Moffitt Children's Dentistry

Not making other clients adhere to masking mandates but try to tell me my service animal isn't permitted. When I state how I'm confused why they are not wearing masks she just says 9k . When I address concern for my daughter during her visit I am blown off. I ultimate waiting in ur hallway then just decided that you made me feel too uncomfortable about my daughters care being ok. As the condition of your office accompanied by ur attitude about my service animal.

Dr. Moffitt and his staff have been incredibly friendly over the last 20+ years. My family appreciates his honesty, especially because he isn't the type to nickel and dime you. The front desk staff has always made us feel so welcome to be there. Thank you Moffitt Dental!

I would avoid this practice at all cost. Jason Moffit is extremely unprofessional and misogynistic person. Whom I Have personally seen mistreat not only his staff but children as well. I have personally been going to this practice since I was a kid and even had my kids go too. Today was the final time do to his lack of ethics.

Our visits with Dr. Jason and his entire team are always wonderful. I have two kids that actually ENJOY going to the dentist so, that speaks volumes.

I hate to give anyone a bad review, but based on our family's experience with Moffitt Children's Dentistry, I can't give a good one. Our three children saw Moffitt for their entire childhoods. When they had cavities, the resulting dental work was very spotty. In one instance where one son was sent home with a filling so jagged that it tore the inside of his mouth until it bled. Of course, it was a Friday afternoon and he had to suck it up for a whole weekend. That same son recently had to have a root canal on a different tooth because Dr. Moffitt drilled too far into a tooth when doing a filling, hit the root and killed the tooth. The new dentist he sees said it was the original dentist's error that caused the tooth to die. Another child, now in the military, has to have a couple of teeth worked on to repair poor dental work done by Moffitt's office. The people are nice, and we really liked Dr. Moffitt, but the quality of the work just isn't there.

Our 1st visit due to an injury. Overall a great visit. The receptionist goes above and beyond and should be paid more? the nurses and Dr took the extra time listen. Thank you all for help during our stressfull time. N

The whole staff is very friendly. They really accommodate to help my daughter feel as comfortable as possible.

Love Jason Moffitt very caring walks you through the process my grandson had 6 teeth pulled all at once very patient with him told him each step he jokes with him makes it like he's not even at the dentist and after we got home the staff called and checked up on him and said call any time we want to know how he is doing

We immediately looked for another dentist after our first appointment here. Our previous dentist from our last town was great - and my 4 year old son's teeth have always been in excellent shape. The staff at Moffit were very nice, and the hygienist who cleaned my son's teeth was professional and kind. She remarked that they were in great shape. Dr. Moffit came and did an exam and said the same--His teeth looked great--no issues at all. And then he told me they were going to do X-rays. As the daughter of a radiologist, I have no problem with X-rays. But I do know they're overused in dentistry, and sometimes used to inflate the cost of an appointment. Given that my son is 4, not even close to his adult teeth coming in, and that the dentist had just said there were no issues, I declined the X-rays. Then suddenly the tone of the dentist was different. He stopped being as friendly. He claimed that maybe there were "secret cavities" we couldn't see, and that the x-rays were IMPERATIVE. (None of my son's other dentists have EVER mentioned that.) He kept winking at me and talked to me in the kind of voice someone would use to soothe a small dog. "You wouldn't want your son to lose his teeth because you're afraid of a little X-ray, would you?" Cool. So not only are you trying to force unnecessary X-rays, but you're talking down to me and threatening dire things that are completely unlikely? After going back and forth for about 5 minutes, I realized he wasn't going to take no for an answer, so we noped right out of there. Surprise! My son's new dentist says his teeth are great, and no X-rays are necessary.

Dr. Moffit is the best and his staff is amazing! I absolutely recommend him if you want a dentist both you and your children will love!!

Been my dentist since I've had teeth! Amazing staff and good at what they do.

The dentist himself is great. His nurses are really good too, very friendly. The front desk and billing staff is rude and dont work with you. Dont miss an appointment or they will ban you.
