I had two teeth extracted. Didn’t feel a thing. That makes for a great day! Bonus, everyone was very nice.

Friendly staff

I was able to get in for a cleaning and checkup with no delay. Had to have a tooth crowned, that took another appointment, and 2 hours. Permanent crown will be ready in 2 weeks. Fast, professional staff. Good value for the money.

I had my first visit this morning. Only had to wait about 5 minutes before the hygienist came to get me. She was very nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Dr. English took the time to answer my questions. Overall very pleasant visit.

Well all dentists are not the same. The office is very pleasant and despite 2 days of deep cleaning I give a good review bc the young lady was the best hygienist Ive ever had. My teeth were clean and the pain was minimal considering I went 5 years afraid bc of past experience with other dentists. This is the first time I can say Im glad I went to the dentist. I really felt like she cared and I definitely appreciate her not hurting me while going deep lol

Dr English and his staff are the best dental care providers in all of north Alabama. Dr English is the best dentist I have ever seen. His care is compassionate, professional, and his team works to ensure you are seen as quickly as possible based on your needs and the care you need. Same day service or regular appointments they always make sure you receive the best dental care possible. Communication is outstanding. They make sure you get reminders and ensure you do not miss appointments. If Dr English is not your family dentist then you are going to the wrong dentist office!

I was in need of major dental work and decided to use Dr.English biased on reviews I found on line. My family needed a dental provider as well but I wanted to wait to see how my experience was before scheduling for family members. Dr. English and staff were warm and welcoming and answered any questions I had. Most importantly no wait and was in and out in no time. We have found our new dental home.

I went in with a cracked tooth, was treated as a valued customer. The professionalism and experience of the staff gave me the confidence that I have found a dentist. I recommend this dental facility.

I have been treated by Apex for over a year and wanted to wait a bit on a review. This is a great dentist and dental office. They're always on time friendly and he can do more than most dentists with the state of art equipment he has at his office. He did an extraction in his office saving me a lot of money if I had gone to a Maxillofacial surgeon. I have had several crowns and in process of an implant, no rework and no problems to date. Again, no waiting. And did I say the staff is friendly its a positive environment.

My daughter worked for him. When they hired her he knew she needed more training. When she would try to work he would huff and puff at her which made her more nervous instead of teaching her. When he let her go he said their personalities didn’t fit and she was to shaky. Wouldn’t u be shaky with someone like that??? He basically told her that her certificate she got hurt her more than helped. Now after years of wanting to be an assistant and go into dental hygiene she says she doesn’t want to because she feels like she can’t do it. He basically ruined her dream. I don’t feel like u should treat ur employees like that. We should uplift and not tear people down and ruin what they wanted to do with their life. He should have never hired her if he didn’t want to teach. His assistant would also yell at her and told her that’s how u learn. The assistant also told her to do something wrong and she got blamed so she told him it wasn’t her. We was told this was the real reason he let her go. I feel he owes her an apology and to tell her she shouldn’t give up on herself. How would he like it if it was his child???

Had two crowns put on and everything went very smooth. There was no pain and all the personnel were great. Dr English very easy to talk to. Went back for cleaning today and it was a great experience. Will send friends and relatives. I know I do not see them but a couple of times or so a year but it always feels like family when I go. Everyone is so nice and kind. Great atmosphere.

I called Apex out of desperation. They took me right away after noticing the severity of my pain! The whole experience took less than an hour. I was deathly afraid of the dentist until I went here. They did everything to make sure I felt little pain and made it quick! I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I could not have picked a better place! Ashley from the front desk made me comfortable and feel like apex really cared from the very beginning. She was professional, caring, and friendly! How many dentist offices can say they check on their patients in pain between the time you make the appointment and the actual date of the appointment? Apex can. Ashley took the time to text to check on me throughout the week and that really says something about the type of people they are. Second, the dental assistant I had was phenomenal! Cora was so awesome and easy to work with, i think we laughed more than we did anything! She was so patient and gentle and it is so obvious she cares and loves what she does! She made me feel so relaxed, like we were old friends! She made the root canal experience almost fun if it wasn’t for the fact that i was there for a root canal! Dr. English made me feel as comfortable as I could have felt in an uncomfortable situation. He was very easy to get along with and has a great table side manner, not to mention he was quick and great at his job! I have plenty of dental work to look forward to in the future and I won’t go anywhere else as long as I can help it. Apex dental blew my mind away and there isn’t a better place to go in my opinion.

I found Dr. English and his team about two years ago. I will remain a faithful patient until he retires and then I’ll bug him to come back if I need a filling. Let me save you some time. Look no further, Dr. English and his team are by far the most professional and understanding dental practice in the country. I travel for hours to receive my dental care here. I’ve had cleanings to bridges to fillings and every single time was five stars. This man will not stop until it’s right - he takes no shortcuts and is as honest and as straightforward as is gets. I would put my life in this doctors hands and not have a worry in the world. He hand picks his team and chooses only the most motivated and brilliant techs and office staff. Olivia and Dr English replaced a filling I had placed along time ago which was bad. The friendly vibe and totally chill atmosphere helped keep my anxiety about being in the dentist in check for me. We talked about our pets and other everyday topics during my visit. Ashley and Susan at the front desk were great and they helped with setting up my next appointment and also answered a billing question for me.
