Great friendly service from the time you step into the office until the time you leave. Treatment was very good and at no time did I feel that I was being hurried through.

It was actually many years ago. But, I was at work one day on a Saturday morning dealing with horrific dental pain and didn’t have a dentist to call at the time. Where I was working happened to be under construction. One of the men working was talking to me and mentioned his girlfriend was a dentist and called her. She was kind and caring with out knowing me or my story she opened her office just for me on that Saturday morning. I had an abscessed infected tooth and a broken tooth she then pulled out right there. I’ve have never experienced such kindness in the medical, dental field ever. That instance had left a positive impression on me. Thank you for everything you did for me that day! ❤️

Very friendly and polite staff. Been going to this place for years after countless bad experiences elsewhere. Dr. Cloninger is skillful and kind. The hygienists and assistants are all friendly and thorough, with many helpful tips. I never feel reprimanded or talked down to, everyone is respectful of my needs/ preferences. The secretaries are delightful and funny. It's a marvel that I don't hang out there on weekends, lol. Update: YEARS later now and I feel this way more than ever! I feel like I've been looking for this dentist office my whole life. They are the absolute cream of the crop. I praise God for blessing me with Brooke and her incredible staff! They are SO skilled, SO gracious and kind, years of childhood dental trauma is handled by them with adroit precision and genuine care for me. Cathy, the dental assistant, has over twenty years of experience and she has evolved her career from a science to an art. I'm not joking, she and Dr. Cloninger are modern female Michaelangelos. As an artist myself, I marvel at their cosmetic dentistry abilities. Dana, the office manager, knows EVERYTHING. She is a total badass and I think I would follow her lead if we storming the gates of hell with water pistols. Brooke is a GENIUS, you cannot ask for better anywhere. I have been going to this dentist office for 13 years now and my love for them has only grown in that time. If you can get in as a patient for this all-star team, consider yourself blessed!

I visited Dr. Cloninger’s office this morning for the first time. I was very impressed with the staff and the location. My appointment was just for a routine cleaning. The hygienist did a superb job and was very thorough and gentle in the process. Everyone is very friendly and professional in this office. Looking forward to my next visit. Glad I made the switch!

I had a large filling (2 teeth) that had to be done. The dentist did a great job in preserving my teeth without crowns, which I appreciated. He told me to come back if things needed to be adjusted, as sometimes this happens. As time went on, I noticed I still wasn't confident in chewing on that side due to an occasional zing I would get. Long story short, because of my busy schedule and then COVID closing things down for a while, I didn't get in to get the adjustment made until 6-7 months post dental work. When I came in, the tooth or teeth were adjusted (took about 5 minutes) and it seemed fine in the office. When I stopped at the desk on the way out, I was shocked to get told I was being charged for the adjustment. I was told that the adjustment was done for free, but the charge was for the dentist to determine where the adjustment needed to be made. My insurance was billed (and they have since denied payment). When I got home and ate, things still weren't right. To eat anything that required anything but a straight down bite (which we rarely chew like that), or anything firm continued to cause me the zing. Since my insurance was billed and denied I did not feel like going back for another adjustment and payment. I have decided to switch dentists and went in for a cleaning. The dentist adjusted the teeth free of charge, said the build up of the teeth I had filled just needed to be adjusted as it was causing my teeth to sit slightly off and when I chewed the pressure I was getting was because they weren't sitting quite right and that many times minor adjustments need to be made to get it right. He told me to come back again if needed (free of charge). I won't be returning to Dr. Cloninger's office, as to get the teeth fixed in the first place was several hundred dollars (I think almost $700) and a minor adjustment should have been allowed. It may have been because I waited so long (I own a business and have a hard time getting away from my scheduled patients), but the time factor was never mentioned. I do agree with what everyone else says about the beautiful office and friendly staff but don't feel the $80 charge was necessary.

Everything you want in a new dentist. Quick as possible appointments, I had a dental emergency and they got me in quick. Follow up appointment was in less than a week and my bridge was done in a week. Great staff and Dr. Mark and his assistant Karen get in..gets it done..and you're on your way.

I have been seeing Dr Cloninger for many years. Yesterday I had a procedure done to replace a 3 tooth bridge that required some fillings and buildup on two of the teeth. Obviously, this was a long appointment and Dr Cloninger and her assistant Karen assured me that I would experience some pain after the anesthetic wore off and asked if I wanted any ibuprofen or Aleve. I declined both. This was completed about noon yesterday and I am still waiting for any pain to start! That in a nutshell is how I feel about the services I receive at Dr Cloninger's office. Always very professional and concerned about the patient's well-being.

They were wonderful! They were personable and professional; they kept things positive, had everything ready to go, and did a great job of communicating what they were doing and why. I highly recommend this office (especially if it has been a little too long since your last visit to a dentist)!
