Great practice. Dr. Boyd is always so nice and takes the time to know who his patience are! The staff is also amazing!

Dr. Boyd did an amazing job on my braces! He explained to me every appointment exactly what was going on and what we were working on fixing next. The front desk was also so helpful and friendly when scheduling or rescheduling my appointment times. As well as the nurses assisting Dr. body with my new wires. Very gentle, and fun to talk with! Both locations are clean and organized and you can choose what location for your appointments as well!

His employees rate high to hide the low stars. Sad. Still stand behind my review. He is too nosy with the customers Covid status.

They always take great care of me, the staff here is incredible. 10/10 recommend!

Took my son here for overcrowding and over bite consultation. Ashley and Dr. Boyd was awesome with detailed description of what is going on inside his mouth. And made it easy to understand what needs to be done. They are so down to earth, making the appointment easy going. I visited Doc Richard Boyd yesterday due to an underbite issue that I was facing for the past few months because of a misaligned tooth. After complete analysis Doc Richard advised me to go for a night guard which will solve my problem rather than spending thousands on Braces or a jaw correction. I can’t express how thankful I am to Doc Boyd for his guidance. He is a Savior and a very honest Orthodontist. Similarly, he has an excellent Team. Each assistant in his team are so happy to help. Amazing Dr and staff. Dr Boyd is THE best at what he does and so is his staff. I am beyond pleased with my results so far. Also his offices are well maintained and comfortable. As for the measures he has taken in this age of COVID19, it is beyond exceptional. Their PPE is on point and social distancing measures are taken seriously. It definitely meets this nurse’s approval. ❤️❤️

I’ve had two amazing visits with Doctor Boyd and his team so far to start my Invisalign treatment - and every interaction, from phone, to text, to the dental monitoring app, have been beyond superb. Ashley, Maisha, Liz, Brooke, and everyone else have been beyond helpful on all fronts, whether it comes to working me in on a short time table, helping explain financing, and anything else that’s come up. Dr. Boyd himself helped take care of making sure my Invisalign was prepared on the schedule I needed and has provided technology to help with not only the accuracy of the treatment but also the speed in which it’s completed. Dr. Boyd is clearly a leader in the field of Orthodonture, and I’m looking forward to working with him through the rest of my plan! Couldn’t be happier to be a patient.

Writing another stellar review because Dr. Boyd and team deserve all the recognition! By far, the most tentative, helpful, and caring group of workers. I misplaced my retainer and I was able to go in the very next day to get fitted for a new one at fabulous rate. The staff is always looking out for their patients and making sure they are taken care of. I cannot express how wonderful Dr. Boyd and his team are! Dr. Boyd and his team were amazing. They were very prompt and efficient with my care. The wonderful orthodontic service was painless. I could tell Dr. Boyd is an extremely careful and attentive doctor. I will take my children to him when they require orthodontic treatment and I really wouldn’t consider anyone else.

Dr. Boyd reports that he is world renowned for his work in orthodontics. Well Let me tell you he's more renowned for greed. Last week I called to get an appointment. Told them we moved, our orthodontist in Chicago provided us the reference as the brackets, equipment, and methodology is the same that my daughter has. I was told I was going to get a call, and after a week no call. I decide to call today so we can at least get the ball moving. The young lady I spoke with was all too happy to take the information down as she thought we were new patient. (more MONEY!), but as soon as she found out that we were transferring - she stated "Due to COVID, we are not accepting transfer patients". WHAT DOES COVID have to do with TRANSFER versus NEW? I'll tell you, MORE MONEY for Dr. Boyd. Rude, lacks integrity, and clearly the content of this office's character trying to use a National Pandemic in their favor. well GOOD JOB Dr. Boyd - I have other children - do you think you will be my first choice? ABSOLUTELY no. And anyone else looking for orthodontist, Look elsewhere too.

First time at Dr Boyd’s office. Very nice and safe greeting. Photographer very pleasant. Ragen, Dr Boyd’s treatment coordinator, was very personable and thorough in explaining options for treatment. Dr Boyd took lots of time in explaining about my teeth, crowding, etc for my situation. I left there with a good plan!! Very very pleased with the entire process!!

Dr. Boyd is by far the best orthodontist I’ve had (this is my 3rd ortho). My first appointment at the Devine location literally blew me away. The staff is CONSISTENTLY friendly, dependable, and helpful. I did invisaline through Dr Boyd, and am so so happy with the results. Dawn has been with me for a few of my appointment. she is literally the best at making you feel comfortable and answer any questions I may have. Plus she’s really funny! The whole experience has just been great.

Always the most professional and thoughtful staff. The Devine St office goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome as if it were their home. They always have a nice water/coffee station and ice cream cooler for kids throughout summer to pick a treat after their appointment. My kids never mind going to Dr. Boyd and I never being the one to take them.

I received numerous referrals to various orthodontists. However, from the 1st call, I was sold on Dr.Boyd and his staff to care for my daughter. I have never spoke with or met a more professional or friendlier group of people. The affordable cost was just an added bonus. There is never a time when you leave confused and trying to figure out what you have paid for. They take time to explain everything. I am so impressed with them and the cost, that my other daughter is getting braces with them as well. Boyd is definitely the way to go!! I recommend them to everyone!!

Dr. Boyd and his team are incredible. I came in with an open bite, multiple dentists told me I would need jaw surgery to correct the issue. Dr. Boyd took a different approach and was able to completely close my open bite WITHOUT SURGERY! I’m so thankful for his Invisalign work and the results I have! 10/10 would recommend his practice to anyone.

The orthodontist here are so very helpful especially when making sure scheduling is properly done. Each office visit I have had for nearly a year now have always been fantastic! From the moment I walked through the doors, I am always greeted by the staff with genuine and “welcome“ smiles. As always, the waiting area is consistently filled with “flavored water” that I honestly look forward to (smiles), magazines and tv shows until I transition to see the Orthodontist. I have had braces twice before and still wasn’t pleased from my previous orthodontist. I should’ve gone to Dr. Boyd from the very beginning. He is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor and all of his staff is so kind and welcoming. I enjoy coming in for my appointments and would encourage anyone to go to Dr. Boyd and his team!

LOVE this place. My son got his braces here and we have been super happy with everything about the experience. My older daughter got her braces somewhere else and I was constantly annoyed by office issues - Dr. Boyd's office has been wonderful - NO Issues at all. Friendly and helpful staff, it has always been easy to change appointments if necessary, financial arrangements have been exactly as specified - no surprises. My son has mutliple health issues and anaphylactic allergies - this office ALWAYS checked what they used, asked questions when they needed clarification, and were very concerned about making sure his experience was positive. I have no complaints and whole-heartedly recommend this office!

Dr. Boyd and his team deserve more than five stars, in my eyes. Patient, personable, true professionals. My experience has been incredibly positive and a genuinely rewarding experience, one that only just “officially” began after over two years of consultations with them. Instead of just taking me as a client from the get-go, they carefully reviewed my (complicated) dental records with me and helped me lay out a plan for my long-term oral health before beginning alignment.
