If needing any type or oral needs, this is the place to go. There are some of the most friendly, caring, courteous and helpful people I have ever met. I received calls to see how I was doing after the surgery. All my needs were met prior to leaving. I also want to add, the cleanliness of this facility is phenomenal. I can’t say enough great things about my experience.

The staff and Dr. Smith was amazing, I highly recommend using them. Didn't have to wait very long either. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists and with Dr. Smith I didn't feel nervous or worried about having the dental procedures and being sedated. The whole experience with them was great.

Upon meeting Dr.. Smith for my consult, I saw he was nice and professional. I have PTSD and that nervousness started showing as if we were going to do the procedure that day. He saw this and his demeanor changed and he was able to calm me down. Surgery went perfectly and if I ever need an oral surgeon again I will definitely go back to him. If you have a nervous disorder I would highly recommend him your Oral Surgery.

I don't want to give them even 1 star, but unfortunately 0 is not an option. First of all, I had to wait almost 2 hours. When my name was finally called I was sitting in the box, as the Dr. called it, aka exam room and I cud hear the Dr. ask how many more, so he was obviously ready to go. The Dr. came in told me what he wud do, not n n e detail and told me nothing about what wud be done to replace the teeth he pulled. Secondly, I asked if they took my insurance when I made the appointment and I was told yes, but I had to pay the $165 out of pocket after the consultation bcuz his receptionist said they don't pre-approve and that I wud be reimbursed. However, when I called my insurance about my reimbursement I was told if they don't pre-approve not only does my insurance not cover it but I won't be reimbursed, so the receptionist flat out lied to me just to get my money and get me out of the office. They herd u n and out like cows and do not care. The new oral surgeon I'm seeing sat down and explained my x-rays, what he wud do and how my teeth that were pulled cud be replaced. He was very thorough and thoughtful. I feel sorry for the patients that go to this place.

Absolutely great place for oral surgery. Staff was kind and got me into my appointment early. After my wisdom teeth were removed I was escorted back to my designated driver and sent on my way. The whole process was super simple. Would recommend.

Dr. Arnold and his entire staff are the best!! You couldn’t ask for a better team, they really put me at ease during my visit and were very caring and professional! Had wisdom teeth removed today. Their staff is AMAZING. Didn’t feel any pain and it was so quick. My best dental visit ever. I would recommend them to anyone. I can’t wait to return soon. Thank y’all so much❤️

I was anxious about the thought of an implant procedure. The procedure consultation with Dr. Arnold was explained thoroughly. His nurse was absolutely precious and was very kind. My procedure was successful with very little discomfort. The entire staff was accommodating and very professional. This procedure far exceeded my expectations!!!

Dr Smith and staff are professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. The staff is like a well oiled machine and you know the best care will be given by Dr. Smith.

The office staff was super nice and the procedure was done in a timely manner. Recovery scripts for medications and all necessities were given. Patient recovered well from surgery in a short period. Would highly recommend!!

Great atmosphere, staff was nice and made me feel at ease even though I was very nervous. They gave great post surgery instructions to my fiancé and written instructions as well. I had a very worry feee experience. Dr. Smith was great and the office is always squeaky clean!
