First time visit. I had requested appointment online about my abscess tooth. Dr. Gupta called me himself and told me to come in ASAP. The whole staff were very friendly. I was in and out within an hour and affordable prices. I highly recommend them .

I have been calling for 2 weeks straight and NO one we’ll answer the phone or reply back to text message I have been wanting to schedule a appointment but at this point I’m done…

E love Dr. Gupta. He is very thorough. He made sure I understand what kind of dental procedures I was getting. I like the staff to. They really know their job??❤️❤️.

Great place friendly staff. Had to have a tooth pulled and they worked me in quickly.

I spent 1.5 hours waiting to be called back. I ended up leaving, this is not the time of the year to be missing any work! Stop scheduling so many people at once and quit letting the late late ones be seen!

Ag filled my gums wonderfully. My face is still sore and numb.

Way too rough during wisdom tooth extraction, my lip is cut and i woke up during my procedure to needles being shoved in my mouth with no warning and just reckless abandon. I felt powerless in that chair. There was excessive force being used to remove my teeth, and upon further research ive found that may have prevented my socket from clotting correctly, causing more pain. Will not be returning beyond what was agreed on for checkup.

I had a procedure done today, was in and out in about an hour! Dr. Gupta and his assistant were very gentle with me, told what they were doing step by step and made sure I was comfortable and pain free through the whole process!! Thanks AG Family Dentistry!!

Great service, super friendly staff. Made sure to explain everything being done in detail. Definitely best dental practice I've ever been to. Unfortunately I've had to downgrade my review of this place. I don't know what happened, but they've stopped seeing veterans, and don't let ya know until day of appointment, if they tell you at all. And so now I'm going somewhere else, and AG Family missed several things, even though I brought them to their attention, they were only gonna address the most expensive. I'd take my business elsewhere.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental services the people there are super nice and caring especially Ms.Amy we bonded like sisters and her work speaks for itself .

My son was having excruciating pain in a tooth that was in desperate need of extraction. The other dentist office I called at the beginning of October said they could not see him until November 1st. He was in severe pain everyday. I was going to take him to the urgent Care even though I knew that they could only give him pain medicine and could not pull the tooth but as I parked in front of the urgent Care something said look up dentist in the area one more time. I saw AG family dentistry and decided to call in hopes that they could see him sooner than November 1st. When the receptionist answered the phone, thank God she said how soon can you have him here. We were literally there in 5 minutes and his tooth was pulled within the hour. I don't know of any other dentist office that you can call and get an immediate appointment. Thank God for AG family dentistry, I don't think my son could have sustained that pain until the beginning of November.

Great experience today visiting Dr. Gupta and his wonderful dental assistants. Overall the best dental experience I’ve experienced since my kids have been going to the dentist. Dr. Gupta dental assistance’s are really good with kids absolutely love that. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

This place is great. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. 15-20 mins in back & I'm finished pretty quick. Staff is wonderful and friendly considering that's hard to find in Alexandria. Definitely recommended this place.

Worst dental work ever - crown on for less than 2 years, just falls off. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

During my recent visit the staff was kind and thoughtful about my dental treatment plan. The dental assistant was extremely knowledgeable of options and pricing with their recommendations. The doctor here is straightforward and took great care of me as a patient. I recommend anyone from kids to adults to go here.

First visit and it was great i sit in waiting area not even 15 mins , the staff as well as the doctor are all friendly and was able t o get right to the bottom of my tooth pain! Was able t o set me up for a extraction next week which i am very grateful for .. Highly recommend this dentist office..

Extremely nice! The wait is long at times but it is well worth it. The Dentist is great, the office staff is great and so are the ladies in the back. I have nothing negative to say.

I was using Brush Dentistry and was about to have a procedure done when all of a sudden the dentist just up and left all her patients to find new dentistry. I was a wreck and was so upset because I’ve been looking forward to getting my smile back. Then all of a sudden god must have seen my hurt and depression and out of no where Ame Theriot wrote me on Facebook and told me to come in.. at this exact time I had abscess tooth and she got me in the very next day!! This place is very busy and are getting slammed with people due to brush dentistry just packing up and leaving their patients behind!! This woman has been nothing but GOD SENT since that message getting me in to see Dr. Gupta who is so great!! He makes sure your completely numb and pain free of any work that needs to be done!! These people are literally the reason I’m able to get my smile back and my self confidence!! THANK YOU AME THERIOT!!!

Great place. Fast service and friendly staff. I had an extraction and never knew that it was out of my mouth. The dentist numbed it well.

Every time I go I am greeted by a very nice and friendly staff. I have yet to be disappointed with any procedures. The staff is very educated and take their time to make sure that you are comfortable and not in pain.

I was very pleased at how soon I was seen the staff was friendly, and very professional. They were fast with coming up with a plan for my dental work can’t wait to see my results! I’m excited ?

Well I’ll say this the VA sent me to The best family feeling place that you can visit, it’s a professional service with a real feeling of being taken care of, smiles, I recommend AG family dentistry because I felt like family and my mouth felt fresh and ready to smile ???❤️

The techs were nice but when the doctor came in he made it know that I needed treatment but because I am a 100% disabled Veteran he would not treat me because he said the VA doesn’t pay. He was rude arrogant and dismissed me as soon as he saw me. He looked in my mouth and checked my X-rays and told me I needed extensive treatment but he won’t treat me because of something that I had no clue about. It’s not my fault that he hadn’t received payment and upon further investigation it was found that they had filled out the forms wrong to receive payment but I am the one that suffers for it. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will not be returning to this place ever again. They don’t even deserve a one star rating.

I am not big on writing reviews or feedbacks, but after experiencing the best Dental services in Alexandria Louisiana, I must say thank you to the Team. From the front desk, to the back staff, to the cool music. Everything was top notch. Dr. Gupta is amazing, Monica my Hygienist was patient, detailed and caring. I really look forward to my next visit.

Excellent experience however the waiting room is a little bit small they were absolutely too many people and not enough places to sit all I can say is that five stars I wish I could give you 20 Stars Amy the tech that took my x-rays and everything calm my nerves and my fears and made me feel very comfortable and welcome Dr g you are awesome man you had those two old pointy broke off pieces of tooth out of there before I knew what it happened I do need an appointment towards the end of July around 2:00 p.m. in an afternoon preferably on a Thursday or Friday could someone please get that appointment made and text it back to me thank you all so much the numbing is starting to wear off I just took one of the norcos and I will not take anything else unless I absolutely need it thank you guys for being so great and hope to see you in July to get this other tooth pulled

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. I highly recommend them to anyone. They have incredible pricing, and their staff is AMAZING! I have a super big fear of dentist, and they ease all discomfort. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I just had a crown put on today, it was painless. I also a few years back had all four impacted wisdom teeth removed. No complications and the staff was amazing then too. I will be back next month to finish with some fillings and another crown. Love this practice.

I've only been their once and it was to have two teeth pulled. It took a month just to get a appointment because no one answers the phone. The teeth he pulled were to help with the teeth growing in behind them. He said they will straighten out in their own. Well it's Been a few months and they still look the same. So now I'm stuck with messed up front teeth. Recently I've been having jaw problems for like the past few weeks and I've been trying to get a appointment but again no one answers the phone. I've left messages and emails and nothing. Very unprofessional.

They never answer the phone I have appointment today at 10:30 I have called 10 times an NO answer I really hope it’s better service once I get to the location !!

Took me 2 hours and 25 minutes to see the Dentest and it took him 5 minutes to diagnose a plan for my teeth very disappointed I will not go back

I thought this dentist office was fantastic!!! I’m not from Alexandria so I have not a clue the do’s and don’t of this town. I’ve been here almost a year and I’ve realized that the people here are very stuck up and very rude. Not all people but most of them yes and I most of the time walk out of a commercial or family owned business if it’s the employee or owner having such a bad attitude and think your better than someone kinda attitude. I have a diploma in business and the first thing they teach you is how you greet a person. I was also raised in a family owned business and I was taught you look at who is walking in, you smile, and you do what you can to please the person. Yay. I love the spunky environment. The dentist himself was the heart and soul of this business and he is the character that brought all the spunk to this business. (Or the fact that he was making big bucks) however, the down fall I would say about this dentist is that it was very busy. The girls were running and going every which direction in a very fast pace. Therefore many many mistakes tend to happen if you go at a fast pace and the original assistant wasn’t able to handle my appt so the assistant that really didn’t know much about my appt was trying to help me. She did everything she could but if I’m about to drop over a thousand dollars I want to know the minor questions and have no room for error or misleading information. So that’s why I gave it a 4/5 stars. I’m excited to get to know this dentistry and maybe the dentist can share the spunkiest attitude to more Alexandria ppl. That’s what I love to see. Someone enjoying life itself and the vibes are great. All the girls are fabulous and have beautiful smiles. Way to go AG..

Amazingly friendly staff. Clean environment. Minimum wait times. Great, honest, and upfront dentist(Gupda). Some staff were not wearing their masks and in the middle of a pandemic in a medical environment, masks need to be worn regardless of your stance in things. It’s professional to wear your mask at all times in an environment like this. Other than that, I had zero complaints.

Ag family dentistry I would recommend all my family and friends to go to y'all everyone was amazing to me and the dentist was great and everything went well and I will see y'all any time and everyone was nice and curious to me
