Went there when It was Dr Todd’s office, and still love it! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. My daughter just turned 18 and went there with me for a cleaning and she has anxiety and she said she felt just fine and the girl who did her cleaning was so nice and made her feel comfortable. If your looking for a great dentist, I promise you won’t regret trying Dup Gap Family Dentistry :)

We really appreciate this dental office since my husband needed an emergency root canal today and we didn’t have a primary dentist down here yet since recently moving to GA. After leaving a message at 9pm the night before, reception called us back at 7:45 the following morning to see how they could help. I only experienced the waiting room, which was very nice and clean, with comfortable leather chairs and couches and a flat screen. 2 hours later, hubby comes out and is feeling way better than when he arrived. Their prices with insurance are comparable to regional averages and their staff is helpful and able to work with payment plans. My husband isn’t the best with online reviews, but he said “yup, they were good,” which basically means they were fast and friendly and get a thumbs up! Thank you, Dug Gap- we will see you again next week.

Dental family was great! Hygienist remembered me and details of my life to discuss which is great for customer service and the dentist was awesome!!! Even the receptionist was friendly! Great service!

I have been going to Dug Gap Family Dentistry for over 10 years. One Dentist retired, and I was sad to lose his experience and friendliness. However, the new Dentist seems great, and just as friendly. But that is not the best thing about Dug Gap Family Dentistry. The best thing? THE STAFF! From scheduling, to billing, to explaining procedures, to bi-annual hygienic cleanings, the staff is first class and professional. I moved from Dalton, but still drive one hour to use Dug Gap Family Dentistry. I guess that says it all. I ? Dug Gap Family Dentistry.

Love the Dug Gap Dentistry group; they have a great group of staff working there. They’re always professional, friendly, and clean. I always feel properly taken care of after each appointment.

I visited again today and their coronavirus mask policies seem to be a bit of overkill. I am not sure why you have to mask up for 30 seconds while you walk to the dentist's chair. You have to take the mask off for them to do anything. The receptionist was pretty adamant about the mask mandate.
