If I could give it 0, I would. Had an appointment for comprehensive oral exam and schedule cleaning at 14:30, got phone call that I can come in at 14:00 so I did. Was called by the assistant at 15:00 and guess what? It's 16:40 and still no answers...I was given a price for full restoration...24K...Well, ask me if I got the price for cleaning??? NO!!! Answer was that it depends on the cleaning: deep or regular. Once again I came to talk about cleaning and schedule an appointment. At the end I still don't know how much.

I was referred to the calhoun office by Betty Méndez and believe me the experience there was wonderful I took my daughter and youngest son for the first time there and there was no wait time and loved how they focused on them. I definitely recommend this place.

My son chipped his tooth and I took him to this amazing place. Not only did they fix his tooth they absolutely transformed his smile. It looks absolutely amazing. Dr Chikwava is the best and his staff are amazing too. They all go above and beyond each time we come in. Stephanie Guinn even messaged me back on the weekend and got us in, she makes sure that she does everything with perfection and makes sure you are happy and comfortable. I have always had a fear of the dentist until now. Thank you Stephanie for getting us in and giving us the best service and my son the best smile. Not only has it changed his look it has done amazing things for his confidence!! We are so grateful for this place!! You guys are awesome!!!

We have been at Beautiful Smiles by Design with Dr. C for over five years! He sees all of the members of our family. He truly is an awesome dentist with both adults and children! The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable! We love all the dental hygienists as well. We highly recommend this place.

My husband went to his appointment and they scheduled him another appointment for fillings. He was told they would prescribe medicine for his appointment but never received any instructions for it. When I called to see what happened, they told me he did not need medicine but when I mentioned he said something to me about it, the lady I spoke to finally told me that he had to pick it up on the next business day. But never gave any instructions of what to do. Very disappointed. The office seems to be very unorganized.

I don’t usually like going to the dentist but this place made me want to go back. I had one of the best cleanings of my life today and Betty was very helpful in getting me scheduled for my next two visits. Everyone here was very friendly and they seemed genuinely happy to be at work. I just liked the overall vibe of this place. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been going to Beautiful Smiles by Design for a couple of years now. My entire family goes as well. Everyone there knows my name when I walk into the door. Their staff is more than pleasant, caring, and always puts a beautiful smile on my face- even though I'm going to the dentist. I love Dr. C, he always keeps up with mine and my families lives- always asks about everyone. I have had some procedures there, and unlike any other dentist I've ever seen- I have never felt pain. Dr. C does an amazing job of numbing so his patients do not feel anything. I will never go anywhere but here, thank you all for changing my attitude when it's time for a visit!

The BEST Dental place I've been to yet, I went to Aspen dental and they're all about money, and treated me terribly. I decided to find another dentist on my own. I was blessed to find Dr Chikwava at Beautiful Smiles. The staff are awesome and very sweet. They are friendly, helpful, and caring. I felt safe there and the work done on my teeth are amazing. I won't go anywhere else. My sister just moved here and I'm taking her there as well.

10/10 would reccomend. Every visit is enjoyable. Dr. C is the best. Super accommodating, understanding and affordable.

I was referred here by a colleague because I was having trouble finding high quality dentistry in my area; I am extremely selective when it comes to health services. I was so impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. I typically have to squeeze my appointments in but they are always flexible and they make sure I am in and out. Dr. Chikwava was the first dentist to give me follow-up calls after procedures but most of all the quality of service and practice are consistent. Thankfully, Beautiful Smiles has me and my child well on our way to perfect oral health. I have referred a few friends myself. Great place!

Worse experience to a dentist I've ever had. Went for x-rays and cleaning it took 3 hours to do x-rays an check teeth never did get cleaning they said I would have to reschedule another day they didn't have time which that's what I went for an didn't get. They need to get there office in order. I advise people not to go there bc you will be there for 3 or more hours and not get what you was needing or come in for

Everyone was friendly but after a tooth extraction i was not given anything such as antibiotics or pain medication and i have had other extractions so this seemed weird to me. I came back by when the numbness wore off and ibuprofen was proving to not work but they had closed 1 1/2 hours earlier than scheduled, it took 4 hours to get someone on the phone only to be told to take more ibuprofen (which is still not working hence why i called and I am still in pain now). i had planned to start using this as my regular dentist because they were very friendly but the lack of follow up and customer care has made me choose a different route.
