Aldrich Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Jill and her team are always fantastic and professional. My girls always enjoy going because they know that this team will answer their questions and ease any anxiety before starting any procedure/standard checkup. One of my girls had a crown put in and Morgan was amazing! She was kind, quick and very interactive with my girl. Answered all of my questions and was overall awesome!

My girls love coming to the dentist. They are so welcoming and work hard to make the experience less scary for the little ones! Highly recommended.

We just love Dr. Jill and her staff. They are always so friendly and make going to the dentist something to look forward to, rather than dreading. Everyone answers my kid’s myriad of questions (even non-dental related ones). I can’t say enough good things about this office.

Front office staff have been very kind and pleasant. Dental staff have been very kind and gentle with my children; their smiles and laughter are so wonderful. Dr. Aldrich is always so kind, gentle, easy to talk with, and she is always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns. She provides several options for treatments and never makes me feel uncomfortable or pushed. She is amazing! She comes down to the child’s level, emotionally and physically. She has countless Dr. Sues stories memorized for distraction, Thanking and praising the Lord for her and the staff! Best dentist ever!

Dr. Jill is absolutely amazing! She is kind, patient and definitely thinks of her patients first. My daughter had a traumatic experience at another dental office when she was five years old. Dr. Jill has worked with my daughter, at her own pace to help her get over her fears and to trust others. She interacts well with her patients and relates to their developmental age. I think she has every Dr. Seuss book memorized. :) I’m so thankful we found her and her wonderful staff.

We've never had less than an amazing experience with Dr. Jill and her staff. Definitely recommend.

The office always make dentist visits a breeze!

We’ve been seeing Dr Jill for about a year and today were told we could no longer come back because I disagreed with her treatment plan for one of my 5 children. Dr Jill saw 3 “very small” cavities on an x ray. We were initially told we’d just “watch them” then that changed to “let’s go ahead and fill them now.” Because of the sudden change I took my child for a second opinion on the teeth and two dentists could not confirm the 3rd cavity based on the x ray or by looking in my child’s mouth. I called Dr Jills office to let them know we wanted to proceed with 2 of the cavities being filled but not the third. They called me back and basically said if I don’t agree with the treatment plan we need to find a new dentist and they canceled ALL future appointments for ALL of my children. Overall she’s a very nice dentist but be aware, you are NOT allowed to disagree with her diagnosis, even if 2 other dentists do. 11/23/21 - I’m editing my review because I recently learned that it’s illegal for a doctor to drop you with no notice. It’s called “abandoning the patient.” This is something Dr Jill knows because she normally sends out letters that gives a patient 30 days to find a new dentist. She didn’t show my family that courtesy so I can’t recommend her at all.

The staff are all phenomenal and always treat the kids and myself well. Explain things well, never seem to be in a hurry and take time to answer all my questions! Dr Jill is amazing and we’ve been really impressed with her!

The absolute worst nightmare I have ever had to deal with! We brought my infant son here to have his tongue clip and called the office and my insurance to make sure it was covered. We paid the cover pay and told them that my son would be covered under his mom’s insurance. For some reason they couldn’t wrap their heads around the idea of a female in active duty and still tried to push the claim under his father. Then covid happened and they shut down their office. When they got back to the office they sent the whole remains balance to collection. They stated they tired to file the claim through my insurance however they had no records of it at all! So after phone call after phone call these people finally sent it to the correct office and lucky my insurance still covered after a year from the cost! This failure had impacted my family so much, in such a negative way. Even worse is when I called asking for a letter from the office stating it was taken care of by my insurance they refused to provide. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! They will not take responsibility for mistakes they made and don’t care how it effects people!

Staff is super friendly and always takes such great care of our kids. 100% recommend this for any parent looking for a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Aldrich and her staff are always extremely friendly, professional and efficient. We never have to wait very long and they always make my children feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Aldrich.

We love Dr. Jill & her staff so much! She's been seeing my kids since they were babies. We moved away & never found a dentist we liked or trusted as much as Dr. Jill. Now that we're back in town, we're so glad to have her back! She's very knowledgeable & doesn't do unnecessary things. We love her!!!

This is the dentist and dental practice you want for your kids. Dr. Aldrich has excellent rapport with kids, is current with the latest amazing dental technology, and the hygienists and office staff are fantastic. Trifecta achieved. My child had two early cavities. Her previous dentist was ready to drill and fill, standard stuff. I remembered reading in the New York Times about SDF (silver diamine fluoride) that can treat early cavities, and wanted to see if it was an option for my child. Dr. Aldrich, experienced with SDF and many other methods, thought it was worth a try, so she applied the stuff to two areas showing concern. One cavity was correctly arrested; no further treatment needed. Another didn't respond to the SDF. Dr. Aldrich used a Solea dental laser on the cavity. My child required no anesthesia, just nitrous oxide. No Orajel, no shot. This laser is incredible! She had no pain during the quick procedure. The laser and SDF are game-changers for pediatric dentistry, and just trust me as a citizen who has had many cavities...you want this for your children. Dr. Aldrich is outstanding and if all dentists were like her, the world would be a better place.

We adore Aldrich pediatric dentistry. My kids had 2 different dentists before Dr. Jill and I wish we hadn’t waited so long to find her! My kids are actually excited to go to the dentist for the first time in their life. She and her staff and kind, fun, professional and extremely caring and genuine. I can’t give enough praises for Dr. Jill and her staff! You will not regret choosing this practice for your sweet littles.

Thankful for Dr. Jill. This is our second experience with her and her team. They are very knowledgeable about tongue and lip ties. Very caring and understanding. Highly recommend them!☺️

Absolutely love everyone that works in the office!

I have never in my life randomly ran into a (group) of nice people like Dr. Jill and her staff, (especially Receptionist Rhonda). These people make you feel like family. They are the light in this world my child and I needed and I am so very thankful for how we were treated the past couple of days. All four boys will be going to Dr.Jill from here on out!

Dr. Jill and everyone else are all so patient with my children when we come in. I used to build up so much anxiety inside prior to their dental appointments at our old office. Not anymore!

Highly recommend Aldrich Pediatric Dentisty! The assistands and Dr. Jill are so kind, answered all my questions in detail and my kids (9, 6, 3 and 10 months) loved the energy and atmosphere of the office even with covid precautions in place. So glad we made the switch to them!

We had a great experience. I brought my 3 week old in for a tongue tie revision and was very anxious about the decision. Dr. Jill explained the procedure and answered all our questions so we could make an informed decision. She even called that evening to check on how my son was doing. Amazing follow up and care. Would highly recommend her if you little one needs a tongue tie revision.

We have been patients of Dr Jill since she was filling in as needed at the previous practice. She is the best! Staff is consistent. Low turnover. Which allows the kids to know the staff well.

Aldrich Pediatric Dentistry is a great place to take little ones!! Everyone is very nice and understanding! My little one had to get a procedure done and things went rather quickly, also offering him a popsicle was really sweet! Very accommodating and understanding of payments. Blessed to have this location for my children.

Took my 4-year-old daughter here for her first visit, and they went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is wonderful with kids, and my daughter was just as excited going out as as she was coming in.

My son had his tooth pulled today. He was so nervous about it but Morgan and Dr Jill did a fantastic job, as always, explaining everything to him and answering all of his questions! He calmed down and they had his tooth out very quickly!

Amazing service. The staff is the best, big shout out to Morgan for putting my uneasy daughter at ease. I would have gave 6 stars if i could.

My daughter is 4 and had her first dentist appointment today. Dr. Jill and all of her staff were so patient and took their time to make her feel comfortable. She went in screaming and scared, but eventually calmed down and let Dr. Jill examine and brush her teeth! Such a great experience and we will definitely be back!

I had my infant seen for her lip and tongue tie and they treated us both of so well I decided to take my toddler for his first dental appointment and we were treated the same way. The staff and doctor did great interacting with my kids during their procedures on top of explaining and reassuring me through it all.

Seriously the best office for pediatric dentistry. The waiting area has a basketball court and toys for the younger kids. They are very thorough and explain everything to you. They have enthusiastic tones when speaking to the kids and make it fun for them. The little prizes and letting them pick their new toothbrush is just awesome. My daughter is almost 5 and like any kid she gets a little nervous. Within minutes of starting she always gets excited and ends up leaving saying she had fun. She now looks forward to seeing the dentist thanks to Aldrich Pediatric Dentistry. I would recommend them to anyone. I would also like to point out their cleanliness and care they take during the pandemic. Great office with even better staff.

As awesome as this place looks inside, the staff are even more awesome! They are so kid friendly and professional!

I have 3 year old quadruplets and this was their first appointment. The staff did any amazing job helping my kiddos feel safe and happy the whole time. They had a great first experience. I'd definitely recommend to other parents with smaller children for sure.

Dr. Aldrich is wonderful! My 3 year old gets excited to go to the dentist because they are so kind, caring, and attentive! They explain everything they are going to do before they do it, making their patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend!

I cannot say this enough, Dr. Jill and her team truly care about their patients and will go out of their way to make a kiddo feel comfortable!! I love that they let the parent come back with a kid who is anxious or scared, unlike so many other places who wont let parents back with them. I think that just makes kids more scared of going to the dentist, when they can hold their parents hand and feel safe and secure, especiallyon the 1st visit, all the visits afterwards are fantastic and stress free!!

So upset by the way I was treated and talked to on the phone. there has been a big miscommunication/misunderstanding with my bill and instead of being the kind and compassionate dentist everyone says she is, she told her receptionist to tell me off, that they would no longer help or communicate with me in any way and demand a $500 payment in full. I have never had a medical professional/receptionist treat me so badly. I got off the phone in complete tears. It's so disheartening when you spent 9 months making sure this would be a simple procedure for your infant (and 2 of my other children had the same procedure) to turn around and have them treat you like dirt when you were only trying to do the right thing and fix the issue. Will never go here again or recommend to others unless you always have $500 on hand in case you have an insurance mixup because they don't care, it's all about the money in the end not about the kids.

They are amazing people and they are very gentle in your mouth but it can taste weird wen you have feelings in your mouth by Levi Buchanan 8 years old.

Dr. Jill and staff are excellent!! After a previous negative experience at another dentist office, my 9 year old son was understandably hesitant. Dr. Jill and all staff made sure he understood what was going to happen and made sure he was comfortable before they proceeded. I highly recommend this office!!

She is great with the kids, patient with anxious parents (me), and is quick when it's for your child's sake and not at the expense of good care or letting parents make informed decisions. Dr. Aldrich is amazing!

While attending St Susanna festival, our grandson fell and hit his mouth... It was bleeding and he was hysterical. As we were trying to check him, a young lady approached us and said she was a Pediatric Dentist! God knew we needed her at that moment! She looked at him, showed us on her phone what had happened to him and her thoughts as to what we should do. I am very greatful for Dr Aldrich of Aldrich Pediatric Dental office in Avon! Please support this practice! She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you for your kindness!

Dr. Jill is fantastic! Our baby just had a tongue and lip tie surgery, and Dr. Jill was so wonderful with her and with us. She even text us later to check in and see if we had any questions. She set our minds at ease, took the time to answer all of our questions, cared for our baby girl, and really went above and beyond.

My daughter absolutely loves going to visit Dr. Aldrich. The new office is awesome. If you have kids, you should take them here.
