Dr. J is the best! Not sure what else to say, but he is simply the best in town. I have no idea how they keep up with all of the crazy, imaginative, entertaining decorations, but I am impressed! They put braces on all 3 of our kids (several years apart) and we had a WONDERFUL experience every time (and our kids teeth look GREAT!).

My son Grayson came for a consult today and we felt welcomed from moment we walked in until we left. Dr Jernigan was awesome and very clear through our consult. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We look forward to our next visit! (The office looks very nice too and I love the theme throughout)

Dr. Jernigan is phenomenal. I can't say enough to express how great the service and care has been. The staff is genuine and knowledgeable, they exceed expectations on every front. Dr. Jernigan has created a wonderful environment, professional service, and a fantastic experience throughout my entire orthodontic journey. If you or anyone you know needs orthodontics he is 1000% the best option.

We felt so welcomed at this office. A value of their patient and parent relationships are evident. They utilize technology in the office able to present your personal case to you, in such a way, that you feel you have visited the physiological need of your child with understanding.

From the first phone call to the start of treatment, our entire experience has been amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone called us by name and treated us like old friends. The communication during the first visit (getting braces) was incredible - I received text messages and even videos updating me about my son's progress. There's not a single thing I could suggest for improvement.

Dr. Jernigan is more than Amazing. He gives every patient his attention. His staff is phenomenal, and the environment that you walk into is so much more than I can explain. For instance, if you went today you have arrived in Paris the minute you walked through the double doors. I can say three of my AWESOME children have been able to experience all of this at Dr. Jernigan's office. Two in braces, and my oldest is a part of his staff. Go check him out you will NOT!! be disappointed!

Dr. Jernigan and staff are amazing! My daughter had her first visit recently and the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. They let you know what treatment is taking place that day and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Jernigan is honest and up front about expectations of treatment. We felt trust right away with him. He is great. The ladies in the office are so nice! Everyone is awesome! I can’t say enough. This office is an answered prayer. Dr. Jernigan is an amazing orthodontist! He has treated both of my children and is now treating me! He remembers you personally and even remembers specifics about my kids from 13 years ago! His staff is so friendly, kind and gentle. His office, well, you just need to see it! They go ALL OUT when it comes to decorating for the holidays!!! We have referred many many people to him over the last 13 years!

Today my daughter got her top braces on. I loved that I got a text update and a photo of her getting her braces on while she was there. The staff are all super friendly and Dr. Jernigan took time to talk to us before we left and made sure we didn't have any questions. We are impressed so far.

Dr. Jernigan's office has a fabulous atmosphere! The offices are clean, eco friendly, and filled with great books, magazines, and even a video game room! Dr. Jernigan informs parents and patients with step by step explanations of treatment plan options. He teaches as he explains the process. His office also offers flexible payment options. 4 members of my family are patients of Dr. Jernigan.

I personally love Dr. Jernigan and his team of amazing orthodontists. The work place is clean and is always decorated to fit a holiday or them for the month. they have challenges that you can participate in and win rewards and you can get things just for showing up to your appointments. Dr. Jernigan orthodontists is a great place to get braces and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a orthodontist.

Reached out to this office after having a bad experience with the first office referred too. (Very popular Dr.). This office was a breath of fresh air. We were treated as if my teenager was the only patient there. Staff was amazing and Dr. Took so much time with us explaining what needed to be done. Most importantly, discussing $ was not the first thing brought up, unlike the first practice. I can’t write a review without mentioning the decor. The Halloween decor was incredible. I’m told they go all out for the holidays. Can’t wait to see the theme for Christmas. Highly recommend this group.

Wow! This office is absolutely amazing. Truly. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they genuinely love to be there. The office is so chill and inviting. Dr. Jernigan makes you feel so comfortable and explains things in such detail that you feel very informed when you leave your consultation. He doesn't throw a bunch of medical jargon at you. My first appointment I got the pleasure of working with Courtney. She is so sweet and I hope to see her again during future visits.

Hands down the most absolute best Orthodontist in this State! If I could review him in other states, he would still get 5 stars!! He truly loves and cares about his patients and his employees, you can see him light up as soon as he see's them! His office is always AMAZING and he is never in a rush to get you out! He takes his time with each patient and really gets to know them. So far, 1/3 kids have gotten braces, but I can assure you we will be going back if the other 2 need them!! We love Dr. Jernigan and his entire team!!

Wonderful place! You can truly see how much Dr Jernigan cares for each of his patients. His staff are friendly, I’m sure it’s a great place to work and a great person to work for. Both my boys have been seen by him and my daughter will be next. I have complete confidence to send my boys in during this pandemic and know they are well taken care of while I wait in the car….I can be alittle overprotective.

I switched to Dr. Jernigan from my old orthodontic care. It's been great and his staff are very friendly. I love the different themes each time I visit. Even though my mouth is sometimes sore, it's never really that bad.

My son, Cristian, loves Dr. Jernigan and his staff. Everyone is so polite and warm. Always willing to go above and beyond your needs. I love that once they are done with the patient they walk out with them and update you on their progress. The themes for the office is absolutely amazing, not to mention it is always so clean inside. Everyone here is very friendly and put in a lot of effort into their work. The building always has a different theme to it which makes it exciting to see what it will look like next time you visit. I have already recommended a friend to come here and I will definitely be recommending many more.
