Slow staff! The front desk ladies are professional, but my goodness they take forever! This was my first time visiting this dentist, so of course i had to do paper work. But i arrived 5 mins early. I waited 45 mins then left. I went during my linch break thinking it wouldn’t take longer than an hour. I’ve been to MANY dentist/ortho in the past and I’ve never had to wait that long. All i wanted was my permanent retainer cemented back in. THATS IT! I asked how much longer and they kept saying “oh you’re next” “they’re cleaning your chair”…it doesn’t take that long to clean the area.

I am very happy , with A-1 dental didn’t have to wait long before they called us in . Front staff very friendly! Office very clean including the ladies restroom!!

I brought my 2 children for a free consultation for braces on June of 2021. The prices and the staff services made me decide to go ahead to get my children braces here it also made me decide to do mine braces. I love the progress that I have seen in all 3 of us. I fully recommend this place. And now I change all 4 my children for their dental check ups.

I am very disappointed in their professionalism when dealing with release of your records. It took several hours to resolve a 10 minute issue. I was told and assured by the office manager that she would fax over my records as soon as I got to the accepting orthodontist because they do not accept my insurance. When I called they told me she wasn't in and I had to pay $70 for breach of contract which I was told by the office manager that everything was an even out and did not make me aware of any fees. Then when I offered to pay the $70 which totally was not explained to me by the office manager, they told me they don't accept payments over the phone!!!! So I had to leave the other orthodontist office and drive 30 minutes to make the payment for them to release my records. Once I got there, they still did not have the records ready and made me wait 30 more minutes.. To be honest, I will never come back.
