Very kind and professional staff!

I have a 1& 2 Year old & this being their first Dentist Appointment, However I was expecting bad news because my 1st born Grinds his teeth often. But They got him to sit in the seat like a big boy & they saw no signs of cavities so this was a very exciting FIRST TIME VISIT for my sons ❤️ Also my 2nd born was a breeze as well :)

The BEST dental office I've been in! All the staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. If I can give 6 stars, I would! Outstanding job every time! I recently got my night guard and after 3 nights of trial, I went back for some problems and they fixed it right away! Very happy about it that I don't need to wait days for it. I really greatly appreciate how they handle my case seriously and promptly. And all other times we've visited the office for cleaning has always been great! Highly recommended! ?

The dentist and all the staff are very friendly and super supportive while goin thru my forever transformation. I wouldn’t think about goin any where else. The communication on how every procedure was goin to go was explained very well all my questions always answered. This is the best dental office I’ve ever been in.

I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. As soon as I walked in I was comforted by warm smiling faces that were genuinely happy to be there. The dentist was not harsh and didn’t talk bad about me or my teeth.. he was kind and concerned about me being comfortable and making sure all of my dental needs are met. I have found my dental home and when u see me on the streets smiling know it was Art!

Best dentist's office I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly, and I always leave knowing that my teeth are being well looked after. Even though my husband and I live in South Anchorage, we will always drive out to Muldoon to continue going to Alaska Dental Arts. They're prompt with appointments too -- we're never waiting for ages like at some offices. I couldn't recommend them more!

Dr. Plourde did an amazing job, both with his work and explanations. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. I definitely recommend this place.

I went in for a problem tooth. Everyone in the office was warm and very professional. My problem was addressed without any hesitation or extraneous "box checking" components. Dr. Plourde was training one of the staff members and seemed to be a very good teacher, patient and kind. I will definitely be returning for my routine dental care and would recommend Dr. Plourde and the staff at Alaska Dental Arts without hesitation.

Their was some waiting time, but they did explain what the process was, what to expect and what to do after the surgery. It wasn't as bad as my mind made it out to be and there was some uncomfort after the surgery but it's a better feeling than a throbbing wisdom tooth ?.

The people made this experience for me a family clinc I love it. They were all helpful in many ways, Doc didn't have to rush he took his time even thou it was a difficult tooth to extract no problem, he got that done while training his new workers on terms etc. No Insurance don't worry they help been too many clinics and this is my first time feeling safe and warm...I love the vibe and the people ❤ ? ? ? ? ? Mis.Claudia and the girls got this place spiced up with tender loving and care I recommend this place over and over again it's my new spot and I'll be seeing them again next month. ❤

Amazing. Dr. Plird, he is amazing! Bedside manners out of this world. I'm one of those people that has to be crying to go to the dentist. I think he's changed my opinion, behavior, and soul about about dentistry. I've worked in the dental field for years and never have I ran into a doctor like him. The only way you're truly understand is make an appointment. Five stars just doesn't meet the mark. Us that have anxiety regarding teeth maintenance/dentists people that have any idea about teeth this is your place. Make sure you ask for Dr. Plird, he's the man!!!!!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I do love this place! Dr. Plourde is very friendly and easy to talk with. He’s kind and professional and has done a great job every time I’ve gone in. Trisha and the rest of the staff are amazing and fun. But my favorite is Claudia at the front desk. She is sweet and incredibly helpful. She easily explains all the insurance and billing options. And she always has something nice to say and asks about what’s going on in my life. She’s the best and I cannot give her enough praise! This office really cares for its patients. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had gone to a previous dentist to get some assistance with a broken front denture tooth it took me a week to get an appointment it took me two weeks to get approval on which I found out that they didn't even apply to Medicaid to help me out because they knew they were going to make any money but Alaska dental art on my first day phone call took me in got my tooth fixed and help me ASAP and got me a new set of teeth I would say this is a five star five star place

Very professional and worked really hard to make me as comfortable as possible. I had 2 extractions and am scared to death of the dentist. Really took their time with me and were great.

They were prompt in scheduling me in for a exam, X-rays and went right to the problem that needed fixing. I would highly recommend using their dental services. They are courteous, caring and very helpful for the needs of their customers

I’m am really excited to have found this dental office. Everyone from the front desk to the back assistants and especially the Dentist were so kind to me. I like everyone else dread going to the dentist but this man was so kind and made sure my anxiety was settled before proceeding. My insurance didn’t cover to much but the office made it comfortable for me to afford a new crown. I’m looking forward to going back for all my dentistry needs.

Every time I go there they make it stress free, Doc tells you exactly what You need done. I love the fact that they will work with you on getting what you need done. My wife has had a lot of bad experiences at the dentist but that changed today. Even tho she was in tears learning what it would take to fix her teeth, the Dr and staff were so kind to her she left smiling and laughing. Thank you all for making her comfortable today and putting her at ease for the work to come. Highly recommend

The two ladies at the front desk were very professional and welcoming. The dental assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable (she gave me helpful dental hygiene tips along the way). My dentist was easy to talk to and he did a thorough job in his assessment and treatment planning. The cost was fair and well worth it. I would definitely recommend Alaska Dental Arts to others.

5/5 is an understatement! I absolutely HATED going to the dentist prior to finding these guys. They make sure you are good and comfortable before doing any work. Very informative and helpful staff. I will be doing all of my dental work here and will be recommending all of my friends/family to do the same. Thank you guys again so much. Look forward to coming in again in the spring!

Alaska Dental Arts staff are a super nice group, especially the receptionist. However, the huge sign on their building proclaiming free teeth whitening is super misleading. Sure, you get teeth whitening, but, it is the same stuff you can buy at a store, not a professional teeth whitening. Then, after they took casts of my teeth for teeth whitening trays, I never received a call back to get the whitening done. Also, I had to ask several times about the whitening. Finally, I called and told them to throw them away as I wouldn't be coming back. I will definitely be looking for a different dentist because I feel like the teeth whitening was so misleading and a way to get you to make an appointment.

Same name, new crew. Forget about whatever u heard. Old owner left no footprints here. These guys r good. Claudia, the manager, set the tone for me with her genuine hospitality n professionalism. The doctor n staff followed suit. Thank you Tianalyn for best cleaning I've had in years. Thank you all for understanding n practicing the rules for patient awareness n sensitivity
