Dr. Orth is the best dentist I've been to. I feel like every dentist I've ever been to prior tortured me. With Dr. Orth and assistants I felt nothing and dang near fell asleep! Definitely recommend.

When I was on state insurance there was a time where it took FOUR visits to have a single tooth addressed. I admit this is better than no dentist if you have state insurance, but I’d still try to find something else given my experience here. If you have private insurance don’t go here. They get paid less to take state insurance and they treat you like it. A tooth they worked on a couple months ago still hurts after the “buildup” - the dentist was rough and rude. He jerked my head sideways by my tooth to make sure he didn’t have to rip it out after I explicitly said I want to keep it, and yes if there’s anything left, even if it’s dead, they can save the tooth. It may or may not cost money depending on the circumstance, but they don’t even mention it. Little secret - when they recommend to rip it out, they’re being lazy and/or assuming you’re too poor to deal with it properly. STATE insurance won’t cover some things private insurance does. If it’s not absolutely killing you, wait and work towards getting private insurance so you’re treated with care or enjoy not having teeth… It can be a little expensive, but you only get the one set of adult teeth and most everywhere will offer a reasonable payment plan. I would only go here if you’re absolutely desperate. Front desk help is kind, but the care and the scheduling is terrible.

I had a new crown put in on one of my teeth and Dr. Orth did a fantastic job! It was quick and easy and it looks so similar to my other teeth! Highly recommend!!

I was 5 when this occurred so there was nothing I could do about this at the time. But I was going in to either get cavities filled or a tooth pulled, I don’t remember which. But instead, the incompetent doctors didn’t ensure they had the right chart. And they ripped out 2 of my baby molars that were perfectly fine, and then the tooth they were supposed to remove. This would have been fine, but they didn’t numb me for this procedure at all. My mom came in the room eventually after her dental procedure to see dental assistants holding me down. They called me dramatic for screaming and crying, but they were ripping teeth out of my head with no numbing solution at all. They were essentially torturing a 5 year old. My mom to this day regrets not suing. Do not bring your family here, we didn’t even get an apology and they threw away my teeth afterwards. This occurred in 2005.

The best staff and dentists I have ever gone to.

Went for a root canal. Took three visits. And they have broken my tooth next to the tooth that has the root cancel. Place is a absolutely a joke. They can't even fix their own mistakes and then refer you to another dentist who doesn't even do the thing they refer you to. Then they don't even know how to write prescriptions correctly and when you ask them to fix it oh that dentist isn't in today. They have no care or compassion period. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Called in a.m. for an appointment at 4 p.m. got there at 4:05 and irate customer in line before was arguing with staff and put me over 10 minute window and they refused to see me, how is that right???

I went here and had the best dentist i have had in my 60 plus yrs. She was super great with me, i now know i have a great dentist to go to

Absolutely love this dental clinic. I have dental anxiety due to a couple bad happenings in the past with other clinics, so they made me feel super comfortable and safe, and they were so patient with me the whole time. I give 5 stars hands down the best dentist I have ever had.

If your going in for a tooth extraction they will tell you here's some referrals for you we cant do anything for you as of right now its dumb I'm sitting in the emergency room because they couldn't just pull a tooth before it got worse well now here I am with a abscess and a rotten rooted tooth thanks chas

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would. Everyone is so sweet and actually cares about the people that come in. I got help instantly and they were quick to help. And I have to say that Melissa.P. Is absolutely amazing and so sweet and just all around a great person who cares about her job and it definitely shows in the work she does. I will be going here as long as I can.

Fast, formal, and quality service at a reasonable price? Sign me up.

This is the best dental office I have been to this century. Kind polite and pleasant. Excellent on scheduling and follow up. Cindy did the best cleaning ever. No shots, no pain...it was an amazing experience.

Wow! I have been blessed by seeing Dr. Orth at the clinic on Dalke Avenue. She is so gentle, kind, compassionate and I really feel that she genuinely cares. Very, very, thorough. Also, a big shout out to ALL the Staff and Hygienists. Again, caring, gentle -- jobs well don!!. Thank you everyone. See you tomorrow!

Dr. Sok and all the staff were so incredibly kind and thoughtful. I had avoided getting a broken back molar checked because I don't have dental insurance. I was treated with dignity and the cost was half what I expected. I highly recommend this particular dental clinic on Dalke. A+ (edited to spell dentist's name correctly)

HANDS DOWN the best experience ever! My sister, who has Dementia, has been treated at CHAS dental for 5 years. This past week, I coordinated a dental cleaning for her, as I come from Seattle to take her to the dentist, they arranged a tele-health appointment with the dentist to fulfill her annual exam. Jessica Synder went ABOVE and BEYOND coordination to arrange for this making too many phone calls to count in order for the appointment to happen. Additionally dental hygienist Cindy and Dr. Orth provided superb care - cleaning and correcting a chipped tooth that I didn't even know about when I made the appointment. A routine cleaning then advanced to treatment/procedure which they accommodated due to the circumstances. Madison, as always, provided a smiling face and great customer service while we there too. The receptionist (didn't get her name) was incredible as well - truly remarkable in the individualized care ALL members of the staff provided to my sister. WELL DONE CHAS... you are EXCEPTIONAL.

I called for an adjustment on my partial. My gum was so sore I couldnt use my bottom partial. The lady ask if I wanted to establish care and I said sure but I am hurting and this adjustment is a priority. She said I could do them both all at once. So I jumped on that. I get in there and establish care only to find out they dont adjust partials! That was on Friday and such a waste of my time. Now I have to wait till next week and my mouth is still enflamed. Thanks a lot for decieving me while I was suffering and in pain.

The front desk staff are the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in a med office. They seem to be mostly concerned with badmouthing the other staff members not in the room. It was exceptionally uncomfortable and they should be ashamed.

Thank you so much to Dr. Lines and all the staff at Chas Family Dental! Was in extreme pain due to a chipped molar that was originally referred out to an oral surgeon. Scheduling got me into an appointment same day. The assistant (so sorry, forgot your name) got me comfortable, both were very friendly as they explained what they were doing during the extraction. It all went great and the tooth was removed clean. I appreciate everything more then I can ever explain! Thank you! ?

Great staff.. They got me in within a couple hours after i called. I was in so much pain and after my appointment i had no pain. I would recommend this place without a doubt.
