10/10 recommendation Dr. Isaac for any dental work you need. Going from terrified from finding out what it would take to get my smile back to enjoying going to the dentist is all due to Dr. Isaac and his team. They explained everything to me to make sure I was comfortable and knew what the plan was before we did anything and worked payments into my budget. Thank you Dr. Isaac and team for easing my fear and giving me a gorgeous smile!!!!

I had one of the most horrible experiences with After Hours Dental in Castleton. Dr Errol Isaac told me to leave my 7 year old daughter outside while I get treated, she can’t come in. She’s on spring break and he canceled my original appointment stating he was short staffed. I was outside his door his staff refuse to let me in for my appointment instead they called me telling me to leave my 7 year old child in the vehicle. She wouldn’t have had to come if he didn’t cancel my original appointment. He was very rude about inconveniencing me and never apologized. Since I’ve first started going in August of 2020 he has been late, short staffed-and non personable. When I asked for a refund because I prepaid for all of my services he told me no other orthodontist will continue treating my braces I will have to pay him $400 to remove them first. He also told me not to post his prices which was very strange to me. When I asked for wax he told me to go online and order some. I’ve been calling the office daily trying to get my X-rays and other documents I need to transfer orthodontist the staff there refuse to send me any of my information. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the services and treatment. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to After Hours dental or Dr Errol Isaac. I’ve invested thousands of dollars and I’m not happy at all.

I’ve been going to dr. Isaac for four years! He’s the best and really care for his patients and take his time with each and every one of his customers and will stay on you about taking good care of your teeth! Dr. Issac and his team are the best. They are have given me back the smile I had when I was a teenager. I didn't wear my retainers and my teeth shifted and I was so self conscious but not anymore thanks to Dr. Issac. I am a few months away from finishing treatment, so glad this is where I chose when it came to fixing my smile, braces here are very affordable customer service awesome, Dr Issac is down to earth and gives you the truth and makes sure your keeping up with your end of treatment. Make sure to be consistent with each and every appointment for best results and follow instructions given! I’ll be sad when the day comes that I don’t see them monthly, but as my children griwn if any of them end up needing work done or braces this is where they will definitely go??!

I don’t know why people feel the need to talk negative about a successful black owned business. People just want free handouts. I heard that I could get a great deal on braces by going here. However, I place a high value on customer service. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. I have a HUGE problem when I ask a dentist a question, and his response is "I don't have time to explain that to you." In addition, it is very off putting that before I can have a consultation, I have to talk about money and be reminded of money every 10 seconds while talking to the dentist.

The person answering the phone and the office manager were rude and unprofessional.

Terribly unprofessional and poor treatment of this so called DDS when addressed about concerns with teeth. Spoke aggressively over me, dismissed concerns and questions, and then was told to leave after I told him that I did not like the way In which he chose to speak to me. Would highly suggest going elsewhere to receive proper treatment as a paying customer.
