I’m just so disappointed and sad by how this practice chooses to treat patients. Anytime I’ve ever had to call recently for help, they have no problem wasting my time on hold for half an hour, only be condescending on the phone. I’ve seen physicians here for over 20 years, but I am done with BFM. I work in healthcare and would never treat patients the way they treat people.
