Dr. Colins and his team went above and beyond. From the cleaning, preventative fluoride to the cavity repair. Superb work!

This is a husband (Ken) and wife (Marnie) team of dentist. My wife saw Dr. Ken, I saw Dr. Marnie. We had vastly different experiences. My wife's initial appointment went smoothly, and the additional procedures she had performed by Dr. Ken were inline with what we had expected she needed. My experience was vastly different. The dentist and hygienist came up with a list of issues with my teeth, and went to the point of saying I was Periodontal and would require special cleaning of approx. $2,000, as well as a special treatment regimen, neither of which would be covered by insurance and that being periodontal would cause issues with my dental insurance long term. They then cut my appointment short, not even performing a cleaning, and gave me pricing for the additional work to be scheduled at a later date and sent me on my way. They then proceeded to bill my insurance multiple hundreds of dollars for work they didn't perform, but they billed it incorrectly so I was receiving past due invoices for about 4 months. Every time we called we were told it would be taken care of. I think they eventually just deleted the bill all together. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. I don't have periodontal, not even pre-periodontal. Items they were recommending specialty cleaning and treatment regiments for were addressed with a standard cleaning. The procedure they were billing my insurance over $300 for was $102 at the other dentist. The outrageous pricing and what I can only categorize as lies and corruption by Dr. Marnie has resulted in a loss of all future business from my wife and I.

Dr. Collins is absolutely awesome. I'm not sure a 5 star review does this staff justice. As someone who lacked a lot of confidence with my smile for many years due to some bad luck, he recommended veneers and they turned out great. I smile so much more now, and feel way more confident. I would consider him more like a friend than my dentist. His entire staff is so personable and fantastic as well. I really can't say enough positive things about this office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Dr. Collins is the absolute best. He really cares about his Patients and his whole staff is wonderful. I was so fearful of going to the dentist for so many years, I had the worst anxiety. He unlike any other dentist I've been to makes you feel very at ease and comfortable. After not going to the dentist for years my teeth were in bad shape. He's done quite a bit to repair my teeth over the last 4 years and just recently made me a set of top dentures they turned out Beautiful! I'm getting so many compliments on them and he has restored so much of my self esteem. I cannot recommend him enough! I can actually relax in the dentist chair now.

Dr. Ken Collins is the best dentist I’ve ever known and he has a super qualified staff. I’ve been a patient for about 20 years. I’d never consider going anywhere else. Shawnee is my all time favorite hygienist! Super skilled and always nice! I recommend them to everyone looking for a dentist and particularly aesthetic work. He has been a pioneer in Spokane and really knows his stuff!

These guys are by far the best in town, look no further! I spent a long time finding a dentist I was comfortable with for some pretty major issues.... I'm English... Enough said!! These guys have, and will continue to, take care of me and my English snaggleteeth with care, respect and professionalism. Love em!

Friendly staff and great with our kids!

I've had my teeth cleaned, and was squeezed in for an small emergency tooth repair. I've never experienced pain either with needle nor with the drilling and filling. Dr. Collins and his entire staff make me feel like I'm more than a patient that I'm part of their family

I am deathly afraid of dentists. No joke: down-right terrified. The first time I had met Dr. Collins and his team, my teeth had been cracked after a fight with an unruly inmate at work about three months before. I refused to go in and be seen until the pain was too much for me to handle. Now, I'm a tough person, a tough woman. I can handle inmates, addicts, teenagers... It took me 17 minutes to come out of my state of panic. I walked through their doors into the most comfortable, welcoming, warm waiting room I have ever been in. It didn't even smell like a dental office. I was in pain, but the awe took over. My fear started coming back- hands still trembling, breathing shortened, starting to overheat. It's happening again. Told them my fear as they opened a bottle of water for me, consoling me. Dr. Collins comes out, calmly talks to me and I'm good again. Fast forward to the chair, glasses on, Dr. Collins and team introduce me to the gas thing on my nose and in 20 minutes, I am the happiest camper in a 30 block radius, no more pain, no more broken teeth and I am no longer scared. I am actually smiling! Me- smiling for the first time in nearly 8 years. I am no longer embarrassed by my smile. I am no longer in oain. As I will probably always have a fear of dental offices in general, I will never feel scared again at Dr. Collin's office ever, ever again. In fact, I went back again for my follow-up. Still nervous, but they talk to me until I'm good again. Gas me up, baby! I have never had the gas before then, but will always look forward to it. Dr. Collins and his team work hard, do a fantastic job and really, truly care about everyone no matter their economic status, no matter their fears, etc. They all love what they do and it honestly shows. I will never go anywhere else again. Great folks, great environment, very affordable and very caring! Thank you for everything!

I cannot emphasize enough how WONDERFUL the entire office is. I have had substantial work done at Collins, and I was fearful at first. Every team member addressed my concerns and explained answers to all of my questions. Dr. Collins was thorough in my service and is always very kind and informative. My visits have all been painless, and the staff is always so enjoyable to be around. This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Always have a great dental experience here! Dr Ken and his crew are always very caring. Ashley was quick to just check to make sure that I was feeling comfortable while the novacain was taking effect. I am a long time patient and would refer anyone to Collins Dentistry. They are especially good for people who are afraid of the dentist, they make you feel so comfortable.
