Staff is great. They communicate everything to the kids before they do it. They get them comfortable and relaxed. Anna is very nice. My youngest doesn't want me to go with her to the back after the first time and that says alot. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Anna is wonderful! The staff are so great with my kids. They are always excited to go to the dentist! Becca is a great employee!

Two visits down and a whole childhood to go with Dr. Anna at APD for all three of my kids. Our first visit at APD was when my daughter Jessa Ann turned one, as a first time mommy I had many nerves about the first dentist appointment because not all kids are fond of the dentist. But, once we made it in the office all my nerves were gone both Jessa & I were so comfortable and greatly taken care of. Both the Dr and assistant explain everything that they do, and what’s going on, so you don’t leave not knowing or understand the whys of your child’s visit. During the first visit, Tina was her assistant and she did an amazing job with My baby. Jessa loved having her teethed brushed, counted and looked with her mirror. For the check up with Dr. Anna, Jessa was starting to get anxious, but Dr. Anna was so patient with her; within seconds Jessa got comfortable again & let Dr. Anna check all her teeth out. One year later, on her second birthday to be exact we just went back to see Dr. Anna, Casey & Sarah were her assistants and of course they did such a phenomenal job. Jessa loved all her attention she got! Once her check up was over she just wanted to give Dr. Anna a hug and kiss! We even asked for Casey to always be her assistant anytime Jessa goes back! I can’t speak enough wonderful words about this dentist office, I am very blessed to have such a trusting dentist for my kids to grow up with. I will forever use APD and always refer moms to use Dr. Anna!!

Today was our second visit where they did dental work on my 2 boys. I was so nervous. I think more nervous than them. They were awesome. They explained everything they were using and what it would do. They explained it in funny exciting ways to my youngest to make him comfortable he was so calm he even gave a thumbs up while they were working in his mouth. Lol. There's so much good things I experienced with them today I could go on and on. They are so kind and caring, they take time with the patient. To sum it all up. They were excellent. Even the staff was kind and caring. I recommend them to everyone. Love this dentist. Also nice and clean offices.

My girls had their first appointment here and it was GREAT! My youngest (5 yrs old) had a bad couple experiences in the past and was very nervous. The staff made it so much more relaxing and fun for her, thank you!! So happy I found this office!

Wonderful practice! Just moved in the area so we had to find a new dentist for the kiddos. They were able to tame my rambunctious 4 yr old who never had a good visit until this place! Ms. Anna and the staff were an absolute pleasure, great aesthetics but it was the website that really drew me in. Definitely worth the 1 hr drive. Kids ages are 12, 9, 6 and of course 4.

Can’t even begin to say enough about how amazing Dr. Anna and her assistants are. From the front desk to the back they are all great! Will recommend to everyone!!!

Such a wonderful experience! Office staff was friendly and efficient. They made my children feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Dr. Herrington was kind and patient with my son who typically does not do well with dental visits. My kids are actually looking forward to their follow-up visits! Highly recommend!!

Every time my children go in for a check up, the staff is amazing from the moment we get to reception to the moment we check out. They are friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and always have smiles on their faces! It’s hard to even pick a favorite because they are all our favorites! Dr. Anna is so much fun and always makes. my kids happy to be there, even when they have a cavity filled or a tooth pulled. I am so grateful for this very special dentist office where we feel like family every single time we are there! A five star office!!

We love Alexandria Pediatric Dentistry. The assistants are AMAZING with the children and make it a very fun experience. My daughter is 3 and loves going to the dentist, and LOVES Dr. Anna. If your looking for FANTASTIC dental care for your children, look no further!

Seemed like a great choice at first until my son who once loved the dentist came from the back horrified to the point of no return. The man dentist was the most rude Dr. I had ever encountered.

My kids have been coming here for 12 years, there is no other place I would take my boys!! My boys have been encouraged to come back alone, but anytime I have concerns or questions for the dentist I have been welcomed back and all of my concerns have been addressed. Thank you Alexandria Pediatric Dentistry for making my kids as well as myself feel comfortable!!!

Not pleased at all!!!! They dont even get the 1 star, but in order to leave a review you have to give a star... First we got to the dentist early and the young girl at the desk said what ya need? RUDELY... I told her we was,early but we had just left another appointment. She said well we are closing for lunch y'all have to come back. So we left and go back and The girl at the front desk said ok My daughter's name is having this done (she named it) I told her I was cancelling her appointment for today and then she got an attitude so I told her She was having some heart issues we would  just reschedule. She then said my son's name is having spacers and a cap put on.  I told her  that we didn't want him getting spacers just the cap, she said well I don't think they can and she got up and went to the back. She sent a girl from the back to me. She said why is Your daughter cancelling so I told her, she had to wear a heart monitor and was having problems. She Said well I will have to get you to sign something bcuz of the insurance if you cancel. I said go get it I will sign it... she never got it... She said so why aren't we doing spacers in your son's mouth, I said bcuz  his daddy and I said so, she said well but he needs them I said no we don't want him having them, she said but this is what it's for and I said yes I know what they are for. We was told the same thing about our daughter  when she was his age and we got a second opinion and that dentist so no way! She said well we need a reason to tell insurance bcuz  we told them he had to have it done and they are gonna want to know  why ... I said you tell them his mom and dad said no.. She said and we need your daughter's cardiologist to send something showing her results, I laughed at her. No I don't think so that's private. She said come on to my son I said his nose is stuffy she said it's ok we will take care of him. Then after they had my son in the back for 45 minutes, I told the girl at the front desk I was going to check on him bcuz  at the first visit they told me I could peek in on him as often as I wanted.  I went to go back to check on him and The girl beat me to the door and shut it in my face.. She was back there for 3 minutes,  when she came out she had another lady come out she shut the door behind her and said  he was done, he fussed but he was better and they was bringing him out. She wouldn't let me go back. Ten minutes later  they brought him to me his face was swollen, around his eyes was big and blue , he had been crying so hard. I looked at the girl and said what did y'all do?  He was here for a cap. She said yes , he forgot to breathe and he fussed a little I said I guess so he is 5. .. She said I think he was scared of the equipment . I said seriously!!! She said well this was something easy and it was real hard on him. I said you think. His face was swollen bad he had  blue and purple all around his eyes, he was so puffy and had little  red dots all over his eyes.I asked if they even used gas and she said yes we did, he is just sensitive to noise and gags. When she walked out he cried so hard he said they was mean to him and he couldn't breathe and they held him down and was fussing at him telling him to quit crying, to stop he was being ugly and That's enough!! I wish I would have gotten pics when we first left the dentist.But I did get pics at 7:20pm 5 hours later and he was still puffy with red dots and purple around his eyes. This morning he is still red and little swollen , purple, and has red dots so I got more pics. He can't talk about the dentist visit without crying. I'm going to take further steps.

The staff - EXCELLENT The care - EXCELLENT The compassion - EVIDENT I will tell everyone I know to use Dr. Brasher for their children's dental needs.
