9am appointment very disorganized and slow. It’s 11:00 and I’m still waiting to get my teeth cleaned. X-rays have been done, dentist came in for review of X-rays and mouth, now waiting waiting waiting. A 3 hour dental appointment is unacceptable!

Experienced and professional dentist! Her Priority number one is not your money, it is your teeth comfort and health. I was ready to pay any bill for my daughter tooth extraction but she said no, considering side effects after that operation.

Even in the midst of Covid, proper precautions are being taken to ensure patient safety while still providing excellent service. And I am also confident Dr. Dike is providing the best consultations and treatment plans for my Dental needs.

I moved to Houston in August 2018. I had been looking for a dentist. I decided to give one a try earlier this year but I didn’t really like. Decided to search for another dentist and Ashley Smile Dental came up. I left feeling like I was in great hands. She explained everything to me in great detail & what I needed to get done &why, very polite (including the staff) & just really seemed to love her job. I can say I’ve chosen a permanent dentist. Sure, they are very nice and clean place great friendly atmosphere. However, they are very unexperienced and they overcharge.

Great staff and service. Never an awkward silence because they actually carry a conversation with you. They explain everything that you will be getting done and also help in how to care for your teeth. Their office is super clean and organized. I'm a teacher without any money, so anything to save me money is a thumbs up. Unfortunately I needed 3 teeth extracted, and it was all done in a timely and cost effective manner. I was very satisfied with my service and treatment. Through everything, the pricing walkthrough, the explanation of the procedure I was going to have, and the facilities. Parking is shared with other businesses in the shopping center, but it doesn't appear that will be a problem. I believe they have a restroom, but I've never had to use it. The staff are all friendly and always smiling, I'm not 100% if it's because they are advertising their white and well kept teeth, or if they are generally happy. Either way, their friendly demeanor and smiles work for me. They are very good with their appointment management. They send reminders via phone calls and text messages. Which I think convenient in our hectic day to day lives. Reminders don't hurt. I rated them 4 stars because no one is perfect. I didn't experience anything off putting, but I don't want anyone reading this thinking their experience will be perfect.
