I love my dentist office they have the best office staff... especially Ms Iris she is always very helpful goes above and beyond to help out and explain things to me. I can always get an appointment right away.

The service was awesome! Shan was so pleasant and very helpful when getting my tooth extracted! Iris was very helpful in explaining the process and very knowledgeable! Over all it was a good experience and recommend 7days to any and everyone! I'm one satisfied customer! Thanks ladies

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. I took my 3 children to this location 1/27/22 to get a cleaning. The first mistake I noticed was the implements were not properly clean as they had buildup on them so of course I complained. They later said oh no they were cleaned, I literally showed them no this stuff is dirty (while scraping the buildup off ) the second mistake was NONEEEEEEE of the staff seemed knowledgeable of what was going on even the dentist seemed to either have a language barrier, was tired, didn’t care or literally just WORKED THERE, she was very clueless to what was going on. The lady even opened the package that the implements were in and touched them WITHOUT USING GLOVES!!!!! During Covid she thought it was best to touch implements that go in peoples mouth…. How disgusting. Third thing was the sinks by the station where they clean service you HAD NO RUNNING WATER!!!!! So after an hour and a half of sitting in three different stations they finally do the exam part. They diagnosed my middle son with 5 cavities, needing braces, needing a silver tooth and needing a root canal. My eldest son was diagnosed with one cavity and needing all four of his wisdom teeth pulled, and my youngest was said to have 3 cavities. Now at this point I started questioning my parenting because I know my kids do not consume this much in sugar. So I go on and schedule for them to get all this work done on today 2/1/22. But on 1/31/22 I just had to get a second opinion from a different more experienced dentist. So on 2/1/22 my boys went to a different dentist come to find out MY YOUNGEST (8) SON DID NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL NOR DID HE HAVE ANY CAVITIES. He only needed a tooth pulled and my eldest sons wisdom teeth WERE NOT FULLY DEVELOPED TO EVEN HAVE THEM PULL AND HE HAD NO CAVITIES. This place is a scam looking to get your money!!!!! I called to let them know that they misdiagnosed my children and they simply responded with a oh sorry about that. I do not recommend this place as it is dirty unprofessional and looks like a place where you get unlicensed services!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Being new to Indiana, my son and had didn’t have a dentist. I called and, Iris, was incredibly friendly and accommodating with getting us appointments that were convenient for us both.. We will never change dentists! All of the staff were great! They remember us whenever we have an apt. Dr. Gill is knowledgeable and does a fantastic job!

I have enjoyed my visit so much I referred my family. My 6 year old daughter had 4 extraction and the procedure went very well. I have literally always been terrified of the dentist, but they were so nice and welcoming that I had no worries during my visit. This was my first time visiting this office and I would highly recommend them and continue coming back. Iris, Mackenzie, Dr. Kaur were all excellent in helping me calm down and feel comfortable.

Iris is an absolute sweetheart. Her and all the staff took such great care of my dad. My dad has always been nervous when it comes to getting his teeth worked on and wow did they make him feel comfortable, at ease, and safe during his procedures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE LOCATION! I have extreme anxiety and dental anxiety. From my first visit I was treated perfect! I needed several appointments and just after the initial appointment to determine the work needed my anxiety was gone. I knew right then and there I came to the right place. I’ve been to several dental offices here in the last 2 years and none of them were able to do for me what the staff here did. Iris has been so helpful to me doing what She can for me and the dental assistants did a great job at making me feel comfortable and took all my anxiousness away. My experience with 7 Days Family Dental was amazing. I have to say , I am the type that is scared of going to the dentist, I have had plenty of bad experiences with other dental offices. But the day I walked into 7 Days Family Dental was one of the best experience. I have to say Ms. Alicia was the first I seen and I told her how I felt which was nervous and scared, and she did everything in her power to help ease my mind and made sure my experience was great to see me continue my treatment with Dr. Kaur, who by the way is amazing and understanding by the way, Irais is also amazing, she puts that FAMILY touch In the office. She always greets me by name and always makes me feel welcome, and that also goes for Maday and all the rest of the staff. Im glad I called them to be seen and I'm glad they are apart of my life now .

Long story! So, I had made 3 appointments for yesterday 4/20 at a different Dentist office. The appointments were for myself and 2 children, 1 which missed school and the other missed work. I hade made the appointments back on the 8th of April. Once we got to the original office we were told we did not have appointments, yet I have my calls and voicemails along with screenshots of pre-registration forms. OK, so I ask for notes for the kids so the youngest doesn't get detention and the other doesn't get a point for work. They refused since they weren't actually seen! And it's my birthday and my parents drove and a half away knowing I would most likely be done by 1, they are elderly and wanted to be gone by the time night hit and or the cold and snow. So, now I'm driving down High School Rd and see 7 Days Family Dental. I go inside and explain my situation. The young girl at the front desk was a little confused since I did not have our cards again cause I had pre-registered. Her co-worker quickly and politely stepped in and was with me the whole way thru. What a great worker for the office and Dr. Patel? (Please forgive me if I have the wrong name)! She was quickly able to help find my insurance info. I was nervous in the back knowing that I needed and wanted my wisdom teeth removed. She calmed me thru it, sat with me thru it, offered to let me hold her hand, and just coached me thru it very nicely! Thank Iris! On top of that, she was very thorough explaining the insurance and my portion. I was able to get my exam the half cleaning insurance allowed and the extractions all at once! Now I am set up and ready for the braces to be placed very soon! As far as the Dr. goes she is very gentle, soft spoken, good bedside manners. Thank You to ALL the office staff here I recommend anyone and everyone go here! I cant Thank you all enough! Despite having lost time with my family, I got the much needed services with excellent are. Thank You!!!

In the past I was very happy and had a implant put in very nice people at the front desk. I went in today during the pandemic and there was no bags on the light so they would touch the light and put your hand in your mouth. Also I had x-rays and the cover they put on you was not wiped down hardly at all. I told them I didn’t think it was very sanitary and left. I hate this because I enjoyed going there in the past

I really enjoy my experience every time that I come! I recall my very first procedure the staff member Irais calmed me down as well made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Additionally she explained how my insurance and payment throughly! Overall it was a pleasant experience which is why I keep going back!

I had my initial visit today. OMG the entire team of ladies is AWESOME!!! I felt comfortable from the beginning as well as confident in the staff. They are all very friendly and efficient, explaining all details thoroughly and answering all of my questions. I look forward to working with them to help me complete the objective..as best as anyone can look forward to dental work lol I had MAJOR work done yesterday (062520). I was told by many to expect recovery pain to be excruciary. My recovery is the opposite of what I anticipated. My only discomfort is from swelling. I will follow these ladies wherever they go as their work, knowledge, and care shows in what they do. I am a living testimony!!! ?

I have only had the one visit but I was pleased with my experience. Iris was very helpful along with the DDS and back office staff. My next appointment will for the treatment plan to start I’m highly anxious when it comes to getting dental procedures done...I have had 2 traumatic experiences....so hopefully things will go as smoothly as my first experience ??????

I had the most Amazing experience at 7 days Dental on High School Road, Starting with Rosie at the front desk she was very sweet and had everything together from the font desk paperwork to the financials, then to the assistant Makenzi she explained everything I would be going through as well as the outcome, she made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. Dr Sharee was Awesome she is such a perfectionist and very spot on, she let me know up front what I needed and what it would take to get it done... This is a highly recommended thumbs up from Ms C. Boone. I became a patient at 7 days Dental West just three weeks ago and could not be more pleased. For dentist-anxiety persons like myself that have experienced horrors in the past, this place is a must!! The Dr. that performed my main procedure is Dr. Dhankhar. She is professionalism personified. I thank her so much. From the front desk to the chair in the back, I received nothing but expert, caring and precision service. I wish I had met these people earlier in my life however, thank God i can use them going forward. Blessings to Rachael, who performed my fillings and cleanings, and to Irais, and Raquel-front desk.

Went in for a few fillings and the girl that did them was rough and in a rush. Went home and about a week later I flossed my teeth and one of my fillings came out. Also went to get a root canal and the Dentist explained that she would have to give me pain meds because of the pain, they went to write the prescription and couldn’t find the prescription pad so they told me they would send it over to my pharmacy. Got to the pharmacy and they told me they didn’t send it over so I called back and they still didn’t find it . So they prescribed me something that wasn’t as strong and still didn’t send it over. So I left and called the dentist office to figure out what was going on and the lady told me that I wouldn’t be in pain so I’d be fine without anything. Not sure what they had going on but I won’t be going back ??

Beat experience I had by far the team at 7 days family dental was patient with me they got me in and out I had a root canal. From the time I walked in the front door I was greeted with respect by irais and the rest of the team dr. Bath was a great help in my procedure as well as the rest of the team I would recommend 7days family dental to any one looking for a great and friendly dentist
