I came here initially because I was tired of all the other quacks in Spokane that put profits ahead of people. My teeth are significantly better shape than they were when I first arrived. This is a place that shares a utilitarian value to it, which I am looking for in my world wide endeavors. Customer service is on-point here. Was made to feel welcome on first impression. Would recommend this place to everybody. I have one person who is dear to me that I recommended this place to. The people here are funny and make their clients feel welcome. This is a good place for all walks of life. There is nothing shameful about wearing braces. Just remember that you are developing a much better smile as the end result. Definitely the right kinds of people who give a quality product. They deserve an oscar and a trillion stars for their performance. They make their people feel welcome. Good hospitality.

I have been a patient of Shannon Magnuson for 2 years now. I just got my braces off and have a better smile than I ever could have imagined! I would highly recommend Magnuson orthodontics Everyone in the office is extremely nice and they remember your name. Dr. Magnuson is very thorough and explains everything step by step in a way that makes sense. Even when I thought my teeth were "good enough", Dr. Magnuson kept pushing for perfection! Sheila, who runs the financial side of the office is also very nice and works with you and your budget.
