Great for your "Dental Reboot" So, I hadn't seen a dentist since high school and I'm now in my mid-thirties. Once I had dental insurance, I tried 3 other dentists before I finally felt welcome and comfortable at Dr Williams' office. I initially met with Dr Montefalco and I felt like I was talking to someone that got me, almost like I've always known her. I felt positive, proactive vibes from the start and we were able to come up with an ideal solution for my budget and within a great timeline. This office and team is so kind and caring. They're very thoughtful and relatable. Their music is spot on for what I love, Top 40 and their equipment is phenomenal. The office was very clean and very nicely decorated, the furniture is very beautiful and comfy. But don't let that worry you, the prices are very, very ideal. I consider myself lucky to finally have found a dentist for my short term goals and look forward to getting to the usual routine visit schedule. If you're looking for a dentist that understands, listens and gets the situation of millennials like myself, and you really have been putting this off, check out Dr. Williams' website and you'll be glad to you did.

Dr. Williams and her staff are great! Very friendly, caring and professional! She explained every step of the precedure to me and she was always very gentle. I also appreciate her trying to save my tooth from a root canal. Definitely highly recommend them!

The Covid Protocols are the best I've ever seen. I felt so safe. The wait was minimal and and my appointment was quick. It's always been such a friendly efficient office.

Wonderful experience!!!! I recommend this dentist and staff, My family and I live downtown and own a company downtown. Its nice to have a wonderful dentist and an A plus staff within walking distance of Downtown and the Old Northside.. I recently had work done and was so impressed with the service and quality. I had a sport injury in middle school that has made me a little nervous of dental drills. Dr Williams and staff were sensitive to this and I have to say it was the easiest experience I have had during my 35 plus years of dental care. Thank you Dr Williams.

At age 67 I’ve been to many dentists.I can honestly say that Dr. Williams and her staff are the nicest and friendliest office I’ve experienced. The best part is that knowing of my fear of dental procedures, Dr. Williams and her assistant (Shonda) were great. They both put me at ease and Dr. Williams was the gentlest dentist I’ve ever had. I just started wit Dr. "Tracey" and her team. Front the front office to the doctor, they have been wonderful and caring. This is a group of big time professionals that will "roll" with the personalities. They can shift from serious to humorous in an instant. Brandy has been my favorite person to insult, because she laughs at my jokes all while hovering over me with sharp, wizzing instruments. I'm sure there's an evil smile under that mask, but she has exceptional, fast skills that put me at ease and actually make it all a great experience. So I offer my review and sincere thanks.

I only had a cleaning done and I had such a pleasant experience. Brandy was great! She did my cleaning and patiently walked me through the status of my oral health. My gums are very sensitive and she was very mindful of my pain tolerance. She went above and beyond to give me a proper cleaning. Although my time with Tracey was short, I enjoyed our interaction. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt heard. She continued to ask if I had any questions and I didn’t because she had addressed all of them before I asked :) Tracey was very kind and shared a load of information so that I can make an informed decision on my next visit. I can tell that Tracey is genuine and really invested in her patient’s well-being. The atmosphere and ambiance is beautiful, the staff are great, and the care is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience getting my cracked tooth fixed. It was as pleasant as it could be. Tracey was very gentle and continually asked me if I was comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

While they have a nice office and are generally friendly, they are way over the top on what is needed for dental health. My first visit with them they claimed I had 5 cavities (none of which were ever noted by my previous dentist, and I have excellent oral hygiene). I had no pain or discomfort at the time, but I let them fill the cavities. Afterwards I had bad sensitivity problems on the fillings and they had to be corrected. My next visit they claimed I had 2 more cavities and I needed gum surgery for receding gums. That's where I cut it off and went to a new dentist. My new dentist said I have no dental issues (no cavities, no need for surgery). It's been a year and a half since my last visit with Dr. Tabor and I have had no dental issues.

Professional, knowledgeable, personal service from everyone there!

Great location (though slightly tricky to find the right door to the first time), have been going here for several years and no complaints. My most recent hygienist was Laura, who was a great conversationist and deft tooth cleaner.

I can’t say enough good things about Tracey Tabor Williams, DMD Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. I’ve been scared of dentists my whole life. I was always a gagger/puker. Not here. It doesn’t look, feel, or smell like a dentist’s office, and the entire staff is beyond great. Whether you live downtown or not, if you’ve been putting it off or just flat need/want an outstanding dentist who will make you feel comfortable and offer top-flight care, I urge you to call. I’ve never had a more relaxed healthcare experience where you are totally informed of what’s going on.

I recently had my teeth cleaned by Brandy. She and Dr. Montefalco were very thorough and friendly. I would say this was the best cleaning I have ever had! The office is very nice and clean and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming, as well. I left my appointment very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend them.

My father and I are in town for a convention and he was having some pain in his upper jaw. I googled Dentists in Indianapolis and chose to call this office. They worked him in and got him checked out and treated. The entire staff is polite and helpful as well. Five stars aren’t enough!

Cleaning was good. Discussion with Dentist was great. They all seemed very good at their jobs. The only issues were tangential. I had to wait at the beginning because they didn't verify my insurance ahead of time. It also would have been nice if they had let me know ahead of time that I should have my x-rays from a previous dentist sent over. Instead I had to call the previous dentist in the middle of my visit. Overall a good experience. My complaints are minor and merely would have made things take less time.

I woke up in the absolute pain and just moved to Indy so I didn't have a dentist. I needed dental services badly and didn't know where to turn. I found this place and it was a heaven sent!!! They did everything they could to get me in immediately and they did. Leaving to go out of town in a couple of hours and I really didn't know if I would be able to get the help I so desperately needed. I love this place! The office is beautiful, the staff are amazing, and I got in super quickly. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Tabor Williams and your team! I would be suffering in great pain without you!!!

Getting a crown put on your tooth stinks; I think we can all agree on that. If it has to be done though, this is an excellent place for that procedure. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, prepared, communicative and comforting. Having lived in many different cities throughout my life, and having had multiple dentists, I can say with confidence that I highly recommend Dr. Tabor-Williams' office.

Conveniently located office with amazing staff. Dr. Williams, Dr. Montefalco, and all of the staff are always incredibly kind and accommodating. Scheduling appointments is easy, and I love that I get text reminders for upcoming appointments. I take my 4 year old daughter here as well and they make cleanings a fun experience that she looks forward to. Treatment plans are clearly communicated in advance, and I've never had any surprise costs. I cannot recommend Tracey Tabor Williams and her staff enough.

I work downtown in Indianapolis and love being able to get my teeth cleaned over lunch so that I don't miss any work. The staff is always on time and friendly. Dr Williams is a 10/10 stars.

This is a professional office and staff who all take their jobs very seriously. They explain everything before doing anything and constantly ask if you are ok while they are working on you. They follow up and Dr. Williams remembers minute details about you and your dental plan. The billing team works hard to make sure you understand the insurance coverage BEFORE they take any action and are helpful through the entire process. Have recommended this team to many people.

Dr. Williams and her staff are the best! I wouldn't go to any other dentist. Everyone in the office is super nice and professional. They know all the ins and outs of insurance so they can answer any question you have and cleanings and dental work are a breeze! I never dread going to the dentist!

The doctor and her staff have been very thorough with my care, explaining what has to be done and why. The office itself...while I'm not sure what the true "state of the art" is when it comes to dentistry, Dr. Williams's office complex features what seems to be the latest technology (e.g. X-rays that use chip sensors and not film). The Downtown location is incredibly convenient for both those who live and work in the area, though the spacious parking lot (shared with the Lockerbie Marsh and Fusek's True Value hardware store) makes it great even if you have to drive.

I recently moved to Indianapolis from California and was in need of a Dentist. Dr. Williams came highly reccomended by friends and neighbors. She and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. I have nothing but high praises for all of them!! A very Happy patient!!!

I had avoided a dentist for many years. So glad I found this office to help me catch up on issues! They made me comfortable in my initial consultation and provided an easy-to-follow treatment plan. Costs were always clearly and proactively discussed. Each visit was pleasant (as possible) and I felt my care was handled in a professional yet cheerful manner. The Downtown location in the same plaza as Marsh was very convenient. I appreciated the text-message visit reminders.

There's not much to like about a dentist. Paperwork. Medical bills. People shoving devices in your mouth. This office did everything they could to make the experience pleasant. The nice lady in the front office was great about helping with my paperwork (and I love them for letting me register online!). The hygienist listened to my questions and concerns and explained things to me to my satisfaction. Dr. Williams was friendly and thoroughly reviewed my charts and again took time to explain things. The free parking and location next to Marsh Market, Fresco, the hardware store, and the dry cleaners.... the only way they could have made it better was to offer me a donut on my way out the door! :-) I really liked my old dentist, and I wasn't thrilled about switching... but Dr. Williams and her team will work out just fine.

My tooth pain started over a weekend. They got me in as soon as the office opened after the weekend. Treated my condition quickly and effectively. Gave me a clear treatment plan and showed the costs associated with it. I was extremely satisfied. I have been going to this practice first with Dr. Hovey and over the last few years with Dr. Williams and everyone at the practice has been fantastic. Highly recommend them.

When i found out i need to get a crown and some fillings. I freaked out! They did an amazing job of helping me through it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

I was worried about parking downtown since my job is across town but the receptionist told me I could park in the Marsh parking lot. How great is that? Go to the dentist and buy groceries after. My first visit was wonderful. I have to admit I was alittle nervous. After meeting Dr. Williams and her staff, I'm actually looking forward to seeing them again. Can you believe that?

I recently went to Dr Williams for teeth whitening and a mouth guard for grinding my teeth at night. The dentist I was seeing would not make one for me. He said it wasn't necessary and just try not to grind at night. How do you do that when you are asleep? The teeth whitening went great and looks fantastic. The night guard works great and I am sleeping a lot better just like she said I would. It has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. The staff is very professional and helpful. GREAT location for a downtown dentist!

Not a fan of this office and how it is ran. If I go to the dentist, I expect the Dentist to do the work and not an assistant who never shuts up. Probably wouldn't recommend to anyone.
