Jenine is the best dental hygienist ever!!! She did a fantastic job explaining the xrays and everything she was going to do ahead of time. She was very professional, but also funny and personable, and she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth!!! Thank you, Jenine!!!

5th avenue dental got me in at a moment’s notice for a crown that fell off on NYEve. They were are to put the crown back on and took care of the whole thing quickly. Great service! Very professional.

Wow where do I even begin. First, every one of the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting were so kind and compassionate! I have pretty heavy dental anxiety and they worked with me to help me stay comfortable, and they also are very encouraging. This was my fifth visit to 5th Avenue Dental, and I'm absolutely sold for life! Thanks for such a wonderful experience, and I look forward to more to come! ❤️? I love 5th Ave. Dental! Where everyone is as nice as they are professional, are on the cutting edge of dental technology, get to their appointments in a timely manner, and always make room for dental emergencies. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr and his staff are amazing!!!!!!!!

Dr Plaster and his competent team of assistants managed to make six crowns at once a not unpleasant experience. Honest. I got lumbar support, a soft blanket and a silly Christmas movie to distract me. They read my beginnings of discomfort and sat me up a bit or gave me a break. Most impressive are the modern gadgets they use to image the old teeth in order to prepare the crowns. I am vain about my smile. It is now beautiful. Thanks, Corey!

I was told by another dentist that I needed to replace my implant. Dr Plaster looked more closely and stated the screw just needed to be tightened! This saved much money, time and pain!!! I made an appt to have my teeth cleaned it had been awhile and I was embarrassed. I saw Jeanine who was amazing and explained what everything meant during the cleaning. It was determined that my bottom teeth needed to come out and that because of my bone loss I would need 2 implants for a snap in denture to be secure had the surgery my teeth look great, the gals in the billing and insurance handling are wonderful to work with and had it all ironed out with my ins. and aflac dental. I can't say enough about DR. Plaster and his team

Me and my 2 sons are new patients with this clinic and I have been very happy with the service. I work downtown and it has proven to be very convenient. Providers and staff are really wonderful. Scheduling is simple and there is great communication with staff regarding appointments and treatment plans. I would absolutely recommend this dental office to anyone!

I wrote this month’s ago but forgot to send. It’s all true except it occurred months ago. This has become my dentist for cleanings and any other dental needs I may have. Called this morning at 9 with complaint of a tooth and jaw ache. I was pleased to be able be seen at 11. Sad to say the diagnosis was t thrilling but I did get a diagnosis. The doctors are great. Honest and straightforward and the staff is excellent. Friendly and professional. What more can one ask for? I gladly give Downtown Dental 5 stars.

Dr. Plaster is not only an excellent dentist, he is a kind and compassionate person as well. He has State of the Art equipment, including flat screen TV's on the ceiling, with headsets! So nice if you're having a longer procedure.?

I’ve had a lot of dental work And loved the dentist who I saw for years. He retired and sold, I never connected with the new owner/dentist. Thought I should change for several years, ended up needing some very extensive work. I just had my second visit With Dr. Plaster and his staff, and I wish I would’ve changed a long time ago. The people are upbeat, caring, professional, supportive and very gentle. Dr. Plaster has already done some things that have made major improvements for me. Thank you, I look forward to a long future together!

A great experience from start to finish. Incredibly friendly staff, thorough but gentle cleaning (thanks, Claire!), and I received great advice for dealing with minor problems that wasn’t just “floss more.” I was referred here by a friend and I would highly recommend visiting if you’re having a hard time finding a Spokane dentist in the vast sea of them. I was able to take my time and ask questions. The office was pleasant, clean, quiet, and comfortable. High tech compared to the handful of other practices I’ve been to. I will gladly come back for my regular cleanings, on time! P.S. Park in the lot that’s North of the building.
