I had to have a tooth extracted. This was my first ever surgery or extraction. Everyone was so accommodating and nice. At first when I showed up, I was extremely nervous, not knowing what to expect. All of the staff including Dr. Arnold, were spectacular. I'm actually a drug addict, with 10 years clean. I refused any and all narcotics. Not once did I feel belittled or the least bit judged, just kind words were exchanged. It was an extremely quick and easy process. I thank you all for being so amazing and understanding. I highly recommend Alexandria Oral Surgery to anyone that is in need of any oral surgery. I hate to say this under the circumstances but, I'll be back!!!

My experience was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to call back to get an excuse for work and they quickly sent me an email with that document. The wait wasn’t long at all when I went in for my surgery. I was out of the room and on my way to recovery within less than an hour. I definitely recommend giving them a try for all your oral surgery needs.

I came to Alexandria Oral Surgery to get my wisdom teeth out. As most people are I get very anxious at the dentist, but the staff at AOS were so friendly from the start; from calling to set up my appointment to even after I got my surgery done that I did not have as much anxiety. Having such friendly and wonderful staff is a great plus and makes it a much better experience. AOS also, set me up for success before and after my surgery giving me all the information, instructions, and care that I would need to heal and take care of my mouth/gums. Setting your patient up for success is vital for me when seeing providers. I highly recommend AOS!!

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive to all of my needs during my visit. Dr. Arnold created a calming environment before my operation and did a great job during the surgery as well! A few weeks post operation and I have had zero issues. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Arnold and his staff were so nice and patient with my son. They went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. When he got scared and requested prayers, everyone immediately bowed their heads while I prayed with him. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arnold.

Dr.Arnold performed oral surgery in the hospital on my 16 yr removing 4 teeth (not wisdom teeth) that needed to be removed in order for her to get braces and she has Severe anxiety but everything went so smooth there was not a lot of pain and she healed up nicely. Thank you to everyone that was apart of this

Over the past few years I have seen Dr. Arnold several times. He has taken me from A to Z in the implant process seven times. I personally would not go through this procedure with any other Dr. Dr. Arnold has the perfect personality and demeanor to perform this invasive procedure that, under most circumstances, would make patients nervous and probably experience a degree of anxiety. However, in the many times I have sat in his chair, I can honestly state I have never been uncomfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Arnold and his staff - they are the BEST!

This place was great! I got my wisdom teeth out here and the surgeon was really nice. The staff was really nice. I had call the nurse a few days after my removals and she was easy to reach and very understanding! Plus you get goodies for going! (waterbottle, back of the phone card holder, chapstick, ice pack)

Dr. Arnold is a genius. He was able to use an advanced technique on my jaw and gums that saved me from having to endure an additional surgery. Additionally, his staff are so nice and helpful. I never felt like he or his staff were to busy to or iritated at answering my many questions. I'm really glad I choose Dr. Arnold as my oral surgeon not just because he saved me loads of money, but because he is an down to earth talented surgeon.
