The team is very welcoming Gives you adequate information and in-detail when requested. Treatment seems reasonably good I guess as I do not have much experience with dentist but I do not have any extra or new problems I love the option of having it on site at intel.

I had deep cleaning on my left side - For this I felt dentist used too much of anesthesia to numb almost entire left side of my face including my left nose nasal going numb and not able to breath..(which is 100% avoidable and could have saved a lot of my insurance money - which I need it for future use) - Its definitely not required and the way my right cheek is used was totally inappropriate, its used as a hanger holder to rest water/saliva sucker tube - which is total discomfort for a patient who is already going through some stuff..hope this feedback helps and reaches the dentist to correct and do the right thing for the patient - by not totally compromising patient comfort and his insurance money

As always Dr Sneha was super patient, dedicated and careful. She and her assistant always go the extra mile to make the visit as comfortable and relaxing as can be. 10/10.

I recommended this place to one of my coworkers and I know she's taken you up on your work before (and was happy with the results). If I had to come up with a complaint I'd ask for a larger location with more workers so the queue is shorter but that's splitting hairs.

We were pleasantly surprised by the due diligence shown by the staff in making sure the all COVID-19 precautions were followed. Temperature checks followed by Pulse Oxymeter checks were performed. The whole staff were very cordial and answered all questions regarding the procedure.

They charged too much. I went over there for my deep cleaning and crown. I also did root canal somewhere else. To my knowledge, if i followed their treatment plan, I would not max out my insurance for the whole year. So I went along with the plan = deep cleaning->root canal->crown. I held off for my wisdom teeth pulled out since I don't want any out of pocket expense. This treatment happened on 2018. Then someone called a couple days ago that my insurance denied the treatment for the crown since i was maxed out. I thought we already have this planned out last year. I was upset about it. I asked my coworkers if they had the same issue and they said that Onsite dental charged way too much. I will never go over there ever again.

When I moved to Phoenix last year, I had to leave the family dentist that I used my whole life. I was nervous to go to a new dentist but the onsite dental at Intel has been a great decision! The staff is very friendly and helpful and I will come back as long as I work here!
