As a visiting fan, sometimes there is concern about the hospitality and sportsmanship of the home fans. My experience was very positive for the most part, and KC fans were friendly. People were there just to watch and experience the game. The tailgating was crazy, so many cars were there 4 hours before kickoff. The food was good, stadium food, stadium prices, no surprise there. It seats were located in the yellow club section (200 rows). The seats were comfortable, apparently also practically brand new. The only issue I had, and it was not just me but KC fans as well, was some of the individuals in the Club Suite above us could not keep their ice, food, alcohol, or phones contained. I had ice, food, and a phone drop down on my head during the game. A KC fan a few seats down got most of a beer dumped on him. After the game, most fans were congratulatory, even with their disappointment. Overall good experience.

Bathrooms are super dated and small. Food plaza was nice, food was good and fast. Aduio is terrible. It should be on your bucket list to see as a NFL fan.

13 second drive baby

I wouldn't stay there as a cockroach because theirs already millions there. We rented room 224 opened the door and the place was crawling with cockroaches. Sick...I would not even drive past this place its disgusting!

Greatest game ever atmosphere was incredible voice still hoarse from yelling ate a real good bacon cheeseburger it wasn't a $15 burger but it was still pretty damn good I'm just glad I didn't go to the championship game

As a fan for the visiting team I'd have to say 80% of Kansas City fans where cordial the stadium itself is fan-friendly despite the long walk from the parking lot. A good experience

Things I like about Arrowhead Stadium: 1) It’s Loud, 2) Your fans were pretty good even in a loss, 3) Great seat views even in the nosebleeds. Things I dislike about Arrowhead Stadium: 1) You need more stairs and paths outside the stadium. You can see where people are killing grass going down goat hills. Spend a quick $100,000 and add some stairs and ramps for easier and safer access. 2) 5 Security Checkpoint at each gate? Are you kidding me? Gotta at least double that or push the security checkpoints out to speed up the process. Call the Cincinnati Bearcats for advice as they had the same issue for ONLY the first game of the year. 3) Your food was not as good as expected. I love KC BBQ and couldn’t find it anywhere upstairs. Again the lines moved slow there as well.

The stadium didn't let the Bengals fans hear the AFC championship presentation and did nothing for it. Horrible sportsmanship and management at this stadium... I'll never spend my money there again. I thought the fans were respectful and great but then the stadium treats the opposing team like that. Bulldoze this place and build a new one with new management!!!! Don't go there for any kind of championship cuz KC will lose in 2nd half and then you won't be able to enjoy the celebration. Who dey!!!

It is very big , this is a great place I had the pleasure to work at Arrowhead for the Kansas City Chiefs on January 23rd and the 30th man it was like a dream of a lifetime I never imagined going to Arrowhead Stadium you know I'm not a football fan like that and to have the opportunity to go work my trip was paid for the greatest food you ever want to eat man I loved it

It was a blast. 1st Time watching Chiefs live at Arrowhead Stadium. Unforgettable experience. No strangers and you see and feel the unity and common goal. It was a great experience and was a good timing because it was KC Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills. I remember I was on a trip going to Canada and I passed by Buffalo NY.

Great stadium, awesome atmosphere, visitor's side has the sun. We had tickets including the Founder's Club with free food and drinks) fantastic. The Fans are fabulous and the staff was awesome. A kid stadium that gives you goosebumps when you hear the chants. Loved every minute if it and not because I love the Bengals

We really enjoyed this stadium. It was easy to get into the lots. It took a long time to get out (1 hour+). Fans were nice and it was really loud I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice stadium!! Really enjoyed our time there especially since the Bengals walked away with the win!

VERY difficult for handicapped people to maneuver. People working with handicapped guests need to know their own stadium better. They sent us down a very steep flight of stairs in spite of me telling them we were supposed to be in ADA. Then we had to climb back up. Not easy to do. Thank God for nice people and handrails After the game we waited until the stadium was almost totally empty before the wheelchair people finally came to get us and others. By the time we got a golf cart to our car, the parking lot was almost empty. Very cold night. We realize that everyone is short staffed, however.

Chefs should score more points.

Greatest stadium in the world! There's no better place to tailgate. However the parking lot attendants are not helpful at all so it's always a mess.

They never should have never lost the game but the refs were paid to be against us along with other chiefs players to lose the game the chiefs just laid down an let them win same old chiefs time for a new head coach

Got to attend the greatest playoff game in history. Arrowhead has truly incredible seat views even from the nosebleeds. We were in 319 row 34 and our view was still great. A truly incredible atmosphere with a surprisingly efficient parking situation. We spent probably 15 minutes getting in to a spot and 30 getting out of the parking lot. Much better than we expected it to be.

People were definitely very nice. Parking was kind of confusing but we figured it out. Our view was great even from the 300 level. Guests were pretty orderly and the staff there were polite and helpful. The stadium was clean and had cool decor and set up.

Best venue in football. Hands down. Classy fans in a place thats absolutely electric.

Has two of the most annoying fans in the world Jackson and Brittany I think is their names. They like spraying cold fans with champagne and throwing water at fans.

A lot of Chief fans are bandwagon. I lived there for 7 years and I didn't see the enthusiasm if they weren't contenders. In fact, when there was no hope of them winning, half of them were heading out the gates. They aren't at the level of Raider fans yet, but they are getting close. Chief fans are verbally abusive and don't accept losing very well. Beat them at their game, remember they aren't on the Chiefs payroll and they behave like children. The Colts have had their way with the Chiefs, so I can only laugh. WHODEY AND GO BENGALS!

Saw the greatest football game ever. Chiefs 42, Bills 36 in OT.
