Everyone is helpful and friendly. I am usually in and out within an hour of my appointment time, but I do not feel rushed.
The E.R was devastating. I sat 8 hours on a wheelchair. My doctor's office sent me to the ER for ketoacidosis. The staff assumed I was just dehydrated. Moving on to the ICU. Tested awesome moved to,6th everyone was so special. Then moved to 3rd floor. Staff awesome. Dietary another story. requested they not give me carbs since I'm trying to learn how to be a diabetic.. grits no corn no bread no fruit no hot fruit anyway. After talking to the manager I assumed everything was good. Next plate had it all wrong.i was so angry. All y'all wanted to feed me is chicken in every way it can be fixed Nursing and physician. Awesome. Dietary sad
Recently underwent the Watchman procedure which unfortunately turned into an unexpected emergency open heart surgery. The hospital physicians and nursing staff were absolutely outstanding and went far above and beyond what was necessary to ensure my safety, comfort and well being during a very scary time. A very special shout out to Dr. Poojita Shivamurthy, Electrophysiologist - who gave me hope and resolution when I thought that my case was hopeless. She is an undeniable asset to Rapides Regional Medical Center and I cannot recommend her enough!!
Jack in X-rays in the ER was excellent. Noah the nurse I had was a really good attentive nurse. Really appreciated all the good workers to help me comfortable during my time there.
Ashley was great she’s very friendly and just a great person too be around and I want to thank her for great service.
The staff was great! We were called back, Right at appointment time. Our young lady was kind, patient,& very efficient. Pleasant procedure.
It's difficult to address the performance of all the staff that helped me thru my heart cath, as much as it is remembering their names! I was treated like a VIP from admitting to discharge. I received respect and courtesy from EVERYONE!! I worked in hospitals for 37 years and the care I was given was second to none. If I ever need a hospital again it will be Rapides Regional Medical Center.
Everyone was nice and professional. I was seen at my appoint time if not earlier.
The staff was absolutely amazing & wonderful! So sweet & generous
It was a f.in 5 day nightmare for me! Other than 1 nurse that went above and beyond after seeing what I went through before her arrival, nobody wanted to be there and obviously did as little as possible. A different RN on a different day told me he would rather be left in a ditch than brought to their er.
They took very good care of my husband after his Bengali procedure.
With a member of the family on life suport we was aproched 3 times in under 15 min twice by a nurse and then by 2 very rude security guards telling us we couldnt be in the place we was originaly told to be. Very poor service . And extremly unprofessional. There was 0 compassion and we was very offended
I had my mammogram at Rapides Women's and Children's facility in Dec 2021. From registration, to checking in and completing the exam, it went smoothly. Ms. Courtney, Ms. Peggy and Angel deserve a shout out. They are great at what they do! Angel was super comforting during my exam. I will always choose RRMC for all of my medical needs because they always go above and beyond for their patients!
My wife visited Rapides Regional Medical Center, She had an emergency, She has a wonderful experience about the center, they took care of her very well and they did their best to make her feel better, I really appreciated them.
Ashley was so professional and compassionate. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the mammogram. Thank you, Ashley ?. Please don’t hesitate to use RRMC for your needs.
Great visit. Everyone was polite and did their jobs real good !! Another visit and still the same great service. Thanks again !!!
Excellent customer service. Very caring
Went in because I was having symptoms of covid and the refused to see me said they don't do covid testing. But I was running a fever of 101 and cough and bad headache. Still refused to see me
I went after 8:00 and was seen within an hour, the care was wonderful! From the person that checked me in, to the receptionist to get my information. The nurses were great and so was the nurse practitioner! I was well pleased with the attention I got and the care!
Nurse in recovery Camille was AWESOME
I didn’t have to wait very long at all. My rad tech was Brandi. She was courteous and very professional.
Everyone was very nice a professional and they took real good care of me
Great Hospital
I went for my hip and they ignored and focused on my knee’s so I went home after being there from 7pm to 2:40 am in the morning with no consideration of the fact I came for hip problems doctors need to be more consistent of what patients who come to them for seeking help instead of treating them for other things I will not be coming back to Cabrini Hospital there slow and was no help at all same problem two days after being there
Horrible workers,I low-key think their races, the ER part for the most part.
staff was very professional and polite, food service was great, my level of care was excellent.
I went for a mammogram and the lady was very nice and made me feel at ease
Tha staff were very polite and knowledgeable they act like they couldn't do enough for us But on the other hand the so call Caverteara was a joke very little food to choose from and portions were small with a big price. Breakfast and lunch no dinner u have to out from the hospital if u can to get food.
Tulane gynecology “prenatal clinic” … showed up 5 mins prior to my appointment time on December 9, waited an hour just to fill out some screening paperwork. Waited another hour before the receptionist announced the physician was called to the OR and everyone in the waiting room (probably 10 patients) could either wait an unspecified amount of time or reschedule. The earliest rescheduling date was in January. I waited 2.5 weeks for this appointment and was my first prenatal, waiting another 4 weeks would put me having zero care my entire first trimester. Finally get called back nearly 3 hours after my appointment time, see a resident that tells me this clinic has no ultrasound. To have one, you have to schedule with radiology and wait another 2-3 weeks for a separate appointment. She then tells me I have to have a vaginal exam. Come to find out all she did was an extremely invasive STD test, in which I told her I had just had a normal pap and knew I was clean. If I would have known that’s what she meant by “exam” I would have NEVER consented. As a nurse in intensive care, consent means a lot to me for my patients and I shudder at the fact they probably violate patients like this all the time that don’t know what’s going on. This is our first child, or maybe I would have known better. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. I am furious I have to pay out of pocket for unnecessary testing that was repeated for no purpose and that I still have no idea how far along I am, if I’m caring twins, if it’s even a healthy viable pregnancy because I had no ultrasound and have to wait weeks to get into a different proper prenatal clinic. Do NOT go here if you are expecting.
Operator denied me to speak to a supervisor multiple times. When I asked about the policy regarding the request to speak to a supervisor, Ms. Judy deliberately disconnected the line. I called back to ask again and was denied.
The staff was friendly and attentive at all times.
You need more than 1 MRI my appointment was for 2 and didn't get in until after 4
Dr. Joiner and his staff are the best.
Alright. Back at it again. I’ll give two stars this time. If you have a urology problem do not go to this ER. They cannot help you. They will advise you to travel to “Shreveport”, check into the ER there and try to circumvent the system to see a urologist that might be there, but don’t hold them to whether you will be seen by a an actual urologist or not because they really don’t know. They will prescribe medication for what they are treating you for, which is quasi unknown. Twice. Also you get to hear stuff about covid-19 vaccination mandates the whole time from some cool guy that said to “Roceph” him and walk him fingers crossed oh and tell him to wrap it. Then the nurse comes in and gives you a shot and you find out he’s talking about you. At least the doctor I saw the second time actually gave me a partial physical examination. Qudos to you sir. I think I would have gotten some better answers had he stayed on longer of course shift change. Left for another hour or so and walked again by “Shreveport” lady. I know it’s Medicaid, but I’m not the only man in Alexandria without insurance who has these problems. It’s a hard enough subject for some men to be open about it in the first place Urology. Being embarrassed to discuss these matters will push guys to put off going to the doctor. Making help inaccessible locally for us in this predicament is more than a shame. It’s a crime. Anyways. Got to the back fast. Saw a doctor quickly. The lady’s who looked after me where friendly and knowledgeable. The lady’s who took me for tests and did the testing where polite, professional and pleasant. The staff for the most part was amazing. Please save your vaccine mandate speech’s for the break room. Some people are questioning the decision they made about the subject and hearing stuff from so called medical professionals can be jolting and cause anxiety. Especially when you have anxiety. The second star is for the male doctor who took the interest in helping me. Way to go sir. You’re cool man and keep helping folks. Thanks.
I arrived to labor and delivery with contractions. I informed them that I didn’t have an obgyn there. Delivered baby there. Great and friendly staff.
