January 2022 update: The crown they did fell off in less than 2 years. NO WARRANTY, dentist found also a cavity under that crown. Quote was around 400$. Absolutely careless.

The staff is professional friendly and they did a wonderful job I was not in any pain I had a crown put on and the crown looks wonderful and then I have my teeth cleaned and my teeth look so much whiter and nicer so I want to say thank you for the wonderful job you did and thank you for your kindness and your professional experience. ?

Wonderful experience. The office girls were very sweet. And the doctor was a pro. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had, and the price was affordable. They offered two different Finance plans for those who qualify. I would strongly recommend them.

Dr. Virk and his staff were courteous and friendly, and maintained a professional environment during my care. I love dental cleanings but dental repair…not so much. Everyone I interacted with at Avenue Dental Care made my visit as pleasant as possible. Dental repair is outrageously expensive but Avenue Dental Care outshines the competition. I encourage you to give their team a try.

My wife, son and I have been going to Avenue Dental for four years now and I can’t think of a SINGLE issue any of us have had. I’ve always had some anxiety going to the dentist because of childhood experiences with ALL doctors lying to me, but I’m very happy with this office. I’m usually in for basic cleanings and a cavity once in a while. My son has had a couple procedures and was in the dentist chair for two and a half hours his last visit and felt fine. My wife has been in for numerous procedures and has always come out feeling better. I referred a coworker yesterday as we have the same insurance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even the new assistant I had working on me my last trip. HIGHLY recommended.

Very friendly staff

The staff is friendly and always returns my call promptly for scheduling and estimates. Dr Jackson and Dr Virk work closely together and are very professional. The best part is that they have evening hrs too which works for my schedule.

Had a tooth pulled yesterday and an implant put in it's place, with the final step in the process getting a new tooth scheduled for a few months from now. Dr Jackson did an incredible job on a procedure that's as tough as it gets. He and his team are skilled professionals who made the process go smoothly and painlessly.

Seriously amazing! I’ve been with them for 3 years now, multiple bone grafts, and now my implant/crown, and I absolutely LOVE it! Dr. Jackson is very empathetic towards his patients and their teeth! He truly cares and understands! And the whole clinic! Receptionists have always been amazing also! I’m so grateful for them!

They told me my dental plan didn't cover my dentures that I set up the appointment for but they still charge my insurance for the x-rays and everything that I didn't need and then told me I needed $4,000 to get teeth

GET A SECOND OPINION. I went here over a year ago and I was interested in removing a silver filling. I was told that there was serious decay under my tooth and that they would have to remove the filling and pull the tooth AND get a root canal and a filling. Total of about $850+. Today I went to The Holistic Dental Center and they removed the silver filling and replaced it with a nice clear one. They also took the time to make sure my bite felt perfect before finishing. All for a total of $115.40. I asked them how the tooth looked and if there was any decay under the silver filling and they told me absolutely not and that my tooth was perfect. I thank GOD that I didn't let them pull my perfectly healthy molar. This office seems to be very focused on making money and less focused on patient care. I'll never be back and I'm thankful I found someone who cares more about my teeth than simply viewing me as a dollar sign. Old Review: After a really painful filling, the staff reached out and did everything they could to make things right. I saw a different doctor, Dr. Jackson. He was much more attentive to detail and the results were almost night and day compared to the last filling. He took the time to make sure my tooth was properly shaped and flossed well before I left. My tooth is no longer sensitive to temperature or hurts when I floss. The tooth is smooth, the bite is perfect, and the coloring is spot on. I am really impressed! I feel better knowing that I can trust Dr. Jackson to take care of my teeth. So, when you schedule I recommend asking for him. Thank you, to the office staff who got me to come in to get this fixed. I appreciate it!

Dr. Virk and his staff are just great. Very friendly, timely and competent. I would highly recommend Avenue Dental Care.

My husband, Eric, had a crown break. They were able to see him right away, put a temporary on, and have a new one made, all with in 2 weeks. His experience with Dr. Nora and her assistant Tori was outstanding! They were efficient and the outcome was great!! Also as always, Michelle, at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable about our insurance plan. She is always welcoming when we walk in the doors. Thank you to all the staff for great service through the years!

I wanted to leave a Magical review!!! My daughter Katie had a horrible tooth problem!!! Not only did they see her same day! They diagnosed, went over financials and treated my daughter today. I want to address all the loving kindness and genuine care that was shared by the MA's. To the doctor a personal note of gratitude to you!! I’ve been here a lot in the past 3 years. They’ve always been so sweet, I feel like I’m part of the family they know me so well. Dr. Jackson has been absolutely amazing, he’s a good distraction from any pain too. Lol

I was new to Wa .and taking care of my teeth is very important to me. I read the reviews and decided Avenue Dental was a good choice. Dr Berg and staff were professional and made me feel comfortable. I am sending my fiance' to this office for dental care as well.

Fast, thorough, everyone was helpful. About as painless as an extraction can get. I've found my new dentist.

I had not been to a dentist in years (I know, terrible right?) But I didn't have dental insurance so hence the delay. Melanie was my hygienist today and I felt so at ease and comfortable with her. She didn't make me feel bad for not coming in sooner and she was so helpful explaining everything in detail for me. She let me know all my options for future visits. She was so sweet. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. I recommend this dental office 100% and will continue going. Also because I was a new patient I didn't expect to be seen so quickly. I called a few other places and couldn't get in until late September but got scheduled here within a few days!

Very helpful and friendly staff! It can be very nerve racking going to the dentist, but they make you feel comfortable and taken care of! The dental work is great quality!

I haven’t been to the dentist for a long time so I was concerned about the extensive cleaning that may have been necessary but to my surprise the cleaning experience done by Melanie was very gentle and no gum jabs! A+ experience !

My wife has had two occurrences of crowns falling off. One crown fell of twice . I Highly recommend you not waste your time or costly insurance money and co-pays with Avenue Dental Care North.

Very professional!

Just had my first visit, needed a new dentist after relocating to Spokane. Dr. Jackson and the staff were wonderful, very thorough and knowledgable. The office is clean and comfortable. When looking for a new dentist on the North side of town I would look no further!

They are very patient and willing to work with you.

I started to come to Avenue Dental Care after neglecting seeing the Dentist for many years due to my feelings of apprehension with "going to the dentist." Right from the beginning, the staff has been friendly, courteous and has only treated me with kindness. The treatment plan that I am on will take a while due to cost, but they have helped prioritize items and I feel comfortable with the plan. The hygienists I have had, funny enough I don't think I have had the same one twice, have all worked efficiently, quickly, and when there has been a spot that is causing me pain, they have worked around those areas as delicately as they could while still performing their duties. Dr. Jackson is very friendly and the work he has done I have had no problems with. I would (and do!) recommend Avenue Dental Care to any of my friends who ask 'who's your Dentist?'.

I have been a patient of Dr. Virk's at Avenue Dental Care (north Spokane) since 2015. I suffered with neck pain and was grinding my teeth at night. Dr. Virk diagnosed me with TMD. He explored different options with me. I was prescribed a bite guard to wear at night for about a year. Later I consented to an electronic test to check my jaw position and the proper bite I should have. I wore a plastic orthotic for a period of time to see if the new jaw position resolved my problem. I experienced less neck pain and Dr. Virk and his assistants were very accommodating in adjusting my temporary orthotic. They were very flexible with fitting me in for appointments. The office staff and dental staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Virk and his staff really attended to my individual needs (which is a complicated case of TMD). Since I was fitted for the orthotic, I experienced less neck pain and I don't grind my teeth at night. Dr. Virk also worked very closely with another orthodontist at another office who applied braces on my upper and lower teeth which is the final step in addressing my TMD. I do have to admit that all of these procedures have been expensive. I have used Care Credit (with high interest) and loans with lower interest charged through my own bank. It would have been helpful to receive more affordable options, however, I am very grateful to the staff in diagnosing me correctly and helping me prevent more damage to my teeth. I would recommend Avenue Dental Care for its highly trained and friendly staff, the attention to addressing individual needs of patients, and the flexible hours that are offered.

I have been going to Avenue for the last two years and have not been disappointed!! Friendly staff working for you and listening to your concerns! Dr. Jackson is amazing and does great work on your teeth. I’ve had my front tooth fixed, very scary since it’s in the front of your mouth and first thing people see when you smile, and he has done nothing but great work! Plus, the hours are wonderful.

Several years ago I was involved in an accident that left me with a cracked tooth, compression of my right side TMJ and sever Tinnitus. The doctors and staff at the north side Avenue Dental office have been instrumental in my recovery. Their knowledge and attention to detail allowed them to tailor a treatment plan that has helped me to cope with my injuries. Thank you so very much to the professionals at Avenue Dental.

This was our first visit and it went amazing! We were seen quickly and treated very nicely. The front desk staff helped me to get through the application for Care Credit and printed everything out for me to have copies of. Julie was my hygienist and she was great! She told me about the things she was doing and why they help our teeth. Very informative and kind! Dr. Jackson was very personable! I enjoyed chatting with him about my needs for my teeth and my wants. My son was taken care of by Dr. Virk for removing all four of his wisdom teeth. He did such an amazing and fast job! He was funny and precise. He took great care with my son. We both enjoyed our visit because of all the staff! Thank you Avenue Dental Care North Spokane!! We will definitely be continuing our dental care with you where we feel we are in the best hands possible!

Super! In an emergency they were able to squeeze me in the same day I called, with surgery the next day. The Dr.s were awesome and the staff worked hard to ensure I was comfortable during a tough situation. And helping me through the paperwork with a beautiful smile THANKS!

One star is for the nice staff. However, the rest of my experience was a nightmare. I had the first phase of upper implants, July 2018. Dr. Burke was a total let down! I should have opted for the $leep $urgery, which is on me. It was a VERY painful, traumatic ordeal. The worst part has been the eight months since. Burke shoved the temporaries in my mouth and said 'So Long'! I haven't seen him since!!! The temps were such a bad fit; I've lost two of my remaining lower teeth! Consequently, I cant use the temporaries and have been on a soft food diet for 8 months. I have lost 20 pounds. Ive filed them myself over and over. Avenue dental charges $30 for each adjustment and they really didn't like doing it. If I would have had them adjust them, I would be broke by now. As 9 months approaches, no word at all from Avenue Dental. I called and let them know of my dissatisfaction. No response since. They can forget about me as a customer or Ever a good referral!. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau ? NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!!

My husband had an infected tooth and was in considerable pain. They got us in same day and took care of his tooth right away. They were very nice and understanding. We will be going here from now on for any of our dental needs.

I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone I know! The staff waited in the office after closing hours for my fiance and I to get there because his 2 front teeth were dangling from his mouth and he had just been denied help from his regular dentist. Not only did they help us when no one else would, they did an awesome job starting the process of getting him new implants, making him very comfortable and helped him work through extreme dental anxiety. The dental hygienists were the nicest and so caring and helpful. This will now be our regular dentist! Thank you Avenue Dental!

For someone who has a very deep fear of the dentist, I can tell you that every single experience that I have had at Avenue Dental has been met with outstanding care and compassion. You will always get a straight answer and a highly professional opinion without the “tough love” that you may have experienced at other clinics. They take the care to talk through each option with you and make sure that you know what’s happening with your oral health. I will never go to a different dentist.

Friendly staff. Modern facilities and Wait time is never more than a couple Of mins. Unscheduled visits are welcome. The staff always read phone msgs and email are monitored all day .

I've been going to them now for a year, my teeth are in better shape because of a well put together care plan prescribed by Dr. Naveep Dirk. The staff are all wonderful and very caring. The minute I start to feel any pain they stop to make me more comfortable, as I'm not a person to stay numb for long this is very comforting. When I've had to go through a difficult proceedure they call to make sure I'm ok afterwards. I'm very happy with my results and care.

I had a horrible, painful toothache on Friday. I called the office as soon as they opened and they were able to take me whenever I could get there. Dr. Jackson, Tabitha and rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. Dr. Jackson explained what was going on and the best course of treatment for me. They understood how much pain I was in and did their best to help me. Thank you!

I started going to Avenue Dental Clinic approximately two years ago. Dr. Virk was performing a root canal and broke a file off inside my gums. ( I understand that this happens on occasion or so I was told ) Anyway his body language a reaction told me something was wrong. The first thing out of his mouth was to ask his assistant if I had signed the waiver, obviously trying to cover his backside. Doing this gave me even more initial concern, laying there in the chair. From that point on, I always made sure that I had Dr. Jackson as the performing Dentist. He seemed really nice and efficient. He even recommended that I stick with the work needed on my existing teeth, rather than spend to the tune of 50,000 dollars on all new implants as Dr. Virk had so casually suggested should be done in thousands of dollars increments... Two associates in the same office giving completely different opinions... The final straw came today, as I went in to have a four-bridge crown reattached, that Dr Virk had put in less than two years ago. My share after insurance, was 3300 dollars and they said it was quarantined for 10 years providing routine cleanings were met. (which I did) they said everything looked great and then the accountant comes in and tells me that my payment portion after insurance was 169.00! Of course I objected and Dr. Jackson came in and gave me a speel on medical /dental practice and limitations... Apparently a crown Bridge falling out of your mouth doesn't fit into the 10 year quarantee!!?? Anyway, I told him to put my 169 dollar glue on the bridge so I could be on my way. After paying the fee, ttold the receptionist that I wouldn't be returning and she gave me the patronizing " have a good day" as I was leaving.. I will say one positive thing in closing .. The dental hygienists and assistants were always very competent and friendly and I have only good praise for them.

Avenue Dental care is amazing! Not only is their quality of work to the highest of standards, but the entire staff treated me like family. They listened to, and addressed all of my concerns. They also provided me with a treatment plan and cost estimate. Thank you Avenue Dental Care!
