My daughter had her first visit today. The staff was very nice, warm and welcoming. The office was very clean and nicely decorated. My daughter had a routine check up and cleaning done. I think we made a good choice in choosing Angel Dental as our new dentist.?

I was referred here from Facebook and couldn’t be happier. It was my first time at Angel Dental and I was very nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist since before Covid. I gave them a call and was able to get an appointment the next day. From the front desk associate to the hygienist to the doctor, everyone was so personable and sweet. Their pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I will continue coming here for all my future needs.

I had a great experience. The Dental Hygienist was very patient with me. I have poor gag reflexes, so getting the mouth examine was difficult. She allowed me to take breaks. She did an excellent cleaning. It did not hurt, nor did she make me feel uncomfortable. She complimented on how great things looked with the x ray pictures. I enjoyed my experience and have found a new Dentist!!

I was apprehensive about coming in, but my hygienist Brenda was phenomenal from beginning to the end. She took extra careful care of my teeth/gums during cleaning. The office is very clean and all of the staff are super friendly. I can’t wait until my next appointment.

Everything about this practice is professional and personal to the patient. My husband child have been going here for over 2 years and today was my first time as a patient myself. The care and patience of the staff is top notch. Amazing communication and level of comfort during the visit.

We just recently moved to Irmo SC from Florida. Checking around for dentist in the area we saw Angel Dental and made appointments for check ups and cleanings. So glad we did, the staff were very professional and friendly. The dentist did a great job in communicating with me after he reviewed the X-rays. I was afraid of even the thought of getting a root canal. I stayed up all night worried and concern. The next day I arrived at the dentist and was pleasantly surprised. Normally when I go to the dentist I dread the numbing part but let me tell you. I hardly felt it. I was so surprised and relieved. I was told everything before during and after the process. My dentist is called Dr feel no pain. He lives up to that name faithfully.the office was clean, the energy was amazing and I felt safe. I never had a root canal but I've heard horror stories about them.after going to this dentist that's exactly what they are just stories. I woke up this morning and couldn't even tell I went to the dentist the day before. Did I mention I had a root canal done!!!!. I recommend this dentistry to everyone I know near and far. No big needles no pain no worries. I'm excited about going back. This is the best dentistry I've ever been too. I can now sleep before procedures are done because I know I won't be in pain and I won't be left in the dark about treatments. They truly are angels at this place. Just a little place that I would call heaven on earth. Thank you so much for taking good care of me.

You are greeted with a warm welcome when you first come in, and the hygienist build a relationship with you making you feel so comfortable. All around just great experience. Had my first visit today after needing to find a new dentist. Easy appointment making process, you can do so online which I LOVE. I was greeted by Latoya after speaking with her on the phone, she is super sweet and patient about me not knowing how to read an insurance card haha. Raymond took my first set of X-rays, and then Brenda was my hygienist. They were both so funny (which helped ease my nervousness, I’m not the biggest fan of dental appointments), and very nice. Brenda took the time to ask about any concerns, and answered any questions I had. The doctor was great and went through everything that I wanted/needed done! Overall, they are amazing! Can’t wait to get my treatment plan going!

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental office. Felicia, the hygienist, was thorough, gentle and had excellent personality and bed side manner. Also, Dr. Finucane took his time explaining things with me about my teeth and I did not once feel like "just another client". Everyone there was personable and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed when you come here!

Angel Dental is clean, comfortable, and the staff are all very polite. Cleaning and x-rays were inexpensive and they were very good with asking if you would like a 6 month appointment in the future, which very few dental offices have been doing lately. I will certainly return in six months!

This was the best dental appointment I’ve probably ever had. Best cleaning as well! A couple of my a family members told me this was the best place and they were right! I was comfortable and happy throughout my appointment. Great and fun staff!

Pay attention to every detail when it comes to this office … When the office first opened, everyone was nice, professional and very efficient. As time went on I noticed Latoya (very sweet and overworked young lady) who sits at the front desk was pretty much running the office. I referred a very close family friend to them being that he was having issues with his teeth since he was a kid. Him and the dentist decided dentures would be best for him . His insurance covered nothing, so he paid for impressions and the dentures. Within a couple of weeks he had his dentures. He was very happy. However, that feeling went away when he noticed he was not fitted correctly for them and they had to be sent back to get redone. This took months. Months of eating soft food which can start to make anyone sick. With every phone call and every message we left, no response. Over two months of dodging our phone calls we received a response that his dentures will be in within the next week . Another 2 1/2 weeks pass and he receives the dentures. Needless to say he had to get them adjusted at least two more times and they still do not fit correctly. Unprofessionalism at its best … Our second situation was my elderly brother-in-law who is blind/disabled was having work done in 2020, due to some bone loss. The office failed to let him know he had a co-pay with every visit and hit him with a $600 bill. Why didn’t they inform him this information to make it easier to adjust his budget is beyond me. When I called to ask for an explanation the girl (not Latoya) on the phone push the blame off onto the owner of the office being the reason why a bill was sent out . Oh and by the way she mentioned the owner is never there so you can never talk to him… how convenient… This dental office has become more of how quick they can fill their pocket and less about the patient over the last couple of years . So again I say be very careful what work they do and make sure you read all the fine print before allowing them to do any work on you. To make it even more interesting, after speaking with Latoya and making a payment plan my brother-in-laws bill is now in collections.

I really enjoyed my first visit. Brenda the dental hygienist was very polite and efficient. Dr. John was pleasant and discussed all aspects of my dental health while making nice conversation! I would recommend to the community

Staff was very friendly and were able to work around a new patient on short notice, even around the holidays. Location was very nice and well kept and they took concerns and worries exceptionally well. I had Brenda helping me and she made sure to work around discomforts to make sure I was well taken care of. Overall a very nice experience.

Excellent service! From the beginning with office mgr Latoya returning my calls and answering all questions. Felicia was so patient and gentle with my anxious special needs nephew during X-rays and fillings. Dr Finucane was also patient and gentle and very thorough in the exam and explanation of his findings. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this office.

I went in this morning a nervous wreck, and left with the biggest smile on my face! I will need to get a few extractions but I am alot more calm and confident about having the work done. At Angel Dental, they really do care about how they make you feel, from the front desk to the back of the house, I felt as if my needs were very well taken care of and will be the same way when I go back in a couple weeks! This is NOW my dentist! I love that Dr Anderson has small fingers especially in my small mouth! The assistants Raymond and Felicia were awesome and so friendly to everyone. Latoya was so greeting and so nice when I explained that I was nervous. I appreciate that the office is sanitized on scheduled time and after each person visiting. I also appreciate everyone wears mask because I have cancer, I felt very safe in there. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you all!

Went in for a procedure, came out with another procedure i was told nothing about, and a bill that was 50% higher than what i was quoted. When i politely questioned the bill i was told to never come back by the doctor filling in for the regular doctor. SMH...what a jerk and a great way to treat patients! LOL, my first time in 50 years being banned from a dental office!

Great customer experience! The office staff was friendly and inviting. They were informative and explained everything. They did not give me a hard time about emailing X-rays from my previous dentist to save money. The hygienist was friendly and gentle. My teeth look great. The dentist was able to suggest ways to fix areas of decay with white fillings. I’m actually excited for my next visit.

Great experience from start to finish. Latoya at the front desk was able to get me in same day for a cleaning, X-Rays and an immediate concern I had. All of the staff was friendly. Hygienist was thorough and precise. Dr. Finucane discussed my concerns and gave me hope for a white smile, something no past dentist has been able to do without unrealistic financial burden, due to an early childhood medication issue causing severe discoloration. I am actually excited to start the process in a few weeks and look forward to a long relationship with this staff. Scheduling my husband a routine appointment tomorrow he was so impressed!
