Love this place! The dentist is so amazing and really cares about her patients!

The warmth, skill and compassion from this practice has been consistent for all the years I’ve been a patient. I have presented a number of challenges with my dental issues to Dr. Chung. She has always taken the time to explain whatever options I may have. I recommend Yorktown Dental Spa. Her prices are great! Staff is wonderful.

I always go and see the reviews before trying a place out and I’m glad I didn’t get hung up on those negative comments made by some bitter ex workers. At any workplace people are going to talk about others but while I was there none of that happened. The staff was amazing. I have a 7 yr old that is a butt when it comes to dental visits but this people here made my kid leave with a smile rather then tears. Definitely recommend this clinic and her staff.

I used to work here and the time I was there I never had a bad experience with her or any of the staff. Everyone was always at their best. Dr. Chung has always been a professional and treats that patients and her staff as family. We, the staff, made sure the patients came first and any concerns or questions they had were answered accordingly. I recommend her clinic to family and friends.

She took me in as a walk-in a did x-rays and deep cleaning! The experience was fun which is rare in dental offices. din't feel a thing when she numbed down my mouth with the needle injections. There maybe lots of dentist in the Houston Galleria with far more exotic facilities but at the end of the day it is not how illustrious a business façade is (not to say her dental lobby is ugly or anything) but the quality and skill of those hands reaching into your mouth that matters. My family thought she was pricy at first but after an extensive research of all the dental offices within a 15 mile radius from my residence; I decided that this will be my future go to dentist. I don't know what I would do if she decided to return to her home country! I'm scared of needles and dentist alike; even though I'm studying to become one.

Dr. Chung worked on me and my parents recently, and we can’t thank her enough for everything. She listened to our concerns and made sure we got the best treatment for our respective cases. We are happy with her work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care.

I have been going to Yorktown Dental Spa for several years now even before Dr. Chung was the dentist. I was sad to see my old dentist go, but very pleased also with Dr. Chung. She is a great dentist! As a 68 year old man, I have lived in many different places and have had many different dentists. I have maintained my teeth over the years, but with the passage of time, I have ground them down, had a number of crowns put in, and have seen my teeth discolor with age and shift a bit out of place. I decided to do something about that, since I like to talk to people and smile and laugh a lot. Of the many dentists I had, I can say that Dr. Chung ranks among the very best of the best. Dr. Chung took my aging teeth and performed nothing short of miracles. She was extremely attentive to detail and took great pains to explain what she was going to do and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She matched the color of my teeth perfectly, and created a smile with teeth that fit like a glove. My teeth are now perfectly straight and no longer have any spaces where teeth have shifted over time. Dr. Chung uses a lab for the crowns and veneers that clearly made my teeth look perfectly natural. She matched the color perfectly with crowns that were already in my mouth and still very good looking. Dr. Chung worked very closely with her assistant as a strong and competent team. Madhia, her assistant, worked very attentively and diligently with Dr. Chung, and as a patient, I felt completely at ease because of their mutual respect for each other, their competence, and the care they both displayed for the patient. Furthermore, as a retired individual, Dr. Chung charged me a very fair price for the incredible quality of her work. I am truly grateful for all the hard work and patience that went in to giving me a smile I can be proud of.

This place is amazing! Dr. Chung and the hygienist Madera are the dream team! I went in for a routine cleaning, didn’t know what to expect, and I was blown away! I’ve had whitening done but none with these results! She’s thorough and gentle at the same time! And great sense of humor! Madera was amazing and got my teeth to the lightest they’ve ever been! Thank you guys so much!!! I love my teeth and can’t stop smiling!

Editing Review: I have an Appt two Mondays from now, today I called June 3, 2019 to reschedule my appt. I tell the receptionist who sounds half asleep/mumbling and continuously coughing what days I can schedule for and that the earlier the better, I repeated myself 3 times and she kept giving me later hours and different days. I specifically said, Tuesday’s and Thursday work, the earlier the better. My original appt is at 10am, I wanted something similar even if i get scheduled months from now. After getting fed up, since we’re clearly not getting anywhere I cancelled my appointment. This is not a review for the dentist herself, she is great and very sweet, I just cannot deal with a confused receptionist who isn’t capable of rescheduling me without issues. The staff and the dentist were very welcoming and kind. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. This is how every dentist office visit should be! I went in, checked in and within seconds I was getting my teeth cleaned. No delays. I’m glad I found Yorktown Dental Spa and plan on bringing in my family as well.

Had my son’s teeth cleaned this Friday and cannot be more impressed by the results. Dr. Chung was so kind to him, explained everything happening and perfect results. The staff were friendly and helpful and the office was very clean. I would highly recommend her!

I had teeth whitening for the first time by Dr.Chung and had amazing results. My teeth were sensitive for about 24 hours but the results are amazing. This works better than the store bought products. It also even out the color of each tooth. These are before and after photos taken on my iPhone.

I really enjoy my two yearly dental cleanings with Dr Chang and her staff! Dr Chang believes in prevention for your teeth. She makes recommendations for future care and always takes time to listen to your concerns. Her staff is prompt with regards to scheduling and has many options for her patients. The doctor is patient and caring, haven't been to the dentist in a while but i can tell you after leaving the office, I did not regret not once my decision of going in and taking care of my teeth. I’ve been avoiding the dentist for approximately 15 years until I chipped a molar. If you’ve ever experienced dental pain, you know it’s the worst! I knew I had no choice and began my frantic search for a dentist that could help me on super short notice Friday afternoon. I called many places and most places the doctor had gone home for the day. I finally called Dr. Chung’s office and talked to Abel who was super helpful and was going to try and squeeze me in and even took the time to email me the new patient forms to speed up the process. Being away from the dentist so many years I really didn’t know what to expect and was also worried how much it was going to cost. Abel quickly explained everything to me to put my mind at ease and also explained the charges by telling me what my insurance would cover and how much it was going to cost me out of pocket. When I met Dr. Chung, she was great, very friendly! She had a great personality and explained all the charges to me again and also took the time to explain what my options were with my chipped molar. She knew I was in a lot of pain and was eager to help me. What shocked me the most is that she sent me a few emails over the weekend to just check on me! Even on a Sunday! I was really shocked at her concern and couldn’t be happier to call her my Dentist. I’ve been back again to check on the healing and to also explain what my other dental needs are since I’ve neglected them for so long. She told me what was most important, what would take the longest, what could wait, and what the cost would be. She is super helpful and really takes the time to make sure I understand everything. If you haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and have been putting it off for whatever reason, pick up the phone and make an appointment with Dr. Chung! You’ll be glad you did. Don’t wait so long like I did.

When I moved to Houston I did an extensive amount of research before deciding which Dentistry to go to. I am glad I chose Dr.Chung, she is amazing she is a grade A professional at her craft. I was skeptical to go at a dentist because of a previous bad experience, but Dr. Chung was very professional and courteous. I had my teeth clean before and my gum was bleeding and sore but she did a great job didn't feel anything, and if you have any concerns she's very happy to answer any questions. The receptionist is friendly too. I would highly recommend to anyone that's afraid to go to the dentist to go here.
