Dr. Ruggiero and his assistant Paula have done an outstanding job on my smile. He is an excellent Prostedontist and a very nice and considerate person. His staff are so friendly and helpful. The office is a comfortable setting with music and a relaxing atmosphere. I could not be happier with my new smile. If you have ever had a bad experience with a dentist, then you should visit Dr. Ruggiero to help you out. He is a wonderful prosthodontist. 1. His demeanor is warm, friendly, and reassuring. After I had a failed attempt to have a lower denture fitted for 1.5 years at another dentist, I had a lot of anxiety about treatment. He was willing to talk me through the process. During the consultation, he sat down with literature and told me exactly what my options were. He made me feel like I was an important part of my own health care decisions. 2. His staff is welcoming and accommodating. One of the reasons why I have had bad experiences with dentists is because I am a person with a disability. It is difficult for me to remain in the the dentist's chair for both x-rays and treatment without being in pain. Dr. Ruggiero accommodated my needs by making sure the equipment met my needs instead of making me conform to the equipment. He is also willing to fit you into his calendar for emergencies or fixes. 3. As for the actual treatment, he fitted me with an upper denture that both fit well and also looks very close to my previous teeth. He is both confident in his abilities as well as a true professional. 4. His office is spotless and centrally located. I think this is always a good sign of a great health care provider. He is a genuinely nice person. You don't find many of them. He never belittled me for the condition of my teeth like other dentists. Instead, he always was positive in trying to find the right treatment plan for me.

Dr. Ruggiero is incredibly passionate about his work and you can relax and know you're in excellent hands as he thoughtfully explains things and offers the science to support. He is very calming and great at relieving anxiety. The staff is outstanding and the office is state of the art. I recommend to everyone!

I have known Dr. Nick since he was a “regular” ? dentist (before he opened his specialty clinic) and he was and is, the best there is. Now, he is treating my son. Dr. Nick is a consummate professional, who is very talented and extremely reasonable. So blessed to know him. Thank you Dr. Nick.

Kind, caring, compassionate, very professional, awesome office. Dr. Ruggiero is the best choice for anyone needing extractions and implants placed. If a total smile make over.is what you need....he can do it too. Go see him. Look at his before and after photos. See for yourself! I had an implant placed today. Injections were totally pain free. Procedure went smoothly. I even felt good enough after my dental surgery was complete, that I drove out to Sam's Club for a little shopping. Then I was able to take a 5 mile walk on the Three Rivers Greenway with my husband this evening. Great experience. Thank you Dr. Ruggiero

Dr. Ruggiero is by far the best dentist in Columbia. Only after extensive research did I realize that a prosthodontist is the only true esthetic/cosmetic dentist. Clubs like the AACD are only a club for general dentists, and does not mean they have any more experience whatsoever. Prosthodontists are the real deal and my experience in Dr. Ruggiero’s office was exactly what I was looking for. He is highly educated, highly motivated, explains procedures thoroughly, and the staff is amazing. Most importantly, he allowed me to make the right decisions about my treatment based on what he taught me in his office. He never pushed me into anything and every step of the process was explained no matter how complex.

Love going here because they treat you like family .The dentist is wonderful and so is the staff .Check this place out if you need a dentist.

First off, let me begin by saying I rarely write reviews -- but after my experience with Dr. Ruggerio, I felt I had to as he has changed my outlook on dentists all together and literally changed my smile! Dr. R is the BEST dentist in Columbia. -- not just for people who are VERY frustrated with getting poor dental work done like myself, but also because he is a grade A+ professional at his craft. I went into his office and was greeted by the very friendly staff and felt comfortable through the entire process. He knew I had been struggling with improper providers in the past, and had his work cut out for him, so he talked me through the whole thing and made me laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood.. I originally planned to just get my partial restored and just ignore all the other dental work that needed to be done, but because I had such an excellent experience with him I am a lifelong patient! I get so many compliments on my smile now and my confidence is through the roof, Thanks Dr. R! Cant wait for my next appointment!

I came to Dr. Ruggiero Last December after gum loss from surgery. He has just finished my front 6 top tooth replacement. The teeth look great. Samantha in his lab did an exceptional job with the contours of my teeth. Dr. R really listens to his patients and is a perfectionist and exceptionally skilled dentist.

I TOTALLY RECOMMEND .... LOVE THE STAFF..SWEETEST DOC... GREAT SERVICE...YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED...

I️ haven’t been able to eat on the left side of my mouth for the past 19 years. Thanks to Dr. Ruggiero I️ finally can. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s efficient, understanding and obviously cares and has a deep passion for his profession. My 9 and 5 year old go to him as well and they love going to the dentist. They always ask when they get to go back to see him.

Came in for a cleaning today and was taken care of by the hygienist, Katie. She did a superb job of cleaning and educating me on the health and maintenance of my teeth!! Katie was gentle but thorough in her cleaning, and I was comfortable throughout my visit! After the cleaning I purchased the Oral B Genius powered toothbrush (reasonably priced!!), after receiving a demonstration and even testing it before buying!!

My most recent visit to the dentist was with Dr. Nick of Crescent Prosthodontics and I must say I was highly impressed. He and the rest of the staff were very professional. I had no problem making an appointment and was in and out of the office with little to no wait time. If you're looking for assistance maintaining or improving your oral health, this is the place for you.

When Dr Nick started his residency, I took over his position at the office he was previously working at. The staff and my boss always spoke highly of him. During the 3 years I was at that office, I saw a lot of Dr Nick’s patients and his work was always of the highest quality. I wouldn’t hesistate to have him work on me or my family.

Dr. Nick is an awesome dentist! ??He has done restorations on me in the past, one was a cavity and I also had a tooth that was broken for years that I was very self conscious about, the procedures were easy and he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during it all. Dr. Nick is an amazing dentist! A few years ago he extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth with no pain or any complications. He explained all of my post op instructions in great detail & provided paperwork that detailed the same information. He strives to provide the best care for his patients both financially & dentally. As a new patient I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. Not only are the prices affordable, but the doctor was willing to work with me to ensure all of my dental needs are taken care of.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ruggiero, I must say that during and after the extraction I felt no pain. Dr. Ruggiero and his staff have come together to make an environment that you can feel comfortable in, even at the dentist, that is an impressive feat!
