These clowns are making me dig up 9 documents to get my claim filed. I don't even know what half of these are. I didn't pay a bunch extra for GAP coverage so I can be Assurant's secretary.

Very worst and irresponsible company. I am trying to reachout to these guys for my apartment fire claim. No response at all. Very bad service. I didnt understand what to do next.Whether i have leave the things as it is or i have to vacate the apartment.

Update: After talking to a corporate Assurant representative they requested the video evidence that I had. After reviewing the footage they got a payout for what I originally payed for the TV. I believe I would not have had the same issues if I had started with this representative. I have been going through service for over 2 months and still have a defective tv. They had someone else's information on my plan, then told my i needed all of the mystery users information to change the plan to my name, yet i was the purchaser of the plan. I still have a defective tv, and yet after multiple repair attempts on the tv the only option they gave me was to give my tv to the servicer for 7-10 business days which is not an option even with the tv going in and out it was better then nothing for our main television. When i explained that to them they stated i was refusing service and would not help me further.

I called Nebraska Furniture Mart to tell them how bad my experience was with Assurant. They apologized and said that they have had so many problems with Assurant they had to fire them. As of Jan 2021 they no longer offer contracts with Assurant. Too late for me. I've been waiting over two months for my repair. Progress only happens when I call and complain. If you have a policy with Assurant you should call them everyday to keep them on task.

These folks don't listen, don't care, play games, have malfunctioning payment systems, will keep you on hold forever. Save yourself the trouble!

Bought Samsung oven from Nebraska furniture Mart a year ago. Top oven not working. service tech came out once tried to fix it did not work. had to call them a second time service guy came out and said the top oven really isn't in oven it's a broiler. This was a false statement The third service technician never came out. we've been trying to call them for service to come out and unresponsive we'll report to better business bureau.

I filed a claim 3 seperate times with them for a device that I have had insured for 10 months. They denied the claim twice saying that it was not insured or that the date of the incident when the phone was damaged was not insured. for 5 hours in one day I had to prove to them that the device is insured by coming up with the IMEI # of the device and proof that it was insured. It's the worst company for insurance I have dealt with in my life. Imagine if people had to deal with this for their car or their health insurance.

Worst company to have in your home, Unius from Fix Thingz had been out 6 times only documented 2 times after weeks of dealing with a washer that dosent work. We were told that unus the tech canceled the appointment and said everything workes fine still no washer that works. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 30 mins only to be put on hold again actually still on hold 45 mins later while I'm typing this reveiw. Best bet is to get a lawyer and news involed when dealing with this craptastic company or just save yourelf time and find a better company #fox4problemsolvers

I am very disappointed in the service I received from the insurance claim. I was told it would be 24 hours and a replacement would be shipped. I didn't get it for 3 days. When I received the phone it was defective and now I have to wait to ship it back and have you ship another device. This is unacceptable. I would think you should refund my deductible. I have used my insurance in the past several times and have never had this much problems.
