Had a wisdom tooth extracted in office. Staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was anxious like many others at the dentist, but my extraction took less time than some fillings I’ve had in the past.

I had somewhat of a tooth urgency situation and needed to switch dentists due to my insurance. I was recommended to see Dr. Meters by a friend and I am so happy I went to see her. The entire office was so friendly and professional! They took care of me in a timely fashion and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Meyers is without a doubt the best dentist I’ve been to! All the staff is so nice and helpful. I get in and out quickly (without being rushed and compromising care) Your care plan is discussed ahead of time and you are told prices so you don’t get blindsided by a massive bill, plus the costs are very reasonable. I will never go to another dental office. I highly recommend 21st century!

I recently became a new patient at 21st Century Dental. They welcomed me with open arms and got me an appointment on a spur of the moment type of situation. During my appointment a few red flags came up that work needed done. They managed to knockout 80% of what was needing done and scheduled me in within a few days to finish the rest. Top notch performance and excellent customer service!

Dr. Meyers was so patient and wonderful with my 5 year old. She is a confident dentist and a absolutely wonderful person. Highly recommend. The front office staff and Michelle (hygienist) are all friendly and professional.

We love Dr. Meyers! She has helped me with so much dental work over the last several years that she has became more of a friend I look forward to visiting. She is so sweet and just makes you feel so calm and comfortable. She is also wonderful with my son with anxiety. I just saw Dr. Pickell for a sudden extraction and she was great as well. I would happily see her again. We highly recommend 21st Century Dental for the whole family!

21st Century was an amazing experience! I had not been to the dentist in over twenty years. So of course I was hesitant to get work done that I knew I couldn’t wait on any longer. I got two crowns done in about a months time and everyone there was so welcoming. Dr. Meyers was very patient with my particulars on my front crown. I’m somewhat of a perfectionist so I’m not the easiest to deal with, especially when it comes to my teeth. But the staff there was amazing. Michelle; amazing! Selena; amazing! The front desk mates, Emily and Elizabeth; amazing!!! And of course Dr. Meyers. I cannot say enough about her will and determination to get it right and make people happy. Very nice staff. I always look forward to going to my appts, which may seem odd for a trip to the dentist. Professional, clean, courteous, etc.. no complaints whatsoever. If you're looking for a dentist, this is a good place to start .

Very professional, safe/sanitary offices (especially for those who are immunocompromised/Covid-19 precautions), and great doctor-patient communication. Service was prompt, efficient, and communication throughout was great. The doctor, hygienist, and other staff were kind, thorough, and left no question unanswered. They even gave me a rundown of insurance coverage and how best to work it to my advantage. Is there another star I may grant them?

Everything was great, every one was very kind and treated me very well!

Everyone was nice. They modified the upper denture . The finished product makes me gag whenever I wear it. I came back today and the doctor said they will add a tooth to make it work . But they were charging extra $100 which I opposed. I left the clinic unhappy and no idea what to do. I need my denture get fixed but I don’t want to spend extra money. It wasn’t my fault.

I am nearly 70 yrs old and had never been to a dentist. They were so thorough, thoughtful and it was a wonderful experience. I feel so much better knowing the condition of my teeth. I will certainly go back for any follow up. Thank you so much.

One of the ladies at the front desk is rude and unfriendly. Every time I visit the office she is very unfriendly. Overall, the Doctor is nice and so was the hygienist and very welcome. I’m thinking about possibly going with another office

I looked around for dentists that would accept my insurance and fortunately this location did. Upon arrival I was quickly taken back into a middle of the road 00's era suite (outdated equipment but clean environment). I had a feeling I'd have to get several teeth pulled due to the fact that I've had bad luck in the past with gum recession/car accidents causing tooth loss so I'm no stranger to the procedure and protocols that pertain to this service/situation. After the x-rays and evaluation the dentist and assistant started setting up to proceed with the extractions before discussing what my insurance would cover and what I'd be out of pocket for. Before they could start they awkwardly left leaving me in the chair with a bib on and in quite a lot of pain still somewhat confusing me at the same time. In comes the billing specialist to inform me it would be around $200 to perform the procedure and I could talk to the dentist about it after she explained things to me. She scurried away rather swiftly as the dentist came back in and I had to be honest and ask about if it was possible to bill me or I could come in and pay for the work the next business day as id get paid that night since covid has a lot of us short on hours and the less fortunate completely out of a job. The dentist was visibly frustrated, rejected my integrity and told me she couldn't prescribe anything without paying, in FULL and IMMEDIATELY for her to continue. I immediately swallowed hard and had to get up from the chair and visibly frustrated, left with a flush face. Gone are the days of just "newis" a client when they can't come up with an inflated currency for something that would take less than 10 minutes to do and being turned down from any relief from the swelling in my face was the icing on the cake. I'd already used a vacation day for this so I had to return in the morning with a pocket full of cash for them and the previous afternoons events still fresh in my mind. The xray showed a mass of infection from my tongue up to the bottom of my earlobe and you can imagine how painful it was trying to sleep the night before so I wasn't in a good mood quite honestly. After paying them, the dentist ripped several teeth out after numbing my mouth and on the 2nd tooth she was pulling I heard an audible crunch. Come to find out this wasn't the tooth breaking, it was a "buckle plate" (soft little bone between the teeth and jawbone (correct me if that's wrong as I'm not a dentist but can tell you how excruciating it was). After the procedure the dentist chose this time to verbally chastise me for my depressing behavior and told me I was everything besides a good person then asked me if I had any questions while my face was full of gauze and bleeding. I was denied any type of pain medication (anytime I've had to get 2 or more teeth pulled its at least offered and I'm not the opioid type unless it's truly needed) and prescribed antibiotics asked to leave. She informed me about the buckle plate fracture right before I left and said she didn't see any reason for pain meds because I could handle it. My face throbbed for the next week and the entire event left a terrible taste in my mouth and reminds me of some kind of frontier dentistry where you're given a shot of whiskey and told to hold on for the ride. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND NEVER GOING BACK
