Amazing experience at this Dentist office. Everyone from the person who checked us in to the doctor was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this place. Especially after taking our 3 daughters to other offices in the city. The dentist and her assistant were so kind to my daughter today and they made her feel so comfortable that the process went by without a single tear or yell. Highly recommend.

Went in to see Dr. Goins for consult but when we sat down in the dental chair we found out my daughter was scheduled to see Dr. Han. He took the time to apologize for the mix up offered to still see my daughter but that was my option. He has a very good bedside manner and explained what his finding were and his suggestions for treatment. My daughter even asked if he could go ahead and do her procedure that day! I would definitely recommend going to see him for you children’s dental needs.

Best Children's Dentistry in Columbia, SC My son Aaron loves it here! He has Autism Spectrum Disorder and they are great with him and they always answer all of my questions and concerns!

I want to thank the staff for being so professional and knowledgeable. Also for making me informed of all my options. My daughter Pearl was the star of the show and everyone made her feel as such. Thank you and cant wait to see you all again. Very pleasurable experience.

The whole staff is friendly, patient, and so caring for our daughter with special needs. They are the same with our son, who is typical developing. Highly recommend.

I took both of my daughters (5 and 2) in for their first visit today. The dental hygienist were so kind, patient, encouraging caring and took time to explain and show the tools to them. My 5 year old left saying, “can we come back tomorrow?” No tears were shed by either - so I call that a win!!

I'm literally typing through tears. Spoke with the most inconsiderate person named Ms.Alice on the phone advised her of my 3yr not eating because of so much pain she dismissed me as a non factor while advising we go elsewhere. I had already told her I've been on the phone all morning with some of the most compassionate people and that was how we came across this dental office. I've never felt so helpless as a parent to help my child seeing how they are the only ones we found that sedated 3 year old kids. Then to top it off she hung up on me. I see such great reviews for the dentists but I'm totally disappointed distraught an offended.

We love this dentist office. They are kid- friendly, professional, and always pleasant. My son loves going to the dentist now. I would definitely recommend their services.

Wonderful staff!! Great environment for the children. Have been twice and each visit was great. My son is 5 and each visit he was reassured and understood each step along the way. All questions answered prior and after any services.

Dr Han is amazing, kind, thorough, and professional. Our son has Autism and was challenging to say the least for his recent appointment. My son gave them a super hard time. Dr Han never got annoyed or impatient. He was so considerate and kind in a very frustrating situation. He maintained his professionalism and provided a positive experience for us and my son. Great experience as always! Outstanding customer service and great bed side manner. Excellent procedures and protocols in place for protecting the staff and patients in reference to COVID-19. My son has been a part of this practice since elementary school. He’s 19 now.

First time at this dentist facility since moving here and my kids enjoyed it. They were patient with all of my kids and took their time to explain all the concerns about my kids dental hygiene. Only downside is I made the initial appointment in May and they were booked out until September but I’m glad I stuck it out and waited that long because they are awesome! I have already recommended this dentist to a few of my mommy friends.

Dr. Goins and her staff always take such good care of my children! Always a pleasure! Both of my boys always look forward to their visits!!! We appreciated all of the covid safety measures they have put in place as well!

My daughter and son have been patients of Dr. Goins for close to 15 years. In 15 years my family have not had one complaint or bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Appointments run on time and the patient care is second to none. We love Dr. Goins and her staff!

I was thoroughly impressed with our visit today. Everyone was so nice from start to finish. Dr. Brian and his assistant were so pleasant. He was very thorough and explained treatment and plan of care very well and didn’t rush out to get to the next person.

Hands down THEE best children’s dentistry office I have ever visited! I love Dr. Goins and Dr. Bryan and the rest of the staff. They are always courteous and timely. The office parking area is nicely manicured and the office is always clean and kid friendly. Never have either of my little ones cried seeing the dentist. They make it painless as possible and they make sure they always leave with a smile. Keep up the excellent work everyone!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for October for my 2- and 3-year-old’s first cleaning and checkup, but I had a concern with my 3-year-old’s tooth and they got me in right away for an x-ray! The staff was so child-friendly and put both of my kids at ease. Dr. Varsha saw us and did a great job relating to him! I’m excited to take them back for their first cleaning, and am so thankful they got us in for an x-ray to put my mind at ease.

The staff were wonderful with my 5 year old daughter. Great with taking X-rays, cleaning and examining her teeth. They explained everything to my analytical girl and she enjoyed her visit. ❤️

My son had to have a procedure done with sedation. He was very nervous but Dr. Brian and his assistant were AMAZING! Dr. Brian even sung to him throughout the process. ? They were so caring and treated him with such care and concern . I really appreciated the fact that they were so patient with him. All of the staff there are always cheerful and inviting. My daughter is VERY apprehensive about the dentist. She had a really bad experience before coming here. I wish I had known about this place the first time I took her because Dr. Beth was amazing. She sat and talked to my child to make her more comfortable before even touching her and no other dentist has done that before. She even got a few laughs out of her which has never happened in a dentist office ? The dental assistant who took her xrays was also very sweet towards my daughter. Noone acted like she was "too much" which we got a lot of in previous dental offices. They really cared and worked with her. When we got out my daughter said "that wasn't bad mom" She still has to get some work done but I'm very confident in taking her and my son here for all future dental care.

After trying several pediatric dental offices all over Columbia, this office is by far the most communicative, attentive, and patient for my child with anxiety! Anna, who works there, is the absolute BEST and I hope she never leaves this practice!!!
