Just went there for a cleaning and check-up. The cleaning was done without hurting me and my teeth were once again smooth as glass! The check up was done by the owner of the business and he took the time to give me some great advice and save me some money too. Very honest—-thank you!

The business practices of this dental office are disappointing at best, and though my husband and I both have called them to discuss the matter, they refuse to admit their error and are now threatening to send us to collections. My son needed work that was going to exceed my annual maximum covered by my insurance. It was during the heat of Covid and money was even more tight than before. My insurance was going to reset the very next month and a new annual maximum would be available. I discussed this with them and we came up with a treatment plan that spread the work out over three visits so that my insurance was going to cover it all. I was very careful about this, asked no less than three times if we had adequately mapped that out, and then signed the treatment plan. Once the work started, they discovered that my son was resistant to the local anesthetic and it was requiring significantly more than normal to numb him appropriately to complete the necessary work. At appointment two, the doctor had a cancellation that occurred simultaneous with my son's appointment and they made the decision on the fly to just get the remainder of his work done on that day instead of going through the fight of getting him numbed up again later. I was not made aware this had occurred until it was too late and now my annual maximum had been exceeded and I received a bill in the mail that never should have been. They refuse to take any ownership of this issue. They don't return a phone call if you get their voicemail and leave a message, and the office staff in general are not very proficient. Not once, but twice, we set a specific date and time that worked in my work schedule for appointments. I stood at the counter and put it in my phone's calendar right then and there, and when the date rolled around they did a remind call and had put it on their schedule for a day earlier. Due to COVID and the scheduling challenges that created, it was going to be weeks again before I could get in if I re-scheduled. The doctors are great, but the office support staff are the plague of this practice!

Front desk clerk Erica was unpleasant. Very unwelcoming.

This past week I had a crown that was at least 20, maybe 30 years old, fall off one evening. I called the next day and they told me to come in immediately. With the age of the crown, I was expecting they would recommend a new one, which would be expensive. Fortunately, the Dr checked how the old crown fit on the tooth, said it was ok, and just glued it on again. I am thankful he was honest enough to do that, rather than suggesting a new one so they could make a lot more money.

The front staff Melissa and Erica have a wonderful and warm welcome when you enter the office. Both were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The hygienist and dentist were kind and patience with myself and my three children. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

I wish I could give more stars to this practice and Dr. Adam Jense and Lena. I got into an accident while on vacation in Anchorage and, was referred to Dr. Adam Jense from ER for emergency dental work. He is super professional and caring. I got the most complicated dental treatments in my life from them. They also prepared a detailed clinic notes so I could do follow-ups with my regular dentist returning home. They also stayed late and ensure that I was taken care of on a Friday. Could not appreciate more.

Worst communicating dentist. I had check up last april from this lady doctor. She talked about implant or partial denture. In May I had deep cleaning. In June I had fill up from another doctor and complained that I did not get any informaion about what to do with my teeth. Then this another doctor told me that partial denture is better than implant in my condition so I agreeded and made an appointment for today and I went there at 8am to have my two teeth extracted. And the front told me I don't have any appointment but since I had wanted talk about my condition, she can make an appoint with the original lady doctor at 9. I told the front desk that I work at 10 and it was very rude of them to make my appointment gone without informing me. And I don't want to come here again. All the front desk said was OK, no apologies or what so ever.

Dr. Bressler and his staff are awesome. Very friendly, easy going and do a tremendous job. I highly recommend Affordable Dental.

Amazing staff and exceptional service. Totally tip notch care. They worked with my schedule and made me fee comfortable. Plus I got to catch up on my favorite shows while I was getting work done on their TVs in each exam room!

I would give this place 10 stars I needed an emergency crown replacement. They were great to work with me when I got into Ancorage . Super nice office. I loved Jazmin and the dentist Jana . The front desk people were great and so helpful. I highly recommend!!!

When an old man like me has more missing teeth that ones remaining then it's time to consider dentures. The staff discussed this with me and answered my questions regarding procedures and cost. It was a wise decision to proceed with the extractions and fitting of the new dentures process. The entire staff is knowledgable of their profession and made each necessary scheduled visit one step closer to the finished product. I have had positive complements on my dentures and I am pleased with the professionalism, cost, and care that I have received at Affordable.

Dr. Seaman and the hygienist were very gentle and considerate when doing an extraction and bone graft. What otherwise could have been an excruciating experience was easy and quick. The prices of every other "affordable" dentist in town were $1000-$4000 MORE than what I'm paying for the extraction, implant and crown.

I began going to Affordable Dental Care about two years ago when I went looking for an in-network provider for the Teamsters. They were able to get me right in and explained the costs up front so there were no surprises. Their staff are friendly and very professional and are good at sending me reminders so I don’t forget any appointments. Going to the dentist has always been a traumatic experience for me. I have a lot of anxiety and it is hard for me to calm myself down but they are always so kind and compassionate and make me feel as comfortable as possible even going as far as getting me a blanket. I have seen both Dr. Bressler (very easy on the eyes and funny too) and Dr. Seaman (called me back on a Sunday about an issue I was having even though she was on vacation with her family) and they have helped me tremendously with my dental care. I feel as if I matter when they call me after a procedure to make sure I am doing okay. (Who does that anyway?) and for this I will always be a loyal patient.

Great place to get dental work done. Have no complaints at all. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional.

All of the staff at Affordable Dental have been friendly and helpful everytime I’ve called or been into the office! They were amazing with my 2 year old during his first dental appointment!! Dr. Seaman showed him all the instruments and explained what she was doing. We also ended up here as the result of a sledding accident and Dr. Paige was great at making my son comfortable and explaining to me what I should keep an eye out for. I recommend this practice to everyone!!

These guys are truly THE BEST! Excellent staff, excellent dentistry and most of all excellent dentists! Dr. Paige addressed all of my concerns and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend them :)

Every person in this office is extremely kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. Most of all, there is always a plentiful supply of humor and I LOVE that. The Doctors and the assistants always make sure that I am as comfortable as I can be and do every thing in their power to have the least amount of pain as possible. They promised they would work with me on payment arrangements and they have. They have been very flexible so I may continue to have the work done that I really need. Most of all, they believe me when I say I am not numb yet! I had a tooth saved that someone else may have just said pull it, but Dr. Seaman took a chance and did save it. The staff is great at explaining what the procedure is that they are doing is and why. They are always sure to let me know all my options when there are options. I just can't say enough about them!!!! I will recommend Affordable Dental Care to anyone I know that needs their teeth taken care of.....

I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this office! I've been to two of the dentists, Dr. Bressler and Dr. Seaman. They are gentle and friendly. The staff goes the extra mile to accommodate you and meet your needs. I feel my care has been exceptional and tailored to meet my specific needs. I would encourage ANYONE looking for a GREAT dentist office to tey Affordable!

Lousy communication with the front desk staff. Did not follow up on an important issue. Called to find out what is going on- offered no excuse except someone must have forgotten. The union wants us to go here- not sure why? Obviously, they are not concerned about the family of the union worker. Is it possible that they treated us this way because they are not getting paid top dollar because of the union contract?

Highly recommend Affordable Dental Care. Dr. Bressler is the man, took care of my wisdom teeth within an hour. They are very friendly, and they take pride in their work. Thank you guys!

ok, let's start. got a root canal done. on the final visit to put the crown on and be finished started the long ordeal. took four visits to finally just get the finished crown placed in my mouth. they also didn't candle the appointments until a hour before the appointment which really sucks when you drive from seward. reason #1, they lost the crown. yes they lost the crown and let me drive from seward before they canceled. reason #2 the crown had slight damage to the outside and needed to be remade. oh, yea I called the day before to confirm everything was ready and was assured it was but got canceled a hour before yet again after I drove from seward. reason #3 the vacuum broke. going to also get a tooth pulled but equipment broke after I get again drove up from seward and yet again thinking confirming an appointment meant anything. then they final got it put on and the other tooth pulled. now I got to go back because it really hurts and my mouth is aggravated. also, I was told my insurance would pay for the tooth pull and I would owe nothing. got a bill yesterday for $250. the dentists are nice and their work is fine, but it's organization and customer service is less than one star. as soon as they fix my crown I'll be finding a new dentist

I've had quite a bit of work done here and I always leave impressed. I switched to Affordable Dental Care after being quoted an exorbitant amount by my previous dentist. All told, I saved about $2,500 dollars by going with these guys. Dr. Seaman is awesome - she is professional, highly-skilled, and patiently talked me through all procedures. Made me feel very comfortable. I've also always impressed with the office staff - always courteous and went to bat for me with the insurance company. Highly recommend.

Lost a tooth years ago playing hockey. Every dentist I went to gave me quotes of over $5000 to fix it!!!!! A friend referred me to Affordable Dental Care. Thanks to Dr Seaman I was able to get my tooth replaced with an implant for only $2500......hands down best dental experience I have ever had! Amazing staff and beautiful office........Highly recommend them!

I have been in the Anchorage and the Wasilla offices multiple times. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Dr. Bressler is highly knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointments. All the staff in both offices have been friendly, caring, efficient. I cannot imagine why any negative reviews would have been submitted. I highly recommend Dr. Bressler and his team.

Affordable Dental in anchorage is in the same building as Planned Parenthood. The reason why this can be uncomfortable is that there are sometimes picketers outside that will try to talk you out of your abortion ("just here for a cleaning!") and there is security right inside the door ("again...just here for a cleaning!"). The remodel makes the place look much nicer than it did when it first opened. No complaints on the appearance of the office. The first cleaning I had was horrible and the second cleaning I got was very good. It depends on who you get. The problem (hence the one star) is that the entire staff looks high school-college aged (including the dentists) and they always bill me wrong. I was told to sign for a cleaning when I only got an inspection (insurance fraud!?) When I brought it to their attention, they said they were "planning on doing a cleaning but they had to bill it now" (we didn't do the cleaning later either). Another time, they billed insurance 3 times for the same thing.... 3 times!... for a cleaning... for one person... 2 different dates... 2 different doctors? This is not a simple mistake, this is one appointment being charged as 3 different ones! And that day I signed nothing.

We won't even discuss their customer service or lack there of. Both the wife and I have visited there fairbanks location. Having not been to a dentist for nearly 10 years and never having a tooth ache in my life I was a bit nervous to say the least. Well now my teeth hurt from fillings I received 4 months back. The wife has been to this office 6 times in attempt to get her fillings corrected. After showing frustration in office, about being charged to be seen to fix the pain mentioned above I was asked to leave. No good experiences to speak of in the total of 10 visits made. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
