I been going for a few years I self pay so It works for me I love the front desk they know my name that's rare in many doctors offices my doctor knows my name and what I need and Don't need many facilities don't know who you are so knowing my history is a plus.. I love the facility and it's staff

Terrible terrible terrible. Dental clinic doesn't even answer the phone. And then you wait for hours at a time. Even the doctor was horrible. Never agai . Would not recommend whatsoever!!

Worst of the worst! Doesn’t even deserve one star. You’ll wait long times to not receive what you need. They will tell you to come in then they get there and they can’t see you. It’s ridiculous went twice when they told me to come and still didn’t get what I needed.

I have been to the dental clinic 6 or 7 times over the past 10 years. I have always been treated courteously as well as professionally. My last 3 visits were for extractions and was the LEAST traumatic dental procedures I've ever experienced.

Not even worth one star, seriously! I have never had a good experience with this medical clinic! The front desk “ladies” are rude, the don’t check you until far past your appointment time. They talk on their cellphones and ignore patients. They are always so shocked that I am able to pay my copay, like they assume that I have no money. I went in two days ago with pain when inhaling, coughing uncontrollably, coughing up blood, and a fever of 102.3! He came into the room, after having me wait three hours AFTER my appointment time, he listened to my lungs twice(2 deep breaths) then prescribed me a cough medicine and sent me home. Later last night, I got a fever of 104! I couldn’t get it to go down and I tried everything! I went to the er and I have pneumonia! If I had listened to that idiot doctor ,Dr. Williams, I would have ended up entirely more sick and it could have been life threatening. At the er, I got an xray of my lungs done. I have a spot if cells on my left lung. Inwas told to get into my doctor as soon as possible. Upon my arrival, Dr. Williams simply yelled “I saw you yesterday, why are you back again?!”. I had told him what the er told me and he told me that I was fine and to go home and that he was reporting the er staff that carred for me because they gave me false information. He sent me home with a temp of 102.9! He did not give me anything while I was in the clicnic and he didn’t even tell me to take Tylenol or ibuprofen once I got home. Another appointment I had was with Dr. Biddle. He was awful as well. He woul schedule me during his lunch break so, I’d go in for a 1 o’clock appointment and have to wait until three to be seen. This happened multiple times and he, just like Dr. Williams, would rush me out of the room. So after waiting for hours after my appointment time, they quickly rush you out the door and don’t give you time to completely tell them your symptoms. Dr. Lee is probably the worst! He is extremely old and he cannot stand up straight. He, as well, rushed me out and did not let me voice my conerns. He would talk over me, same as the previous doctors mentioned, and not let me get anything out. Do yourself a favor and skip this doctors office!

The doctor would not take the time to hear me out. I was very angry. Will Not Go Back!

Unprofessional, u wait forever...

Do not go to the medical part of this clinic. I waited over three hours even though I had an appointment. Dr Williams gave me medicine for insomnia that was way too strong which isn't his fault. But he failed to return my calls for five days and did not call in medicine for numbness in my face . I'll not go back. It's a shame .

I won't recommend no one go to this clinic because we won't there we was in the back over 2 hours without being seen so we left we won't be back

They take blood and Xrays and don't give u a follow up appt 2 give u your results and u call them and still nothing, I won't be bck

My doctor williams treat me fair he does his job right he take time with his patients so if u in a rush to take all ya medicine in one day this not the place for u

This place is the worst place in the United States! Very unprofessional and the crack head looking housekeeping worker that walks around and talks about the patients he is disgusting! This place is so ghetto

Told to wait a week to make an appointment

F- Good for kids. Bad if you're an adult. This center will schedule you for an appointment. Change your appointment time when you make it. Then make you wait until they close to be seen for a second. It's a waste of time and effort to get the help needed here. The Doctors don't stay in there sections, joking and laughing when there's only one patient the whole clinic. You could be the only one there checked in @ 8am in the morning & I bet you still wouldn't get seen or checked out. Also, don't even bother making an appointment because they won't remember it. The organization and professionalism is horrible.

I wouldn't take a dog there... That place is horrible... Ghetto and unprofessional... The suppose to be CEO is a mess.. Never in my life have I ever met a person like her.. They need a new CEO and her assistant with her ass kissing ass... Worse company ever!

I took my child to this clinic, I have had a few problems before but I really liked my child's doctor. Yesterday, we had an appointment at 5:00, we got there about 4:30, after waiting an hour and a half which is fine, I knew the wait is long. When I called to make the appointment for what I needed, nothing was said at this time stating that they were not able to do anything. We get into the room and the doctor is practically falling asleep and the only thing he mumbled out was that he could not change her medicine. That I needed to be referred to someone else, which I accepted. I went to the front desk after we were done and they were behind the desk barely paying to attention to what I was asking. I said we need to be referred to someone else, do you have the name of the doctor so I can see about getting her medicine changed. More than once the woman behind the counter stated they cannot change the medicine, which I repeatedly said that is not what I was asking. Then, she proceeds to call to the back and talk to someone and she hung up and said, "Your baby don't need her meds changed". As this is going on, the other woman behind the counter is steadily mumbling under her breath and laughing. I said okay, I will find someone else, just schedule her appointment for next month. I always schedule my appointments for after 5 so that I don't have to take off work. She said would 8:15 in the morning be okay, I said no can we make another one after five. The other lady starts laughing hysterically which is when I grabbed my things off of the counter and got my children and left. I have never been so rudely treated and I will NEVER go back to this place again.

The doctor's and tech's have been very good to me..with the exception of the Supervisor over the health center out back behind the kid's clinic..Three time's now she has caused undue stress over appointment time's. Telling me to come in,then saying leave because I had been misinformed about my appointment..I HAVE NOT BEEN MISINFORMED..I think if I was black I would not have been treated in such a manner..I am being discriminated against because I am white....
