The employees are extremely nice and explain things very well. Office is very clean. I highly recommend Smile Doctors!

I can not eat solid food due to pain and discomfort. Even brushing my teeth hurts and caused bleeding from the areas where my roots are touching. I wish I would have done more research and chose a better place to go. Please choose somewhere else and don’t waste your time or money here. What I’m going through isn’t worth it and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone else. I would put zero stars but that isn’t an option on Google reviews…

Great overall experience! I had no trouble making appointments, most dentists are usually months out, but they scheduled me next day appointments both times. I'm a 32 getting braces for the first time and I was extremely scared... but they really made me feel safe and comfortable. Their consultant was amazingly sweet and thoroughly explained my treatment plan with me, all of the pricing and financing options, and she really eased my mind about my fears of getting braces! The prices that they charged me were excellent compared to some other places that I've had consultations done at. I've put braces off for years and years now, but the smile doctors at Soni in Dalton, GA finally got me the dental care that I needed to have an amazing smile ?? I can't wait to see the ending results! Thank you guys so much!

Our daughters have both had braces from Smile doctors with remarkable results. My first daughter had a big celebration by all the staff when her braces came off. But today- the day my second daughter got her braces off- it would have been nice if a bigger deal was made about it. At a minimum, the orthodontist should have come out to show the results and celebrate this occasion and not send the tech/assistant. I am very disappointed. No congrats. No photo. No thank you for being a patient for so many years. A little word of congratulations would have gone a long way.

Quick and painless…. Appt was at 9:25 and was done with consultation and out with braces by 11 with no pain or discomfort. Really recommend

I am extremely unhappy with how my smile turned out. I was in the office earlier today, and while I had been looking forward to getting my braces off for quite a while, the day of I was pretty nervous. Then I was beyond disappointed when I saw the end results. My teeth had been shaven down extremely short in comparison to before. I was in absolute tears when I got to my car and saw my now very short teeth, I was extremely unhappy with them. NOT ONCE was I asked for permission to SHAVE DOWN my teeth. This should be something where consent is required beforehand and is told clearly when it is being done. It is beyond frustrating to have something so permanent done without permission nor it be stated and reiterated to you.

There isn't a nicer group of people at any place I have ever been to. My son is super shy and everyone there is so respectful to us both. They do not pressure him into talking, instead they do their best to make him comfortable in the surroundings. Dr. Soni is a very personable, courteous man. It almost makes me want braces!! Not quite, but I will never go anyplace else for my families orthodontist needs. I highly recommend Smile Doctors for anyone wanting a fun, professional, and caring orthodontics team. Thank you Smile Doctors for all you do!!!!

My very first experience and it was more than amazing! I was a bit nervous for seeing the doctors about my teeth, but everyone was very thoughtful and they wanted what was best for me! Gave me options and left it up to me to decide but gave me a recommendation! I loved it, very professional, thoughtful, sweet, and overall I had such a great experience!
