I was very impressed by this professional and knowledgeable team. Dr. List accurately diagnosed my problem. I received excellent care before, during and after a needed procedure. The team collaborated flawlessly to coordinate my scheduling, visits, and referrals. They were great and I wouldn't hesitate to refer Alaska ENT or return if I needed their services.

Let me say I'm a complicated patient due to my surgical & medical history. Dr. List proceeded to treat me with eyes wide open. He's patient, thoughtful, addresses your concerns, and most importantly...HONEST. He isn't afraid to say "I don't know but let's reach out and find the answer!" Which I absolutely love. He's hands on when you need and background support when you don't. I'm happy to have him as a part of my medical team.

I was seen by Dr. List over 20 years ago and he was able to fix my snoring problem in a quick 15 min procedure. I haven’t snored for the last 20 years. I recently saw him due to my nose plugging up at night. He has once again fixed my problem with a relatively easy in office procedure. Dr. List is a fantastic ENT Doctor and I would recommend him anytime. He is also a great guy! Thank you Dr. List, you have greatly improved the quality of my life and I thank you!

Confirm the cost before making your visit, especially as a first time patient. I was charged a lot more for the level of treatment I received was worth (no ear cleaning). I confirmed the visit would be covered under my insurance as a specialist visit (which it was) but found additional charges on my statement after the visit. This included a new patient fee and an otoscope/medical instrument fee that ended up costing me three times what a regular visit to a specialist would have. When I originally called to make an appointment I was given no heads up that I would incur additonal charges to what was already assumed as a regular check up/ ear inspection. Go to another ENT if you have the option.

Dr. List and staff are so communicative, friendly, and helpful. I am in my early 20s and had a tonsillectomy -- no fun, to say the least, but Dr. List is a wonderful surgeon and made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions and concerns addressed before the surgery, on the day-of, and after!

I visited often because of my Jaw pain. I wish he is my Primary Doctor but he is ENT doctor... "Needless to say" You know what I mean?

Good experience. Scheduled my appointment online, on my phone. Downloaded paperwork and completed it before the appointment. At the time of the appointment, receptionist was professional and friendly. Short wait before nurse called me in, and doctor saw me. I had confidence in the doctor.

Dr List and his office staff are considerate, cheerful and friendly. All of my fears were laid to rest as soon as I spoke to Dr List. He explained my condition and how it would be treated with great knowledge and a wonderful bedside manner which quickly puts you at ease. I believe I will be in excellent hands in Dr Lists care.

Good all around consult and advice

Dr. List thoroughly assessed my situation, gave me informative advice, and helped me understand how to help myself as well. He will sit down and talk to you, he wasn’t in a hurry like most doctors. I would give minus a million if I could. This man is a sicko. He messed me up. He gave me Psychosis and PTSD. He tortured me in such a way that it felt like rape. I had surgery from him twice, once when I was ten another time when I was seventeen. I wish the police would believe me, but it sounds so far fetched, and I have psychosis from the PTSD. He does this To children and teenagers. He is a criminal. But, if he wouldn’t have done this to me I wouldn’t have become so smart and intune with myself and everything around me. So in a way he helped me become the young woman I am today. Without the fire, there is no water to put it out. NEVER SEE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING HE IS A CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!

Dr List is very competent, years of experience to draw on, is current in his field of expertise, explores current technology, communicates well, is friendly and shows concern for his patients.

Did great with my but charged us for procedures that weren't done and that insurance would not cover! Very disappointed.
