My husband, adult son, and myself were already clients. I wanted my 13 & 16 year old boys to go where we go. After their cleaning they were in the car so excited.... and said...we are glad you moved us..we like this place...they have good customer service. I was shocked to hear teenage boys saying & noticing that. Awesome Family Dentist.... Wonderful Staff:)

I was a patient at Barry Road Dental Group since 1994. Service was always first rate. However, they will not disclose whether or not their business has a COVID vaccine mandate in place. They've lost my business. And yes, they can state if there's a mandate in place and not violate HIPAA rules.

As always they are on time, all the staff are friendly and caring and we have come to these dentists for years because we trust their care of our teeth

I was a new patient, I felt the Covid Precautions were good. The staff were all friendly and introduced themselves. I usually have pain even with a cleaning; I had no pain at all. The hygienist had a light touch and did a great job. The dentist was friendly and funny and efficient. I will be back.

The entire office from the receptionists to the Doctors are professional, friendly, courteous, and skillful. Just a great experience even if you do not like going to the dentist. They all go above and beyond to take care of your dental needs.

I love the staff and always have excellent care when I go, they are great about remembering you & providing personal service. I do feel very strongly about being called prior to my appointment about the possibility of re-scheduling though- to me that is exceptionally rude and very unprofessional.

They told us insurance would cover basic cleaning and X-Rays but insurance did not cover all their preventative services. Do not trust!!!!

About a year ago I came to this dentistry office for a checkup and cavities filled if i had any, instead of going to my regular dentist. Come to find out one of the teeth which were worked on was showing up on x ray as being very very thin and almost see through. (as well as many fillings coming out/having to be replaced by my regular dentist)I was having pain in my left side on my mouth after my visit here and discovered that dentist tim had mutilated this tooth to the point of looking completely different from all the other side. I also had to have in between my teeth smoothed down with the filing strip in order to be able to floss.

Friendly staff and minimal wait time. The hygienists do a thorough job cleaning my teeth and the dentists are excellent.

Dr. Stephanie is amazing; I had to have alot reconstructive work done and she did a magnificent job. Shawna is an amazing tech and makes getting a cleaning as quick and painless as possible. Ronda is also asking at working with you getting you in as quick as they can. All the staff are always smiling and friendly. I will never go anywhere else.

I wish I could gave them zero star they did nothing in my teeth’s and they charged me and they used my insurance benefit and when I called them they said for anytime you coming to office you have to pay even you coming to fix the problem Our dentists made for you!!! I mean seriously I have to pay for problem your dentist never can fix it and I waste my time to came to your office and I have to pay for your fault too! I documented all they didn’t to my teeth and file it in my insurance never recommend to ppl and if I saw anyone going there tell what happened and let them know what this office did that to me!!!

Quite frankly the best dental office ever.. staff is fantastic. Always make you feel comfortable, have smiles and very warm and welcoming environment. It’s always a pleasure to go to this dental office.

I don’t even know where to start other than to say if you’re looking for a new dentist maybe even closer to home, Barry rd Dental Group is the place to be/ go friendly staff, Ronda the receptionist will help set you up and listen to you’re concerns. If you’re new as well and have been refered you and the referee will be compensated and you can used that to you’re visit or following visits!

Very nice staff who were a lot of help. Needed a crown, but we had to make a choice because of bone loss under one tooth. We had a very good discussion of the options and what the best way to move forward might be. We were given recommendations and information which permitted me to choose what I needed to do. Was given a cost estimate for the crown before leaving and there was no charge for the consultation - which was very thorough.

Very friendly and works with my best interest. Recommend this team very highly, they're awesome!

I absolutely love my dentist. I am always welcomed and made to feel special when ever I go. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentist and vowed to stay away from any dentist as I didn’t trust them. Steph and Tim have converted me. They are gentle and just overall great people and not to mention they don’t hurt you. Now Shanna is the best hygienists ever. I would get my teeth cleaned and polished everyday if I could. They are the best and will always have a patient forever!!!

I was very nervous, as most people are, when I moved to KC and had to find a new dentist! This has been my best experience with a dental office by far. Shauna is a fantastic hygienist, always making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Doctor Stephanie is the best, and the work I have had completed has been fantastic.

I love this dentist office. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. On this particular visit I arrived a few minutes late and then had to leave quickly (due to children). They were so flexible and understanding. The dental hygienist worked so hard scraping my teeth! I am always impressed with the high level of service this office offers.
