Alexandria Family Dental Care

I like the folks at Alexandria Family Dental. If you are reading reviews, looking for a dentist; this would be a good practice to go with. I can't imagine having any better of an experience anywhere else. *EDIT* Actually, now that I've had time to think about it....as per my experience; the hygienist that I dealt with... —or actually, that dealt with me... Is pretty great. She's just one of those people that you don't mind being around, even if that person has both of their hands in your mouth. But seriously, this individual is just brimming over with a high work ethic... That much is obvious. She can stick me in the gums with a needle anytime. I can't convey to you all how great, how much better I feel now... I feel like a new person. This place has a male dentist, and a female dentist...to whichever is your liking. That's a good business arrangement. The staff fills out the good service, and does what a staff should. They are both professional & polite...knowledgeable & understanding...patient & caring. Wait times are at a minimum. Location isn't bad, pretty good; actually. . You know what? I think so far, this has been about the best experience(s) I've had with any dentistry offices I've been too. Definitely better than having dental work done in a van. I'll be back in a few months. ;)

It’s pretty worrisome when you need to have emergency dental work done when you are out of town. However the team at Alexandria Family Dental Care put me at ease immediately. This is the first time I’ve had dental work done that didn’t leave me with extreme pain for days. I highly recommend Dr. Rogenmoser and his staff!

Not good experience at all, not happy with my two visits, waist of my time and MONEY Not Recommending In response to owner I have submitted one invoice of many, so not only is the service unacceptable but also the billing department can't even get it right!!!

I have had terrible, even horrible experiences with Dentist and their staff ever since I was very young. I started out with dental procedures with a Dentist in April 2020...nothing was getting done and he and his staff were very rude and unprofessional? I seeked, out with Humana’s help, Dr Jonathan Rogenmoser. That dentist and his professional, caring, and helpful staff, from the front to the back were AWESOME. Dr Rogenmoser is a very wonderful man as well as a dentist. He requires perfection for his patients and their dental work. You can’t say enough about his staff...very considerate, helpful, caring, and PROFESSIONAL. I will definitely be with this office for the rest of my life and I will definitely be directing others to Dr Rogenmoser and Staff. Thank you ALL for your care and concern for my dental problems. Hands down the absolutely best dental office in Alexandria.La. Karly has been so awesome since day 1. Always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate the time and efforts of Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser and Karly. I feel like I have his full attention when he is on the room. This office makes you feel VIP from start to finish.

The 5 stars is for Karly alone. She made me so comfortable before I even saw the dentist. I’m actually in the chair now waiting for the dentist to enter. She is amazing. You oh can tell a lot about the company when their employees seem happy to be there.

I had not had my teeth checked for over 15 years. I think I was on the verge of a stroke on my first visit. There is a lot of work to be done. I had such a good time I'm actually looking forward to going back to get the rest of my mouth fixed. The staff were even helpful in regards to me not knowing what to do with paperwork and insurance. I should have went here sooner.

I visited Alexandria Family Dental today and I was extremely impressed. I have a serious case of dentophobia, but my fear was laid to rest today after visiting this dental office. I loved everything about my visit. The office was exceptionally clean and the staff was wonderful!

I only have nice things to say about the staff here at Dr. Rogenmoser’s. I’ve only had two visits, both visits within a week. I was greeted by the staff with warmth. Hope, Carley, and Dr. Rogenmoser were all so kind and helpful to see to it that I was taken care of full circle. Hope was especially helpful/ informative regarding my bill and plan of care. Carley made sure that I was comfortable, allowed us time to discuss pertinent concerns, reviewed x-rays and pointed out issues to consider. Dr. Rogenmoser was everything I expected thanks to my sister-in-law’s referral! There was one moment we all joked about the local anesthetic, everyone laughed. I felt right at home! I didn’t feel one discomfort, having a tooth extracted; so I would definitely recommend! Thanks guys for the TLC!

My experience here was exceptionally well. Dr Ryan Rogenmoser and his team went out of their way to get me ready for the procedure (tooth extraction) and make sure that I was comfortable and painless the entire time. I had a double crown break off on a Friday and wanted to get it put back on. The dentist I was treating with doesn't work on Friday so I called Alexandria Family Dental. Holly told me they were pretty busy but they would fit me in if I was willing to wait. Going there was one of the best decisions I've made. Dr. Rogenmoser saw me and took an x ray and told me he did not want to take my $ because the underlying teeth had decayed and there was not enough to bond to. He put a small camera in my mouth and when the image appeared on the camera above the chair I could see what he was talking about. We discussed my situation which is not the best. I am 67 years old and, although I have consistently treated with dentists all my life, l have had a lot of cavities which led to crowns and root canals and extractions and a partial bridge on the bottom. The double crown that broke was on the top and would require another bridge. He showed me some examples of full dentures which are secured with implants. He did not push me but we discussed the pros and cons of having that done or just repairing the problems I had. I knew it would be expensive but I was tired of having trouble with my teeth and not very happy with my smile anymore. He said he would do a treatment plan to do the repair and another one to do the full dentures with implants and let me decide. I met with his office manager, Shelby, who thoroughly explained both options and what financing they could provide. I decided to go with the dentures as just to do the repairs would cost about two thirds of that and I would continue to have problems. Another big consideration for me was that the dentures would look better aesthetically and I could be proud of my smile again. I would be lying if I said it's been a piece of cake but I don't remember any visit to the dentist that was enjoyable. I got my bottom denture in today it's gonna take a little while to get used to them but I like the way they look! Dr. Ryan has been very professional and knows what he's doing. Karli, who did the impressions, did a fine job in spite of all the trouble I gave her. The rest of the staff has always been friendly and courteous. I highly recommend AFDC for all your dental needs. Absolutely blown away by the unprofessional staff and the attitudes they have!! Not just the front staff but the dentist themselves! As someone who’s terrified of the dentist, stay clear of this place. Very very unconcerned with your needs and pains. Literally all this place wants is your money, they absolutely don’t care to work with you no matter how bad off you are. I’ve dealt with them numerous times it wasn’t just one bad experience. I absolutely will make sure none of my loved ones ever walk in their doors. Worst business and worst “doctors” office I’ve ever encountered.

Very clean office, which says a lot , for me anyway as I’ve been into one office here locally and their waiting room was dirty! The Doctor was very kind and informative! Very gentle as well! The staff are very nice as well! Very reasonably priced for us cash paying patients! I will definitely keep this office! I’m extremely pleased!

Had to have an extraction ASAP and they got me in the morning I found out I needed it. Treated me well and I was comfortable through the process.

Emaculant service! Had the best X-ray X-perience ever! It was administered by a newer employee Haley (whom had the most endearing and hospitable dentist chair-side manner) and Carley, which even despite her physical limitations, had the majestic grace of a one-handed crane while she was administering the X-ray! Had the greatest time, the employees were funny, professional, and above all caring. Had a great time! Can't wait for my next dental procedure!

I take very good care of my teeth and suddenly started to have a toothache, which is rare, so I went in to have it checked out. Turns out I needed a root canal! When I returned for treatment a few days later, Dr. Moylan and Karly took such good care of me. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure and I just can’t say enough about how great they were! All of the team members work very hard to give their patients the best care and experience! My husband sees Dr. Rogenmoser and loves him too! Also, this office is the cleanest dental office I’ve ever been in!! I highly recommend choosing Alexandria Family Dental Care for you and your family’s dental needs! They are very thorough with everything they do and have the best technology and Doctor’s!

I have been having TMJ pain my whole life and nothing has helped. I went to Dr. Rogenmoser to have Botox therapy for my pain and for the first time I have relief. No more soreness and no more headaches! Thank you so much!

High quality dentist. He is meticulous, and this was the best placed and fitted crown that I ever had. Only God could have done better. No food traps and no gaps at gumline. Also, he's done a few front teeth repairs/ buildups.. Nice cosmetic results.

The service was very slow. Arrived on time to my appointment and waited an hour and half to get seen and was in there for another hour and half just for a check-up. Needs better time management. 3 hours at a appointment that should of lasted maybe 1 hour is ridiculous.

Dr. Rogenmoser did an extraction and bone graft in preparation for an implant. My previous experience with another dentist was very painful and I wasn't looking forward to having this done. To my surprise, I had no pain afterwards or swelling! Great experience for someone who does not like visiting the dentist.

After multiple issues with fillings that a previous dentsit said would result in 2 root canals, I finally went to see Dr. Rogenmoser. He told me he would do whatever he could to prevent the root canal and seemed very knowledgeable in my other options. After not being able to eat properly for a month, once Dr. Rogenmoser worked on my teeth my pain and sensitivity went away almost immediately! He was so caring and made my visit as painless as possible. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking!!
