My son just came in a got his braces on and he felt safe and comfortable for the whole appointment, which was very fast and painless. I would highly recommend this orthodontist for anybody needing work done. Respectful, friendly, and very professional!

This orthodontic office is amazing! Friendly staff, great customer service and very clean establishment. My reasoning behind 4 stars is I went in to get braces but they didn't inform me that they were also putting in bite turbos that prevent me from chewing which has made adjusting my diet difficult, especially if I'm going to having to wear braces for 1.5 years minimum with braces adjustments every 2 months. Other than that I would highly recommend since having the initial work done was a positive experience with no pain or complications.

They did a good job on my braces, were fast and affordable. However I would prefer to see more healthy things like low dosage X-ray, fluoride free options, and solar panels on roofing.

Scheduling was easy and fast (4 stars). But we noticed a lot of people in and out really fast can see pros and con's to this (2stars) Office is nice and luxurious with up to date equipment, etc. (4 stars). I'd rather have overall proper care and not feel rushed though then a cup of coffee or examined from fancy machines. I for sure felt pressured to immediately sign a contact for bracing when that is not at all what my entire issues are. Don't get me wrong staff were nice and if all you need is braces and mama wants eye candy then this might be a good place. But anything other than that go somewhere else. I think I seen the owner Bret ? or a doctor ? but to be honest I was shocked at his non professional apparel. With his skin tight kiddy like shirt i did not feel like I was talking with an actual professional but more of a grown kid on steroid's. He didn't even mention my bone loss in gums (in fact he said they look healthy. Mmmk) or need for oral surgery (he was confused on why i was even being referred to oral surgery... Low sinus cavity issues). Completely different than the other 5 dentists I've seen about my overall oral health. And everything was blamed on stress from covid. Mmmk. Oh and if your on state medicaid I was told they won't even take this insurance for kids. Maybe that's my issue I'm on state insurance so they assumed I'm dumb and poor. Not poor, not rich and not dumb either! I'll take my money somewhere else for better overall care. That's my experience! (Probably won't be shown don't know why I bothered)

Dr. Bret Johnson is an extraordinary orthodontist. He provides, fast, efficient and affordable orthodontic work to all of his patients. What he gives to this community deserves applause. He and his wife Erin, have seen all of my kids for the last two decades. When other orthodontists would charge astronomical amounts for their work, Dr. Bret offers it at an affordable and cost efficient price to all families. He is thorough in the work he does. If it is something he can not do himself, he is gracious enough to refer you to someone who can. I can not voice enough my respect and appreciation for all he and his family do for Spokane. When I went in for my consult Kim was so kind and welcoming and then when I went in to get my braces on I had Robyn and she was incredible! She was so efficient and gladly answered all the questions I had.

I had my braces put on yesterday. Chelsey was great! Made me feel super comfortable and explained everything as she put them on. The atmosphere is super fun and upbeat.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, all the way from the first phone call to the equipment in my daughter’s mouth. The price was reasonable, the facility was clean and comfortable, the wait times were understandable. In house financing makes it easy to get started. Would absolutely recommend.

I am so grateful to have found this office! They were even able to get me out of my braces earlier than planned. I never used to enjoy smiling, I was so self conscious of my teeth. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing staff, & caring Dr Brett makes for a zero-anxiety experience for our kids. We are on their monitoring program—which means we are seen for FREE until we need braces. The predictability of this program is incredible, allowing us to plan & save. Furthermore, this office was in the top 2 recommendations from a number of reputable healthcare professionals. Dr Brett makes every attempt to make orthodontia a “one and done” for the kids.

Every time I go for my visits I’m in on time and out quickly. I never leave with questions or worried, they make you feel comfortable and make sure you know exactly what they are doing!
