To start off, the environment was clean and inviting. The staff were so nice and welcoming. I was so surprised at how fast the service was. I am used to waiting for 30 mins to an hour; however, that was not the case. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit the office again.

I found Alexandria orthodontist a few years ago while looking for a a place for my son to start braces treatment. I came across this place and I’m so glad I did. They have been working with us for several years to start braces. They are always kind, friendly and go above and beyond to help me when I need anything! The office is clean and inviting with modern decor. All the staff are friendly and treat me and my son with quality care. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great orthodontist office.

My son had a wire poking out of his braces, which bothered him a lot. We called to see what they could do to fix it. They were able to see us within an hour, and fixed his problem in less than 5 minutes. Thanks so much!

I only called to schedule an appointment because of the reviews. So when I went in on a Monday(which if the roughest day of the week) the music was going the staff was friendly and then when I was called to the back I was put with Tanita and she's a ROCKSTAR!!! I felt some type of way about how my teeth look and she just talked to me and made it so much better. Then when Dr. Moylan came it she just put the icing on the cake. I'm excited to start the process and can't wait to see the great results.

As an adult orthodontia patient, I appreciate the affordable treatment, comfortable atmosphere, flexible appointments, and friendly staff. Whew! They always remember you, and are quick to fix that tiniest issue quickly (I have low tolerance for pain and poking wire eek!). I’m also impressed with doc. I’m missing a number of teeth, and she’s been able to find a way to creatively treat me, and has taken the time to file/shape my teeth. I’m overall very pleased and highly recommend! UPDATE: Sadly, I felt compelled to remove a star because my appointment was cancelled yesterday. I was 5 minutes late - more egregious is when she called and asked where I was, I told her less than a minute away, that I could see the building. While admittedly I should not have been late at all, what happened to compassion and customer service? What about a 5-minute grace period? When I called back, I was told at 5-10 minutes late, the patient would be rescheduled, yet my appointment was cancelled at 5? I even offered to wait and be worked in… new appointment is in July.

Wow...I do not leave reviews very often, but I have been so impressed with Alexandria Orthodontics. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is not only spacious, but very clean and there is plenty of room to social distance. They even have a cute little sign that welcomes new patients. My son was so excited to see his name on the sign. However, my favorite part is how comfortable the doctor and assistants make my child feel. They discuss everything with him and make sure he understands what he needs to do before he leaves the office. The night before he got his braces on, he was so excited that he could hardly sleep. That is 100 percent because they reassured him that there was nothing to worry about. Even when we went in for the consult, they actually explained everything that was going to take place with both me and my son. You can really see how excited they are about working towards a great smile. I’m very thankful that this is an appointment we look forward to having and don’t dread this visit.

I had a coworker refer me here and she said nothing but great things about the entire office. So far Everything she said has proven to be spot on. From the moment I scheduled my first appointment over the phone to my first visit was amazing. Everyone is so polite and welcoming. I don’t even know where to begin. First and foremost they have treated me like family from start to finish. It’s basically like I’ve been adopted into a second family. The care and time they took to make sure that my smile was nothing less than perfect was exquisite. I love how Dr. Heather goes above and beyond for each and everyone of her patients. I can recall a time when I first got my braces and I was so scared because one of my brackets came off. I contacted Dr. Heather on a Sunday and she got it fixed ASAP and reassured me that things like this happen. She really took her time with me and explained each step of the entire process. We are not just dollar signs to her. More like her own family away from her family. I would by far recommend them to anyone and EVERYONE I know. I love Dr. Heather and my Alexandria Orthodontics family!! It’s honestly going to be a bittersweet goodbye but I always know where to find them! Do not let the outside appearance fool you, not that it looks bad at all, it looks like the average office buildings you see around town. However, once you step inside it becomes very clear there is absolutely nothing average about Alex.Orth. Our visit today was our first, and we all know how the " new patient" visit can be. Enough paperwork , forms and confusion to make your head spin, but definitely not the case today. From reception to x-rays to the staff that guided us through the entire process both before and after the Dr.'s exam was amazing. Everything was explained in detail ,yet with such simple clarity that we didn't even have to ask questions. Also, going back a step, I would be remiss if I failed to mention Dr. Heather. Her personality and pleasant demeanor put us instantly at ease. Also, her professional manner, thorough examination, and informative explanation was second to none. There's plenty of Doctors who could benefit from taking a few notes out of Dr. Heather's book, that's for sure. I apologize, I didn't intend to be quite this lengthy, so I'll wrap it up by saying this. Simply put, Alexandria Orthodontics is amazing from reception to checkout. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and courteous. The facility was as impressive as the staff. Spotlessly clean and neat with a very modern look and feel. I love it here!! I used to not like the dentist, but they make every dentist appointment fun and always check up on you. They also have the best playlist!!! So you can be jammin while you get you’re braces fixed. I’ve also seen amazing results in a short amount of time!! I love my Alexandria Orthodontics people

MY DAUGHTER ACTUALLY ENJOYS GOING TO THE ORTHODONTIST!!! Finding Alexandria Orthodontics has been a GIFT! My daughter had a significant overbite...previous treatment required her to wear outdated headgear (slow, uncomfortable and unsightly...especially for a teenager!) When we transferred orthodontists, Dr. Heather utilized more current state-of-the-art practices that did not require headgear!!! We immediately began seeing significant results!! All of the staff are TRULY AMAZING and their facility is beautiful! You can’t go wrong with Alexandria Orthodontics!
