Amber Endodontics

Tooth pain started a few days ago, went to dentist and had dreaded diagnosis, needed a root canal ? My dentist referred me to Dr. Amber. Arrived at office, everything handled efficiently, very pleasant staff. Requested nitrous, was provided and definitely made experience more tolerable (I hate having dental work). The entire process was surprisingly painless. Dr Amber was very professional. The office was well equipped, clean and appeared to have the latest tech. I would rate Dr Amber, overall process and staff a 10 out of 10. It is four hours after procedure, tooth is very sensitive but already getting better. Be sure to take pain killers after procedure, don’t wait for it to start hurting. Highly recommend Dr Amber.

This definitely is a good place place to go for your dental implant needs. On my first ever visit, Dr. Jeffrey Chu smoothly removed one of the two tooth implants that I got from another practice, about ten years ago (both had gone bad). The procedure and subsequent recovery went so well that I dared visit again, only one week later, to have Dr. Chu rid me of the second implant. This removal went even better, as it has been almost painless. Add to his skilled work the witty and friendly conversation, and you get the rarest of things: a dental office you look forward to visiting again.

The "Root Canal Queen" as I called her. She specializes in saving teeth and I had to give her a visit. Not only is Dr. Chu amazing, but so is her staff. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend her, if you have a tooth or two that needs saving.

They took care of a difficult broken tooth for a root canal. Felt nothing and was able to put a crown on it few days later with no complications. Highly recommend.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Chu and I cannot believe how smooth and quick the whole entire process was. I had been in so much pain and upon the consult, we decided to go ahead and get the root canal done that same day. Dr. Chu was so patient and explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. I honestly fell asleep at one point because of how gentle and painless everything was. Hopefully, I won't need to come back any time soon but if I do require any endodontic services, I will be sure to come back here!

I found Amber Endodontics through my insurance provider, and I’m so glad I did! I had a crown replaced at my general dentist 3 weeks prior to visiting Amber Endodontics that became inflamed and would not settle down. The whole root canal process from X-rays to the finished result all took less the an hour, and I was finally out of pain! Not to mention, I felt no pain what so ever during the root canal process. All of the staff were very friendly, caring, and professional! Highly recommended in my book! I will definitely let my friends and family know should they ever need a fantastic endodontist! Dr. Amber is one of the best endodontics. She is extremely professional and her job quality is excellent. She saved me twice in last 12 months. Her team is so nice and know their jobs very well.

Dr. Chu and her staff were wonderful! I have Trigeminal Neuralgia which is extremely rare and considered the most painful condition in the world that I actually got from a dental extraction gone horrible wrong years ago. Obviously that incident made it more than difficult for me not to mention I was very apprehensive to seek any form of treatment from any type of dental professional. However, not only was Dr. Chu familiar with the condition, she was very patient, attentive, and cautious to make sure not to trigger any pain attacks whilst doing my root canal. I’m very blessed to have found such an incredible endodontist with such a kind staff. I recommend her to everyone. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel it’s important for people with Trigeminal Neuralgia (that’s so incredibly debilitating) to obtain help from professionals that won’t further exacerbate their pain and that can provide the help and care we need. That was more than done an Amber Endodontics!

Overall a great experience. On time, understood cost up front and Jeffrey keeps his clients well informed of the procedure.

Forget every horror story you heard about root canals. They make it a simple procedure that anyone can sit through. Can't recommend them enough.

Great staff, amazing service and totally painless. I was referred by my dentist. They were able to see me the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the root canal. The entire procedure took 45 minutes. Cannot recommend enough.

10000% would get more dental work done here again, very professional, very timely and literally zero pain. I was getting a botched root canal retreated; I was in and out of the office in about 1hr and experience no pain after the local anesthetic wore off; if I could get all my dental work done here I absolutely would. I was traveling and needed an emergency root canal. Thankfully the office was able to work me in, which was such a blessing, but what was even more amazing was the staff and the Doctor. Their kindness and compassion was unparalleled. The state of the art equipment was quiet and much less intimidating, the techniques the dental assistant used to detract from the injections was so appreciated. Doctor Liu was gentle and the procedure was so quick - what a night and day difference from any other dental experience that I have ever had. Referred here for a root canal. Had my root canal done the same day, didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Amber and her medical assistants were great! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and staff. Had emergency root canal only pain was with the numbing shots. Other than that no pain no electrical shocks like I had with my previous root canal. So thankful for all they did for me.

I just called the office and spoke with Kelly who was rude and unprofessional. I was inquiring about their services as a potential new client regarding my tooth issues. After she told me the next available appointment, I asked her what the cancelation policy was. She then told me rudely, 'You do not have an appointment yet.' After explaining that I may want to schedule and want to know the policy, she raised her voice and rudely said, ' NONE! JUST CALL US THE DAY BEFORE!' I told her I will pass because she sounds rude. She even told me to shop around somewhere else. Poor execution.

This place was very clean and the staff was awesome! Amber (Dentist) was great…I didn’t feel a thing from the shots to the drilling and actually fell asleep while she was working. I was delighted to share my experience with the staff at Amber Endodontics. I had a root canal in the latter part of November 2020 and then a crown shortly thereafter. At that time, I told the dentist the tooth was sensitive and she explained that the crown looked good, but it was probably the gums surrounding the tooth causing the sensitivity. Six months later, I was still have sensitivity and she suggested I contact Amber Endodontics because the root could be the problem. I went to their office directly and asked to speak with someone who could give me an approximate charge to look at the problem. Remember...this was six months later, but due to health reasons, I was unable to come by any earlier. What I experienced was, in my opinion, phenomenal. Instantly, I was x-rayed with several machines, all the while I'm protesting that I had just come by for an approximate charge. Each staff member assured me there would be no charge. In comes the doctor with big needles and lots of Novocaine. He also assured me there would be no charge. Now that's service of the highest quality. I came to them late, but they took charge and corrected the crown which was somewhat higher than the other teeth and that caused the sensitivity. Problem solved. Amber Endodontics is a 5 STAR.

They did such a great job on cleaning my root canal that was infected, the staff was very positive and easy to talk to about the information needed. What stuck out to me was that they numbed up to the point that I was actually falling asleep in the chair, If thats not a good sign then I don't know what is. Keep up the good work.?

Dr Richard Lieu and staff did a fantastic job. I had a complicated situation in need of 4 Root canals, which needed to be done in front. He explained in detail how he was going to to do the procedure and I agreed to move forward with the procedure. I just had this procedure today and feeling really good. No issues. Great care is taken to listen, explain and work with individual needs. Positive reinforcement and making sure you are completely comfortable in the chair, combined with a sense of humor and a gentle touch, allow you to almost forget the shots and the drills. All my questions and concerns were answered and I was even able to take a short break when I needed it. I never felt rushed or felt like they were rushing. Instead great care was taken to thoroughly finish the job no matter how long it took. Had a root canal on a back tooth. It was mostly painless. I had some minor soreness afterwards but nothing Motrin won’t fix.

I had an incredible experience with Amber Endodontics. The staff got me in for a last minute appointment with Dr. Richard Liu on Christmas Eve because I was dealing with excruciating pain. I had a particularly complicated situation to diagnose, involving a couple teeth with crowns as potential culprits. Dr. Liu provided excellent communication with complete transparency throughout his diagnostic process. Dr. Liu clearly takes pride in the integrity of his word when he tells a patient that their tooth needs a root canal and mine was performed with zero pain or discomfort. I am very grateful for Dr Liu’s expertise and determination to get the job done right.

I’ve had two root canals. After the first, at another place I thought I was going to die. The second, here at Amber it was painless. Really. The staff was so caring, gentle and professional helped me all along the way.
