Beechwold Dental Care - Clintonville Dentist

Beechwold Dental is great! They got me in same day as a new patient for a semi urgent issue. They got me all fixed up and did a cleaning and exam as well. The dentist and her staff were so nice and personable. They even called the next day to make sure all was well with the procedure I had done. I feel like they did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

This could be the best dental visit I've had. Dr Michelle Tsai took her time and I never felt rushed like at most all other places. Very thorough with her exam. I have already referred her to six or seven people and will continue to do so. This is what dentistry should be. Been back there 3 times now, and each and every time has been great. Michelle is so great and makes one feel comfortable. She is definitely what dentist's should be. Everyone has been great working there and will definitely be back.

I always appreciate both the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. There is great communication between the staff. They are very considerate and gentle with my sensitive teeth, which is many! My oral health is very well monitored by the staff. Thanks for a good day.

They should be more willing to accept patients with disabilities. I have ASD and missed a couple of appointments and I offered to pay missed appointment fee but they will not allow me to be a patient. I have called several times to explain and ask to pay a fee for their time and apologize and explained I have autism and did not have a case worker to help me manage appointments but now I do and they won't see me. It's sad because I have many friends that are not disabled that go here but they will not work with me and my disability.

My family and I have been patients here for a few years. My mom is a dental hygienist so I never thought I would feel comfortable elsewhere, but the hygienists and Dr Tsai take time and make us feel welcome. Clean and up to date facility as well.

I have been here for 3 visits and everyone is amazing. The service is amazing, all of my questions were answered, and the hygienist are knowledgeable and friendly. Keyana is amazing, I would definitely recommend scheduling with her if you schedule an appointment. Dr. Tsai, answers all of your questions and when she comes to check the work completed, she actually checks, and answers any questions you might have. Amazing amazing facility, the best dentist office I have been to ever.

I am somewhat new here. I have been very pleased, atmosphere, professionalism, price. I highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new Dentist.

Everyone is very friendly and I've never experienced any negative issues here. Luckily I haven't had too many problems for them to address, but they do great with cleanings, x-rays, and checkups! I'm sure they do great with other procedures as well. I feel very comfortable that all my concerns are addressed and that my health is their priority. Great dentist and staff! Thanks!

This dentist is very compassionate as well as taking plenty of time to do a good job on your teeth. They also give helpful instruction about how to improve your dental health. Very impressed with them and their service.

Had a wonderful first time apt at beechwold dental care for my cleaning! Everyone was so sweet and super open about answering my questions.

My daughter and I both love Beechwold Dental. My daughter has been going to Beechwold since she was three and she’s nine now. She had a dentist appointment back to back with a new doctor appointment six months ago. The doctor said “Well I’m glad you went to the dentist first. That’s works out great for me.” My daughter said “No I actually LOVE going to the dentist!” The doctor was stunned. LOL! I highly recommend Beechwold!

The best dental care I've ever received (no contest). Dr Tsai is kind, considerate, and up-to-date on dental technology, the staff is friendly and helpful. Your dental health deserves this.

Bad customer service,I went there for gum pain.The Doctor recommended root carnal treatment but said I need to have deep cleaning before the treatment.I schedule for cleaning before I walk out of the center.On my schedule day I got there 7min late due to traffic situation,when I got there the Doctor made me sign up immediately, after I was done she said she don't have any slot open for me so need to reschedule.I have call the center several times to book for an appointment. Anytime I call, the receptionist will say unless someone cancel appointment before. This is just disheartening.My last call at the center, she said she will talk to the doctor and promise to call me immediately.I did not receive any feedback from them.I have insurance from my company so I don't why they don't wanna schedule me for appointment.They are selective as to who to attend to and who not to service beware people.

Another great visit! The dental hygienist, Hannah, is exceptional, kind, and thorough. Dr.Tsai is fantastic! They are very patient in answering any questions or concerns. Myself and my children have been going to Beechwold Dental for several years. Have always appreciated the care from all the staff!

I have never in my life imagined I’d be glowing leaving a dentist office, but here I am after a cleaning at Beechwold. I immediately felt welcomed, and treated as an individual. Dr Tsai didn’t push anything on me, and explained exactly what she was planning on doing. I’m an independent contractor, and haven’t had insurance in quiet some time, and the amazing receptionist explained pricing and how my insurance works in detail. Highly recommend!

This place is Amazing my kids love going to the Dentist, and Lynn is the best and always helpful and DR Fink is an awesome dentist I have recommend my family and friends to go to him. Update went today and I must say the whole staff is great they make you feel comfortable and let you know everything that’s going on upfront. I love this place definitely recommend going here.

I use to really dread going to the dentist growing up as a child. So when I started looking for a dentist as an adult, I was genuinely stunned by the amazing care I received when I started going to Beechwold Dental. The staff are very kind and really care about their patients. I'm always surprised how everyone remembers me only after a brief encounter ever six months for cleanings. Dr. Fink and Dr. Tsai are the best dentists I've ever had. I am truly thankful.

Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming. Dr. Tsai was also patient when explaining the treatment options available for me and their pros and cons.

Most caring staff and very professional. They take their time and make sure the patient is very satisfied and not to mention children, they make it a fun experience.

I just moved here and have been for a cleaning and to get a filling and am really happy with the service. Dr. Tsai is super nice as are her staff. I have never had a woman dentist but I already feel very well cared for with Dr. Tsai. I think their prices are pretty competitive too when paying out of pocket. I would definitely recommend her!

It was my first time to visit this dental practice. I absolutely loved it. Nice professional staff and friendly group. I love the sweet harmonious interaction between staff, I was so impressed. No one had an attitude, everyone just worked together like they enjoyed their job. I expect to visit them again.

As someone who has severe anxiety about dentist I can honestly say everyone at Beechwold Dental is the best! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Psai and her team are AMAZING! So friendly and so CLEAN- there COVID precautions are great! As far as my experience- for my deep cleaning I had to get numbed and I cried LIKE A BABY! I came back for my fillings and they took extra precautions pre-numbing me with the gel and when they went in with the shots I hardly felt a thing! My whole experience was great and will this will be my regular office from now on.

This is a TRULY AMAZING dentist! I was in a great deal of pain and needed a tooth extraction. After many attempts to reach out to my regular dentist (who has NEVER been available past normal office hours) I called and spoke with Lynn, who was so caring and compassionate, I got a call to come in (opened the office special). The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr.Fink put my fears to rest, as he is very caring, explaining everything in detail. He is extremely qualified and very gentle. In short, I will be trusting Dr. Fink and staff with my future dental care. I now know I can count on them not only when it is convenient for them but at ANY time.

Wow!! The receptionist Lynn was so professional, timely, and kind. My experience e was excellent, my best dental experience. Dr. Fink took time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Highly recommend this office!

I have so many good things to say about this office I have a lot of problems that make it difficult on dentists and they are so accommodating with my jaw locking and all of my other issues. I am made to feel very comfortable and he is by far the BEST dentist I have ever had. I'm thankful for the staff taking time to talk with me about all of my concerns. They are kind and patient and knowledgeable. Great staff. I have a lot of visits coming up and I ain't scurred haha thank you for the hard work and effort you all put into making that office the very best in my opinion.

I found the staff very friendly and professional. The waiting room clean and calming. Dr. Fink, kind, courteous, and patient. He didn't rush through my exam, and took time to explain what was going on, and how to proceed going forward. That calmed a lot of my anxiety.

They're amazing, for my children to be comfortable an get their teeth cleaned with no issues should tell you a lot .... lol... Lynn is so sweet an outstanding, great customer service. My Family Dentist ❤❤❤❤❤

I went to Dr Fink for a second opinion about a tooth that I was recommended be pulled. Unfortunately he agreed and I scheduled the extraction. He was so patient and kind. He took the time to explain why my tooth could not be saved and answered ever question I had. The extraction was a success and as both dentists thought, my root was cracked. I will continue to be a patient at Beechwold Dental Care.

Dr. Fink is a terrific dentist. He explains everything that's going to happen to you in his care, and his staff follows up to see if you're okay. I have had more than a few visits. Everyone there is top notch and professional.

I recently switched to seeing Dr. Fink, and he's the best dentist I've ever had! He really listens and genuinely cares about his patients. He even took the time after my appointment to answer all my questions and explained everything to me thoroughly so I could understand it (I ask a lot of questions lol). Lynn, the receptionist, is also wonderful! Very caring, and goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. I just adore her! Hygienist/dental assistant Betty was also amazing, and kept me well entertained while I got numbed up. I love everybody here and would highly recommend them to anyone (especially those with Medicaid).
