I had a wonderful expieriance! The staff were all very friendly, and very caring from start to finish.

I never felt the needle. Dr Lowry is the best denist I ever had.

I've been going here for almost 10 years now, they always do amazing work and are extremely nice and professional.

Scheduling at this location is very flexible. One of the filings they gave me didn't measure up to their standards and they worked with me to replace it two years after at no charge. The staff is always friendly and more than happy to address any concerns you have

Got in at the time my appointment was scheduled, very friendly front desk ladies and my hygienist was the best!

Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office. The hygienist was ruse and accusatory, assuming she knew about your teeth better than I did. I had billing issues from my first appointment, as they didn't bill my insurance until I began calling them. I had fillings replaced, that were only partially removed leaving pieces of my previous fillings in my mouth. Then was told I needed 2 crowns 6 months after they replaced the fillings. My crown they did place had poor margins, and when I mentioned it, they said it was fine. I was reevaluated by another dentist and told by other hygienists, they would never work for this clinic after a previous experience there. If something doesn't seem right, go with your gut. Extremely poor service and just out to make a profit at your expense.

I don't know anyone who is a fan of visiting the dentist, and you don't either. However, at some point you have to go -whether for preventative maintenance or because of something more emergent. The point is, since you have to go anyway...go to Advanced Family Dentistry. This is the only dentist's office I've ever visited that ACTIVELY TRIED TO SAVE ME MONEY. I was advised to purchase a cheap dental savings plan before my appointment (100 bucks), which within 24 hours has saved me about 2000 dollars over the course of my treatment plan. Bone grafts and extractions aren't cheap, but they're a lot cheaper when the provider sincerely cares about their patients well being (both orally and fiscally). Thank you for attending my TED talk.

Excellent staff, lots of payment options and very good work

It was my first visit here, recently moved to Alaska, and it won't be my last. The staff is great, friendly, and informative. The dentist and hygienist told me everything they were doing and going to do.

From the receptionist to the dental tech and doctor, what an experience. So kind communicative and funny. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment and got in early. Also first shot I’ve ever received that was painless. Great numbing techniques. Best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Very professional. 110% recommend.

Dr. Lowrie is great! I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Lowrie causes the least pain I've ever experienced with dental work. All the staff here is very perfessional and kind. They are great with kids too. Wonderful people! I won't take my family anywhere else!

When I arrived I realized it was the wrong dentist. They got me in within 10 minutes. They were so friendly, and explained everything very thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dentist office

Friendly. But I recommend going somewhere else. I had a root canal done on my very back molar here. That dentist never even mentioned having a crown done. After that root canal, I decided to follow my instincts and go to a different dentist. Well I ended up having that root canal redone by an endodontist and then a beautiful crown placed on that very back molar by my new dentist. This old dentist here also filled a cavity on my number 4 tooth. Well, what do you know, when my new dentist took extensive x-rays, they found a HUGE cavity in number 4. That same tooth that this old dentist supposedly fixed two years earlier. I ended up needing another root canal by same endodontist. If you want the very best care for your teeth, go to a different dentist.

Advanced Family Dentistry were great to me. I had a broken tooth and they got me, a new patient in less than 2 hours after I called! Their staff was friendly and made me feel like a long term patient!

I have had many horrible dental appointments in the past. This is not the case with my visits to Advanced Family. They go the extra bit to make me comfortable

I’ve been going to this dental office since they’ve opened, I have NEVER had a bad experience. Very pleasant staff and dentists. I always feel welcomed. The best part is they will work with you. If there’s something that needs to be done and insurance is being a pain they’ll try their hardest to help you get it done. As long as they’re open and I have teeth, I will continue to happily drive from Anchorage to see them for all my dental needs!
