A & E Dental

I sent them a message on March 25th to make an appt to get my teeth cleaned. I heard nothing back so I sent another message on April 9th, thinking it might be a problem with the website. Anna called me the morning of April 12th to ask me to take down my negative review. During our conversation, Anna explained that there were negative reviews on the internet and she wanted me to take them down or tell her how to take them down. I explained to her that I relayed the story above and she kept asking how to take down the reviews. I asked if she was the office manager. She said yes. I asked for her boss. A woman who sounded exactly like Anna answered the phone and stated her name was Dr. Carillo when asked. I relayed the story above to her and she stated it was a mistake. Apparently, they were trying to call someone else to have them take down their negative review, which I think is highly unprofessional. Also, the only acceptable mistake in a doctor or dentist's office is mispronouncing my name. That is all. I can only imagine them making a mistake with medication or what kind of procedure they are supposed to perform. Please do not go to this dentist.

I have taken my three kids here over the past year. There usually is little to no wait. My kids are treated great! Very helpful on getting insurance set up. If you dont have your insurance card she is able to look up in her system by social security number. My little ones ages 4 & 5 think getting their teeth cleaned is fun. My teenager had a bunch of cavities and was scared at first getting them filled. He told me recently at his 6 month checkup and cleaning that he isnt scared if the dentist anymore. To me that says a lot about Dr. CARILLO and her care for my kids teeth.

I came to this office with my son because he was on pain, the Doctor was really nice and also all her staff, We got really good experience...

My phone hit this review section by accident when trying to hit for directions instead! This place is amazing! The doctor is so nice and helpfully. She is patient and work really hard to make it a pleasant experience. Her work is great and the pricing is very affordable. She's patient when it comes to payments also. I would recommend this doctor to everyone!

Bare minimum effort and always rushed through. Often the dentist is working on 2-3 patients at the same time hopping from chair to chair. Went to a new dentist and they found SEVERAL mistakes/ neglected treatment areas. My teens still had baby teeth that we asked multiple times about and they insisted the baby teeh were all out. One daughter had 2 and the other had 3!!! My oldest had a shard of tooth from a baby tooth that did not come out left in her gums for years! We asked about it every time we went in and they told us it was just part of her permanent tooth. New dentist was astonished and dismayed at the lack of attentive care from A & E Dental. Totally unprofessional and possibly hazardous to your health.

very bad service. I had an appointment, and the receptionist or assistant let 3 family members go in before me. They had me waiting and no one would even check on me... it seems like they only speak spanish, and it's very far away. They are very insisting.

I'm not quite sure how to handle the woman answering the phones, taking information down, and making sure they accept insurance. She asked me for my S.S. and I'm not a huge fan on providing that information to just anyone. Now, just to ask her information about her services, she shorten the call and will notify me if she cannot find me the providers system. (Note: I found A&E Dental Houston off of my plan's site)

I would never do service with this company just from the rude service I received over the phone. Find somewhere else to go, where they actually care for your business and know what good customer services skills are.

This place is not kid friendly!

A&E Dental on 10804 Hufmeister Rd Ask for $ 2400 for a full set off Dentures and $ 600 for expedited service. Two weeks later , and a number of appoitments , they set up at there convenience , still nothing. They want you to go there over and over hoping the get lucky and get it right or you get tired and go some where else. Forget asking for a refund or do over on this place. Be prepared to spent lot of money and time for nothing. You better speak spanish because other then the D.M.D. Elizabeth Carrillo no one can communicate. The Hygiene in this place is very bad, They go from patient to patient with the same gloves and you better ask them to change it , or they will used the same pair all day. Don't make the same mistake i did , for dentures go to Pro Dentures down the street. Half the price and done in one day. For orthodontics unless you looking for third world service dont go there. STAY AWAY FROM A & E DENTAL.
