Appointment began at the time scheduled, staff was friendly, informative, and accommodating, my hygienist is fantastic, and I always feel very good when my appointment is finished.

Having not been to the dentist in several years I was very nervous to try a new clinic but everyone here was A+ from my very first phone call. If you have dental anxiety I would highly recommend Dr Finley, she was very patient and understanding. While going to the dentist will never be fun for me, her demeanor made it notably less awful.

I have been going to Alaska Advanced Denistry for well over 10 years and would not ever consider going anywhere else. I am treated like family by everyone, and enjoy a warm, safe and healthy environment.

I have been going to Alaska advanced dentistry for 20 years I would say and they’ve always done a great job and the staff has always been nice and friendly. I have my teeth cleaned every three months. I’ve had two teeth capped. I also have had fillings removed and replaced.If you’re looking for a dentist and place to have your teeth cleaned I would highly recommend them.

Everyone is especially comforting and knowledgable. Although I have no dental anxiety, I was very comfortable with my crew and so glad with the work they performed.

My entire family comes to see Dr. Malcom and we all love him. He is great with my kids and very patient. I had a cavity that needed treated quickly and I was able to get in right away and he took a lot of time to make sure it was done right. By far my favorite family dentist we have had. You will not regret going to them for any of your families dental needs.

Alaska Advanced Dentistry is the best! Dr. Malcolm has a calm, soothing approach that makes you feel relaxed while sitting in his chair. Dental hygienist Cara educates you on teeth care and tries her best to keep her clients out of the dentist’s chair. The rest of the staff are all great and happy to see you.

They are also very personable and ask how you are doing. Dr. Malcom is really good about if you’re I uncomfortable during a filling, he’ll give you more numbing to make you comfortable. Came for a second opinion and so glad I did! Dr. Malcolm took pictures of my teeth so I could see which ones specifically needed work. Everyone in the office is so friendly and accommodating and answered ALL my questions with physiological reasoning as to why I was having dental problems! I’ve been coming here for years. Dr. Malcolm is wonderful! I went in for three PRRs and on the spot he decided two weren’t actually necessary, saving me time, money and unnecessary intervention. Cara is my hygienist/therapist (ha!) and the office staff are so welcoming. 100% recommend!

As a patient that have had multiple bad experiences with dentist, this was by far the most comfortable that I have ever felt, very informative, from the staff at the front desk to the doctor, everyone was very attentive to all questions and concerns I had.

Alaska Advanced Dentistry has always been our “go-to” for dental work for almost 15 years. Dr. Klump is always friendly and very professional, and now Dr. Malcolm has assumed that responsibility. The front desk people are cooperative and will help with any scheduling you may have. From time to time they have worked me in for an emergency. Cara is by far the best hygienist. I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. The care that both Dr. Malcom and Kat name me feel very comfortable in coming back. Thanks so much for making my visit so easy Update- I called in yesterday with a bad toothache thinking "man they are going to be busy right now, probably won't be able to get in until a few weeks". To my surprise I was told come in, we will squeeze you in! I figured I would need the dreaded extraction and it turns out I did. Again, I can't say how comfortable I was, not to mention I barely felt anything the whole time! Thanks to you all for making my dental fears seem ridiculous! Have a wonderful Christmas Holiday Update- I took my daughter to Dr. Malcom for an Invisalign consultation and every visit I always feel at ease with the doctors easy mannerisms, his professionalism and the assistants knowledge of their work. I'm so glad my family has found a great dentist, someone we truly enjoy visiting.

Alaska Advanced Dentistry was great! They were able to squeeze me in when I had extreme tooth pain, even making room to do the procedure the same day. They stayed nearly 2 hours past closing to fix me up. I am from the village, so this was greatly appreciated. They did an awesome job on my root canal and I am now pain free. I highly recommend this dental office!

I’ve been going to Alaska Advanced Dentistry since I was 19. The reason is simple, I trusted Dr. Klump now trust Dr. Malcolm, Kara (the BEST dental hygienist) as well as the rest of the staff. The other day I chipped my tooth and Dr. Malcolm and his assistant Kat were able to see me that afternoon. Ana and Amanda took the time to go over different plans and solutions that would help me to be able to fix the damage I had done to my teeth. I am not a fan of dental work but I would and do highly recommend Alaska Advanced Dentistry not only because they are the first with the best and newest technologies but for their compassion, understanding and their patience.

I love how convenient the location is. I never see a bunch of people lined up in the waiting room. I try to always be on time or a little early so I never sit and wait and wait and wait like I have at other dentists offices. Most importantly they don’t shame you for the condition of your teeth. They are just glad you are there seeking treatment

I visited Alaska Advanced Dentistry after a long lapse in dental care. The staff was kind, compassionate, friendly and professional. Would not recommend. Came to get my teeth whitened. Called before to see how much it would be & then when i got there they said it would be more. Super expensive, bad service, & my teeth looked the exact same when i left.

As someone who has a lot of anxiety surrounding dentistry, I was very put at ease with Dr. Finley. The entire staff is kind and accommodating. I will be continuing to get the work that needs to be done with her.

I recently had to get a tooth removed and get an implant to replace it, which was all anxiety inducing, but the staff was friendly and patient with me. They walked me through the procedure step by step so I’d know what they were doing, and they were more than happy to answer any of my questions. Thankfully, the whole process was quick and easy, and recovery is going great :) I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist!

Alaska advanced dentistry is the best, and that's what they are "advanced dentistry". They will do a Multitude of good things to help a person get that smile that they've always wanted, and even a little bit of botox if you want. I've been a patient there for 17 years and would never dream of going anywhere else. My most recent visit was not just the cleaning, I won't explain the details, but not any pain at all. They are very caring and will do everything that they can to make your visit comfortable. Office staff and dentists are always friendly and upbeat. Treatment plans are explained throughly, with options for payment plans if needed. Reminders are sent a few days ahead of your appointment, and a text the day of which is great. Covid protocols are strictly followed which I appreciate. My husband and I are both very happy we are getting the level of care we are now.

Excellent dental clinic! Great communications, bedside manners, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Malcom was thorough and he identified important things other dentists had missed which may have saved several teeth. I transferred to this clinic because I heard an ad on tooth-clenching (bruxism) treatment and happy to say my migraines are reduced from options Dr. Malcom offered.
