I just had the best experience I've ever had at a dentist... which is not many. Admittedly I've never finished an appointment anywhere else without crying or leaving all together due to my lack of history with a dentist. I went in a nervous wreck and they treated me like family the entire time and didn't make me feel bad about myself. Especially the dental assistant in the beginning. She could see how nervous I was and did such a good job calming me down by walking me through the process. Hands down a great experience. -Jade Gibbs

First I will start by saying how awful smelling this place is should not smell like mold and mildew in any kind of dentist off Second the equipment needs to be updated go get a panoramic xray down in a basement that is sketchy Third the lady at the front counter lets just say its time for you to go Karen She is rude and annoying with repetitive phone calls Fourth they charge you 10 dollars every visit for PPE covid supplies that you shouldnt have to pay for especially when you have your mask and Last this office is not where you want to go to feel comfortable getting any work done Think they need to spend some money they are making on revamping there office building equipment and supplies Because they do not ever bill your insurance correctly and when they do expect months to see it fixed properly but they sure arent hesitant to take payment upfront overall I would advise no one to go to this office

The staff is so personal and friendly. They make you feel at ease right from the start. Dr. Owens is professional, yet considerate, comforting, and does his job very well.

Great place to have teeth extractions, Very Kind Dr.s and Very kind staff, Dr. Talbort had me done in 40 minutes with minimal pain with 3 teeth pulled

I would rather give birth than go to the dentist. But Dr. Grant put me at ease,talked me through every step. He is my dentist frim now on.

Dr. Owens was so helpful and an excellent dentist. I love my teeth and he wanted them to be fixed correctly. He redid a cap for me. He was very gentle on the shots too. I didn’t even notice him giving me a shot. Thank you, Dr Owens!!! Morgan was also a great dental hygienist and did a wonderful job on cleaning my teeth. I love Jennifer there. She does a superb job on whitening teeth and matching colors!!!

This has to be the absolute best place to go to. I am terrified of dentists and im always super nervous but the team here is amazing at making sure i’m okay. The vibe is great. I am always greeted so kindly. I wouldn’t choose any other dental practice.

I went. To have my teeth whitened. I had the zoom treat and was surprised of how easy the process was and how comfortable. Jennifer made the process very easy and comfortable for me she showed me before and after pictures and I was amazed . Sherrie was very sweet at check out too. Definitely recommend this dental practice

I’m not usually comfortable at the dentist but the amazing hygienist Aarin and her awesome assistant Tiffany did a great job and made me feel at home. My teeth felt so clean and the X-rays were easy and turned out fantastic. 10/10 recommend for cleanings!!!

My first visit was for a tooth ache I had. I ended up getting a deep clean on the left side of my mouth and it helped with the pain. Erin and Tiffany are sweet girls. Very professional. They make you feel comfortable, will talk to you about whatever they are doing in your mouth. They listen to your questions and answer with a response I can understand. Dr. Owens is wonderful too. He's helping me get my missing teeth and all the damage ive done over the years for lack of taking care of my teeth, fixed. I recommend them to girls I work with and I will continue to do so.

Everyone was very nice. When I walked in the front desk lady seemed alittle upset that she couldnt find any paperwork for me so she was getting alittle snooty with another clerk. If she had only asked me i could have told her I had my own paperwork that they gave me 2 weeks before. So when she handed me more paperwork i told her I have mine and she got snooty with the lady again saying well she has her own thats why. Not bery nice. The doctor was great but the down side of coming here is I have been in pain for 5 days now. I have NEVER been to a dentist where they dont gibe you something for infection and pain. Dont think I'll be going back to them.

I have always had good results with this place and Dr. Owens is a wonderful dentist. I have had a root canal with him and go twice a yr for cleaning. All employees are sweet and makes you feel comfortable.

Good people. Dr. Owens is wonderful and the dental hygienist, second to none for me. I only use one and there is a reason for that.

I went in for a lower right molar extraction due to it being chipped and bad. My Dentist is Dr. Owens. This was my first procedure here and from the moment you walk in the door, the staff up front, the Dental Assistants are as friendly as it gets. I felt very comfortable here. Dr. Owens is by far the very best Dentist I have ever been seen by and I'm 51 and having seen several different Dentists in my lifetime. I barely even felt the numbing shots he administered. No pain whatsoever. When Dr. Owens finished extracting my very large Molar, I didn't even realize that he was finished. The only way I knew he was finished is when I felt the string of the stitches brush on my neck and then and only at that moment, I realized he was done and stitching me up. If you ever need dental work done, I would put Dr. Owens up against the very best out there. He will be the only Dentist I ever go to again. Simply IMPRESSIVE!!! Jeff Pierce

My 5 year old granddaughter came for her first cleaning and Tiffany was awesome with her! It was discovered that she had 4 cavities and Dr. Talbot was AMAZING! My granddaughter has talked about him several times since coming home saying she likes him. He was very kind and made this a positive experience for us! I totally recommend the office of Drs. Grant and Conger. We will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Talbot!

All the staff was very friendly and caring. I was nervous, although I've never had a bad expierence at a dentist, and they were always very reassuring. They made sure to answer all of my questions too.

My experience with Dr.Grant was absolutely amazing! He was so gentle with my mouth and nice to me. The receptionist Darlene was absolutely wonderful to us! I had a bottom denture made and it was everything i could have possibly imagined. I am so please! Wonderful people! ?

Absolutely loved everything about the staff, dentist and experience. Could not have been happier with my visit.

I haven’t had dental insurance for years, so I knew I would need dental work. I went here in late February and saw Dr. Talbot who told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed as well as six fillings after doing X-Rays. I was scheduled to come back in a couple of weeks for the wisdom teeth to be removed and to have all four, they told me it would be 30-40 minutes. On the day of my surgery, my XRays had to be redone because they had been misplaced. After more than an hour, I was told only one tooth had been removed because I was “difficult”, and the remainder of my surgery had been rescheduled. He also told me that he hadn’t been able to remove the root, that the way my mouth was it couldn’t be removed. My cheek had been cut open and stitched up during the procedure. For three weeks, I was in terrible pain and went back several times where I was told that it was normal part of the healing trauma. Since I was still having trouble, I decided to have fillings done next instead of completing my surgery, and had to do X-rays a 3rd time because once again they had been misplaced. Following the fillings, I could no longer chew on the left side of my mouth. I was told that was likely residual inflammation from my surgery and that it would heal. This month, in April, two months after my surgery I went to an oral surgeon in Chattanooga to discuss my remaining teeth and to have the work already done examined. The oral surgeon told me the tooth hadn’t even been removed entirely and that the root could absolutely be removed, and that I had substantial scarring and would likely always have heat and cold sensitivity. I am absolutely horrified at my experience here as I have never had problems with my teeth before and have been in terrible pain for weeks now and have to re-pay for a surgery I have already paid for. Do NOT go here, it’s butchery.

Dr. Peter Shatz is amazing! I had came in for a clean up and some concerns over gum receding due to braces! He explained to me why it was happening and informed me his staff would let me know of prices and appts available for procedure. I came in on Friday for gum grafting and he knew exactly what to do! The process was quick, friendly and positive! He has a great personality and most definitely knows what he’s doing! I recommend him and most definitely will see him again if any future issues!!!!

The receptionist was very VERY rude to me and my father about the fact that we misunderstood the appointment type. It would have been just as simple to say kindly that we misunderstood but instead, she was very condescending and acted like we were stupid.

Was hit with a $10.00 charge for PPE!! Apparently every patient has to pay this. I was not given any PPE, I had my own. Confused because prior to Covid they wore mask and gloves. Nothing has changed as far as the employees wearing PPE. This is very sketchy. I don’t agree with it at all. No telling how much money they have made off each patient. The number to corporate was given to me and of course it is no longer in service. I will continue to search for answers.

Top notch service! Everyone I have met so far has been excellent! So glad my daughter told me about them. Don't see any reason I would go anywhere else.

I took a special needs person to get a root canal and they did an amazing job comfort her and the root canal. I was very pleased! Check out was easy and pleasant for us!

Majority of staff is excellent to deal with. Protections in place for Covid are well done, most of the staff is careful, very polite to deal with. However, the lady that checks you out and schedules the next appointment rarely wears a mask, even out behind the counter, and always has a look on her face like I've just tracked horse manure into her kitchen, and treats me like it. I've got a couple more things I need to have done, not sure if I'll stay with them that long.

This is the first time leaving a dentist that I felt like I did a better job cleaning my own teeth. The staff was super friendly, but the cleaning was almost pointless. Not that my dental hygiene is bad, but I highly doubt the hygienist’s opinion that I had ~0 plaque.

I will continue to update my experience as I continue my dental plan here. So far, everything has been great! I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist, it has been 13 plus years since my last dental visit. Dr. Talbot and his assistant have listened to my concerns and have been nothing but great with me! I would recommend this practice to anyone. I’m having several things done here, the first was a root canal, I survived ?

I was dreading getting a tooth pulled. The entire experience was pain free and the technician we as sweet as apple pie. The cashier wasn't as nice but it's her job to take my money so I'll give her a pass. Overall, it an excellent place to go for your dental needs.

Dr. Talbot is a magician. I used to hate going to the dentist, so much so that I would have physical panic attacks. Dr. Talbot was so kind and careful. I had to have two wisdom teeth pulled and I didn’t feel a thing! I will never go to another dentist again! I definitely recommend them, not only for their kind and caring staff, but also for their numerous payment options (this is especially nice if you don’t have dental insurance, which I don’t) and they are so super affordable. You do NOT sacrifice quality with this pricing!

The new Dr Talbot is great. Found out he is a specialist in root canals. Never hurt and a very calming person. Be going to them for 36 years , 3 kids, 2 braces. We will continue until the Lord calls us home.
