I visited Artistry Smile Center for the first time for a checkup and cleaning. The ambiance of the office was very soothing. I was impressed with the efficiency of the receptionist. The hygienist, Candace, was also very welcoming and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Courtney followed up after the cleaning. I needed a follow up with an Endodintist for a fistula that developed from a root canal I had done in Florida in March. Dr. Courtney wrote up the referral. I am very pleased with my initial experience. I was at my previous dental practice for 43 years and although very happy with them, I had to leave because of insurance coverage. I felt very welcome and well cared for at Artistry Smile Center.

Every person who works there is so friendly and nice. It starts at the front desk with a smile and sincere greeting. Then you get with the hygienist, Candice, who could not be more nicer. She is always concerned about your comfort ability. Both Doctors Courtney and Cox are very nice as well. I saw Dr Cox today and she immediately asked me about my mother and her chemo treatments. It made we feel so good someone cared. Dr. Cox, not sure you will read this but I called my mom from the parking lot and she was so touched that you remembered. It made an impact and you made my day. Highly recommend these professionals.

Today was my first time there and I was so nervous I’m really protective over my teeth but my dentist she was so sweet and so I nice I trusted her really quickly and she was very helpful, was really sweet and even went through everything she was doing with me so I know what was going on.

A great office! They’re quick and polite, and make sure to communicate about every service they want to offer. They aren’t open weekends, but I go in the morning before work, and it’s always a pleasant experience.

Dr. Christy Cox is a great dentist. When an filling ... a very old filling ... was breaking down and creating micro-fissures in a tooth, she was able to remove and replace that filling at a fraction of the cost of expensive bridge work that I eventually would have needed. Her work is outstanding.

Dr. Angela Courtney demonstrated exceptional competence in her field. Her ability to listen to the patient was superior. She takes her time and takes great pride in her work and in the patient's satisfaction. I would highly recommend her services especially cosmetic dentistry!

She was very thorough so to minimize any discomfort and to maximize results. She was so patient, meticulous and checked in on my often. My white teeth are amazing!

Another excellent visit at Artistry. As I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile from the new receptionist. Almost immediately, Candace appeared and was ready to start the tooth cleaning process. As usual, her performance was professional, friendly, thorough, gentle and thoughtful. She made suggestions for my consideration and I plan on implementing every one of them. Candace was tremendous! Next Dr. Courtney soon arrived and began a quick review of my teeth and gums. Also friendly, and thorough, Dr, Courtney's presence was very much appreciated. She had located a chipped crown on one of my teeth. But, instead of immediately setting up an appointment for a new crown, she suggested that we both keep an eye on the tooth and report any further changes, That is my kind of Dentist.

Just had my first cleaning for 2020, and realized I have been coming at this place for 14 years now. While the staff and facility have undergone changes over the years, the high quality care I have received have remained the same. I had lots of work done initially. But as I take good care of my teeth, it has remained trouble-free with the excellent supervision from Dr. Courtney and staff. Highly recommended!

I went in for a cleaning and examination and the hygienist was very gentle and the doctor found a filling that was missing I also got a fluoride treatment before I left I was out in an hour and 10 minutes It was a very good experience and I made another appointment for a couple weeks in the future I would recommend them for somebody wants good hygiene

Dr. Courtney is truly the best dentist and an amazing human being. Her office resembles more of a spa then a dental office. Her and her staff are incredible. For 50 years I have been unhappy with my smile and in a few hours she transformed it. I think she cared as much as I did to achieve the best result. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone from the phone call to the actual work are so nice. Not fake nice but real nice. They really care how you are doing. They are easy to work with and always have you in mind. Dr. Courtney is so pleasant she made me feel so good and took such great care of me. Christine( I hope this is her name. I'm still numb, haha) does an excellent job of the cleaning and really does a fantastic job. The ladies at the front desk are just so wonderful. Their smiles just brighten up the room as soon as you walk in for your appointment and immediately you feel at ease. Great job ladies.

As always, I had a wonderful experience with both my dental hygenist and the dentist who completed my oral exam. They are kind, gentle and extremely friendly. They have a wonderful OraSpa offering that is relaxing and I won't ever go again without leveraging that service. Thank you!

If I can give this office a 10, I would. Great staff and great experiences.

Artistry dental assured me that my filling was covered by my insurance... but then later sent me a bill for $100. There was no call or notice apologizing for their oversight. When I called to inquire about the bill, they said that there was a detail in my insurance plan that said it would only cover the cost for a regular silver filling but not an amalgam filling. Had they not led me to believe the filling was covered completely by insurance, I would have gone somewhere else that offered silver fillings. I feel it was very unprofessional that they did not take responsibility for this oversight.

The atmosphere at Artistry Smile Center is very peaceful with soothing music and natural sounds. I cant say enough about the quality of care it is exceptional! Dr Courtney and Associates all have a wonderful gift in the art of cosmetic and family dentistry. The staff is both caring and warm, with the concern of patient comfort being of most importance. I highly recommend this practice and have had a wonderful experience as a patient.
