the rest of the wonderful staff. My Randy has a beautiful smile again!! I can't thank you enough. May you all be Blessed immensely!!

Get ready to wait for EVER. I Knocked on the door for over 15min as the 5 signs say on the front door bc they are opening the lobby... so i had to call to get anyone to the door. Ive watched 5 other ppl have to do this so far. And they SAY they will call you when its time but instead they yell out the door ppls names and our cars are so far away no one can hear them. Im only here to get an xray and have waited going on an hour... they need to invest in a door camera or actually have someone by the flippkng door. So far this place is super unorganized & not professional... we will see how the actually visit goes if I ever get in.

I highly recommend them. The only thing that was better than the professional work they do is the personality of the staff working there. Everyone was so nice and helpful. You are met with a smile and kind words and you with a great smile too. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistants to the doctor are as nice as you will find anywhere. I know only had a great experience but I got my wife and brother to go as well and we all had the same wonderful experience. Just an all around great group of ladies that do great work.

The time does not line up had to be there at 900 first appointment then told to come back between 1230 and 100 for my mother to pick teeth up still waiting at 230 also they could take your phone number instead of setting in car in parking lot with window down to be able to here someone call your name through a mask

I took my mom there for her dentures and they were very professional. They explained everything in detail including the cost of her dentures and how they would look. This is the second set of dentures my mom has gotten from affordable dentures, her first set lasted 12 years. I highly recommend affordable dentures to any and everyone.

As I sit in pain currently, I write this feeling disregarded by Dr Shannon. I called yesterday due to a rash after taking amoxicillin. I had the dentist change my antibiotics and she placed me on clindamycin... after taking the initial dose I had severe heartburn, which is a side effect that’s says I should contact dentist immediately... so I did... the office was closed and still no response from the dentist. How would you feel? After what I paid, I should not be in pain, when all that was needed to alleviate this was a phone call to Walgreens pharmacy. Holland and Pam were superb. I could not have asked for better assistance from them. As for leaving a voicemail, don’t bother... it never gets returned either.... so I sit in pain due to an infection she knew about once pulling the tooth... and I wonder; where did communications break down? An answering service is for dealing with problems and emergencies of patients....
